Loved it!

This has been a fantastic series, watching Delia grow from an unsuspecting human to the Queen she was destined to be.

Her mates are the unusual type of alphas that know when to back off and let her be who she needs to be, rather than the type to overdo it and cause bigger issues, which I loved.

The surrounding characters are fun and the author admits that she's left the door open to follow up on at least 2 of them, which I can't wait to read!

This was a fun and satisfying conclusion, and I do hope to see more of this world in future.

Im going to struggle to write this review without letting out any spoilers but here goes. In this finale Cordelia (FMC) and the guys - Adrian, Torin, Gale and Dravyn get the answers to some questions that have been hanging around round them throughout this series. Loose ends were tied up brilliantly with plenty of great plot twists and turns to get there. As well as of lots of steam too. It was a cracking conclusion that i loved reading so much

What I really loved about this series so far, is the YA feel with the NA elements. It's hard to explain, but I like that this is an old fashioned "and one day I discover that I'm a dragon" story. Just with a few very hot love interests and some steam between them. In the second book we've discovered a lot about the world and the people interested in conquering it. I knew that in this last book it was time to go to war. I was therefore very excited to dive into this arc!

This book is in every possible way a finale. And like with all finales the waiting for the big war to happen comes with this constant tension and anticipation. Especially when we're finally introduced to the last group: the shifters! I have to admit that for my liking there were a few too many point of view chapters. I understand giving the reader as much information as possible, but therefore the book sometimes felt a little all over the place.

I really loved however how the guys were finally showing that they are a group and were working as a group. Of course, there is still some banter and they don't always agree on everything, that's only healthy, but in this book they're clearly supporting each other and understand that they all want the same thing in the end: The very best for the girl they love and the world she is supposed to rule. And they do whatever they can to be there for her and to help her.

The heroine however made the biggest transition of all. At the beginning of the first book she was an average woman making soap. Now she has grown into a queen. And a good one on top of it. It's clear she has big dreams and is willing to fight for the chance to make all those dreams come true. At times I think making all those changes felt a little too easy, but the last battle was one with some casualties and really testing everyone's strength.

I'm quite curious to read the planned spin-offs!

Long live the dragon queen. Dreia Wells finishes up the Queen of Arcadia series with her final book, Vengeance and Fire and it was glorious. Alliances, an epic battle, magic, a crazy ruler, sacrifice, and so much more. It was awesome.

The characters in this series were some of my favorites, they were very well written. Cordelia is fitting into the role of Queen very well. She works hard for the people, is understanding, and is willing to look to other people when she needs advice but she's still her down-to-earth self. The guys back her every move, following her lead but are there for her to lean on, they are very supportive and loving of Cordelia. I love how affectionate they are with her. The guys have grown closer and are starting to heal from their past, bantering with each other and building strong family bonds.

As for the story, it was fast pace, a lot of action but the battle scene at the end was everything. There was family drama and I'm not talking about the hybrid's, heartache, revelations, and more. The magic was really good, the seers are back. Those three are really interesting and I would like to see them again, them explaining the histories of all supernaturals was great. I loved that this story was told from so many different perspectives, it just added more layers to the story and helped me get a better picture of what was going on with the characters. In fact, there were a couple of perspectives that I wasn't expecting, along with the appearance of a few new characters that have me guessing are gonna be important in some of Dreia's future books.

Vengeance of Fire was a fantastic read and wrapped up Cordelia's story perfectly. Lots of action and magic plus a HEA for lots of people, plus there is a great epilogue. I'm gonna miss these characters but I'm looking forward to getting to know the new ones in Dreia's next series, HellNight Academy.

Cordelia
Maurelle
Thaddeus
Dravyn

Be prepared for some really steamy scenes, 🔥🔥🔥🔥
As Queen, Cordelia wants to heal the Arcadia and to close the rift between the various species, while coming to terms with who she actually is. She's not only Fae, she's a dragon too! A beautiful big red dragon, surrounded by her gorgeous mates. But they'll all waiting for the shoe to drop, Maurelle and Thaddeus have been noticibly quiet and they have no idea what those 2 are scheming. Well, when they do, it leads to some very exciting scenes! Although there's a certain event that had me screaming NOOOOOO! Can't tell you what, but it cut me to the core, and then the tearjerker moments...like with Dain, ain't telling that either! It was great to see Twyla finally able to get her life back on track, to how is was supposed to be before she went to Earth. She's a wonderful character, caring, loving and strong. I loved how everything came together so fluidly, from Earth to Arcadia and a few places besides. The characters are really interesting, it was easy to relate to them, to feel the disbelief of pure evil, betrayal by a close family member, as well as the elation from Cordelia and her mates, loved the HEA.

