I Absolutely Love the way you weave a story and draw me into the tale from the very 1st page. Your characters Immediately make you pick a side.🙉🙊🙈 Shameek, I have always been a fan of your work(excluding the errors), that also grab you from the beginning of the book!!! Shameek Please Don’t take offense, I mean No Disrespect 🙈🙊🙉!!! I’ve never left a review in spite of… but it takes Entirely too long to decipher what Every Sentence is trying to say, which makes me put it down, cause I develop a headache trying to understand what you’re Trying to convey to your fans 🙉🙊🙈. Does it Really cost too much to have your works Proofread and Edited for Your fan base? Again, No Disrespect intended, but I had Almost given up on reading anymore of your books, because of this reason. I hope you receive this in the Spirit of which it was written. But I reconsidered if I was going to leave you, then it’s only right that I tell you why; right? Thanks again for the story, looking forward to reading your books in the Near future, Without All the errors, of course 🙈🙊🙉!!!!
The whole time I'm engaged like I can see the story play out..When I can't finish reading the suspense is like having to wait to the next week for a new episode to come on..The only suggestion that I have for you is to fire your Editor!! There is a massive amount of errors; misspelled words, missing words, using the wrong words, using the wrong names, using the wrong pronouns..It makes for a horrible read..Having to take the time to try and figure out what it's suppose to say takes away from the urge I have to want to finish reading..Please read the book urself and tell me if you feel any different..Other than that it was bomb and I can't wait for Book 6 release!!
I don’t know who edits his books but they need to be fired! You can’t tell who is speaking in the book. Words just run together no quotation marks. A lot of errors to even enjoy the book when you’re trying to figure why the word sauté is in the sentence what the author meant. This a pattern in all his books. Very disappointed
I love these books and I will continue to read the series as they come, but the grammatical errors and wrong words, missing words, etc make it confusing throughout the book. It’s had to follow some parts and I literally have to make my mind figure out what supposed to be read so I can continue to comprehend. But the concept and story line are amazing as always
I must say I didn’t see any of the twist in the end. I’m in super shock. I can’t put any of Shameek Speight books down. You can see a few errors but it happens. But other than that I recommend all his books, you can’t get enough of his books when you start reading the first.
The story was good, at least what I interpreted... This book had the MOST grammar errors I've ever seen. I had to try to figure out what or where the story was going.. I enjoyed the story of what "I thought" the author was trying to say. Please spend a few more dollars for an editor, this book could have been a masterpiece!!!
I love this series but book 5 has a lot of errors. I almost stop reading it but, because I read the first 4 books and loved those ones, I kept reading. It was so many mistakes that I can not believe it was even proofread by any proofreader. I almost gave up on reading this. But, it was a good continuing story. I hope part 6 has less mistakes.
I don’t normally do reviews, but I had to on this book. The grammatical errors made this book difficult to follow at certain points. I always DNF this book due to that issue alone. I’m glad I finished it because it was a good story line, but sheesh, it was a struggle to get through. 2 stars, would of been 5 if I didn’t have to struggle to understand.
I swear, this series gets better with every book I read!! The insanity is only matched by its intensity & this story just reminds me why this series hooked me in the first place.
So i've read 1-5 and about to start 6 I am really enjoying this series. Its really full of surprises. It has a little of everything. I've cried laughed been scared. So 5 star's.
This story was interesting, exciting, entertaining and all kinds of fu_ked up!!!. Just about the time it starts making sense, then they throw in a wrench to screw with your mind!!.
I could’ve enjoyed the book more if it wasn’t so many typos . But it’s a great story overall. Also number 3 isnt on kindle . I’d like to read that one. I had to skip that one and read 4^
This series keeps you on your toes. The only problem I have are the typos, the wrong pronoun use. I found myself having to re-read a certain part to gain an understanding.
Once again this author has done it again. It kept me on my toes through the whole book and the turns that it took and the cliffhangers were awesome I can’t wait to move on in this series.
I almost couldn’t make it through this one. The 3rd person narration was annoying. I don’t know if I will finish this series. I kept zoning out on this one.
I have read almost all of your books. This by far has THE WORST grammatical errors I’ve seen. It was so bad you could barely understand what’s being said.
Black Ice ain't no joke! Shameful Speight has an incredible imagination. Oh man I highly recommend this series to everyone who reads. You won't be disappointed!
I read the other 4 books and the writing and grammar has gotten progressively worse! To the point where you don’t understand the plot (which has gotten so silly)!
I enjoy this series. This is definitely a page turner. There is a lot of grammatical errors however. I can not wait to read the next book in the series.
