Dr Nic Hooper is a Senior Lecturer of Psychology at the University of the West of England (UWE) who specialises in an approach to mental health named Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In addition to a number of scientific articles, Nic has written three books: The Research Journey of ACT, The Annual ACT Diary and The Unbreakable Student.