Series Review

4.5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫

I really really loved this series, it was exactly what I was looking for! This is an amazing fantasy reverse harem romance. The plot line was exciting, if not completely original. The world building was fantastic. The characters all had defined personalities and backstories. The harem was intensely devoted to the FMC and there was no infighting or betrayal.

The FMC was a strong, independent woman. While she was sometimes unsure of herself she still overcame all her insecurities and fears and faced her new reality head on. Cordelia (FMC) never ran away from her problems, she didn’t hide in the corner in denial, she acted like an ADULT! I just love characters who act their age and are mature.

The romance in this series was fantastic! The steam was smoking hot 🔥🔥The relationships were awesome and believable.

- 4 dragon shifters in harem 🐉
- fated mates
- FMC is half dragon and half fae🧚🏻‍♀️
- Royalty (FMC)
- Badass, powerful FMC
- 5/5 🌶 steamy stars
- 4/5 📖 plot line stars
- 5/5 🌍 world building stars
- Pregnancy and childbirth 🤰🏻
- triggers: mild attempted rape scene, kidnapping and imprisonment
- heats and knotting 🍆
- dragon sex 😉

Vengeance and Fire

What a perfect name for the last book of this series…maybe…🤣🤷🏻‍♀️.

Becoming Queen doesn’t come without some hard decisions having to be made, and with war some very hard decisions are needed. Cordelia is blessed with her mates, and some unexpected allies who are willing to support her.

In this final book we get all the answers and some foreshadowing of some things that might be later explored.

If you love a FMC who is willing to face unbelievable odds and who is willing to admit that she might not have all the answers…then this is the book for you!

Watch Cordelia grow into the woman she has always dreamed of becoming. You will laugh, cry and might even want to fan yourself during some epic moments of this journey!

🏃🏻‍♀️ hurry and download this book now! Then be prepared to be swept into the fantastic world that Dreia Wells has created!

**loved,loved, loved the ending!!!**

Vengeance and Fire, the third book in the Queen of Arcadia series by Dreia Wells was an absolutely flawless conclusion to an epic series!

In this story, we continue to see Cordelia grow and become the woman, the queen and the leader that she was always meant to be and it was utter perfection! With her mates and all the fabulous allies she’s gathered along the way, this final book made for quite the conclusion and it did not disappoint! I loved that we had our questions answered and how other things were hinted about that might lead into even more amazing adventures for our character and I can’t wait!!!

Overall if you’re a fan of kickass heroines facing unbelievable odds, hot as hell alphas ready to protect their queen at all costs and an epic conclusion to a long awaited battle then this is the series for you! Dreia did an amazing job of bringing everything together in an epic conclusion that is a definite must read for any fan!

Cordelia has risen into her role of the queen of Arcadia, with her mates at her side at last. But the challenges are not over yet. Maurelle and her bloodthirst together with her manic plans of domination are wreaking havoc on all the realms, Cordelia is going through her first heat, and war is brewing on the horizon. There is a lot to handle, and Delia with her harem will have to collect all their wits and courage to survive and protect the precious lives of their people and their loved ones.
A nice finale to this series, with lots of action and tension, many heated moments, and heated emotions. There are some nice steamy scenes thrown into the mix as well. Fast paced and with changing POVs, the book is easy to devour in one go and gives a nice reading experience. I also felt happy for the connection I could make as a reader to all the main characters, and for getting to know the men especially, as they are all very different yet complement each other (and Delia) well.

Well I guess the stress of book 2 we should start off with a little group sex. Girl if you like it I love it but all at once (Jesus be a fence).

We finally find out who's pulling the strings and the Black Barons are just pawns. Those dummies don't even know it. Also Twylan's sister you are a spoiled brat.

All the pieces fall together and we finally find out more about the realms and how everything was connected. The seers couldn't have said something sooner. I mean who wants to hear you knew what was up for 30 years but didn't say anything. That aside we gotta be careful with hybrids can save us all narrative. Love doesn't cure evil or racism. Now Cordelia is working to bring the realms together not because she's a hybrid but because she doesn't want to people suffer. Everyone who deserves an HEA got one but I was hoping for some of the bad guys to come to a more painful demise. I mean vengeance is in the title 🤷🏾‍♀️

CN: child abuse, torture, enslavement, lots of violence, on page going to labor

Vengeance and Fire by Dreia Wells, the third book (and sadly final) in Queen of Arcadia series, is off the charts!
Dreia has the talent to make a reader feel for the characters.
Cordelia becomes the queen we saw the promise of in the previous two books. Her mates step up, grow, and develop into the mates she deserves.
There were parts in the book where I snort laughed, and I can't help but appreciate Dreia's ability to use humour to counterbalance the tension and drama in her story.
I just loved this book so much because we finally get answers to questions, there's twists and turns galore (Dreia is the queen of a plot twist), we see the door left open for two spin off series, and the HEA made my heart happy.

