I read this cover to cover over half a year in preparation of the nephrology board exam. The chapters were sometimes of varying quality but mostly very solid and, most importantly, rather concise and focused on current landmark trials and guidelines.
The very best chapters were:
- ANCA-associated vasculitis (maybe my favourite all together)
- Sickle cell anemia
- Secondary hypertension
- Nephrolithiasis
- CKD-MBD
