It's a bit campy and silly, but that's what makes it even better. MC is hilarious, but the plot does have some seriousness in it. It does stand on its own in uniqueness with other stories with the kaiju vs. elite killing force trope. Overall, it's pretty good, I will definitely be reading through the next several volumes.

Enjoyed the Kaiju story. Made me laugh.

The Sakamato Days story is weird though.

Even with the instructions, reading this in the 'correct' order, the story didn't make any sense. DNF.

Humourous situations and people. 34 is not old but I guess it's all a matter of perspective. A lot for one backpack.