Dreia Wells did not disappoint with this book! It was a wonderful conclusion to the story of our dragon queen and her harem of men. I absolutely love how she left a few options for novellas or spin-off stories - I do hope we see some in the future!

This book starts up relatively right after book two ends and there is a HEA in store for Cordelia and her mates. Because of how book two ends, I don't want to go into too much detail and give away any spoilers - but there are some AMAZING things going on in this book. There was a moment or two that I started tearing up while reading - but others where I was so proud of Delia and her men and how far they have come through these stories. And obviously, the spicy scenes are spectacular!

Vengeance and Fire is the epic conclusion to the Arcadia Queen series and if you've been reading this series you're not going to want to miss out on how it all ends.
Cordelia is about to face off with the Fae queen and it's going to be everything! It's all come to this and Cordelia is not going to face these challenges alone as her men stand by her side. She's grown quite a bit of the series and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. I still hold fast to my favorites of the men, but I have mellowed a bit (as have they) on being irritating. So, they are a it less irritating, but I still like the ones I've stuck wit for the most part. LOL!
It's nice to see Cordelia get her HEA and for there to be a nice future ahead for her and her men. This book rates 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Rebuilt the world with the blood, sweat, and tears of romance

Cordelia, a newly emerged dragon shifter, and her three dragon mates, Torrin, Gale, and Adrian, have barely come to terms with Cordelia having another mate when Dravyn, her latest mate when things took a drastic turn in Trial by Fire. As the story progresses tragedy begins again, winds of change suck them in, and all the battles they may face are ones they must try to win. Dreia Wells rebuilt the world with the blood, sweat, and tears of romance in Emergence of Fire. Delia and her mates may have had to take the rocky path fate set for them, but they owned it like a boss.

I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.

All hail the Queen!!!! 🔥🔥🔥

What a PHENOMENAL conclusion to this series! I do like how the author left a few threads open so *maybe* we will see a spinoff series for other characters??? There was oodles of action...very satisfying indeed if you've been following the series muahaha.... a few epic surprises along the way, alpha males, a queen coming into her own and determined to make things right once and for all. Get ready for witty banter, lots of adrenaline along the way, and all around awesomeness. All in all a really great read!!! I adored this series and can't wait to see what's up next from this author.

This was everything I could have asked for out of the conclusion of this series and so much more. I kind of don't even know what to say about this book. Or, at least, what I can say without giving away the best parts of this story. FYI: that's pretty much the whole book. What I will do, is give you a warning that tissues may be necessary while reading. By the end, Cordelia is absolutely rocking this queen thing. And, I am so in love with the fact that the author has left us with a few bread crumbs that could become future books. I am here for whatever she wants to write next.
I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.

Q: Why did Tayla wait so long to send Silva for reinforcements? If they came earlier Maddox might have been still alive. If the reasoning was about Grey needing time to create portal, shouldn't it be like stated clearly? Because there's this quite a long wait between what's going on in Celestia and the moment Delia and her mates hear about it.

I feel like the whole part where Dain took Delia away was pointless, I mean I understand for plot and drama purposes it makes sense, but logically, there was no reason for him to take his own daughter. I guess it started from Maurelle's weird decision to send her own brother to capture or kill his own daughter.... Which once again it doesn't make much sense.

Also. I thought the end goal was to merge realms? At least that was the idea I was getting from the hints given here and there??

Couldn’t wait to devour book 3 in this series. Once I got started I wasn’t disappointed another amazing book by Dreia and this series just keeps getting better and better Cordelia has came into her own with the events happening in this book. I loved every minute reading this book and series. This is the last book in the series and things turned out amazing for Cordelia and her men even with the few surprises that are waiting for you to discover. As for Dreia being a completely new author to me I love her work and can’t wait to read more.

WOW! This book wrapped up SOOOO nicely and I loved it! In a shock to no one, Delia becomes the queen we all knew she could be, tons of suspense and wondering who will survive and who may perish, KARMA COMES BACK AROUND TO WRECK SOME CHARACTERS THAT DESERVE IT, and we get the ending we deserve. Absolutely love all the spicy spicy scenes - they're perfect. I also honestly love how it feels like the fractures in our characters are mended along with some other things in the book. Like everyone seems whole. What a fantastic series - definitely read this book!!!

So the reason I write ending with a question mark is that I really hope we'll see more of the caracters in spinoffs which could totally happen. It does end with a HEA but loosely so I really enjoy that as we have options. This is a great conclusion none the less and we see the strong leading lady be the queen she was meant to be. Love the humor and how these caracters feel like friends. There are twists and turns I didn't see coming but are perfect for the story. Don't want to spoil a good book so read it and be happy you did. I can't wait for more books by Dreia.

This is such a wonderful conclusion to such a wonderful series. We finally get answers to our questions and Delia becomes such as awesome queen as we all knew she could be. She’s such a strong character , kick ass and loyal to her people. Delia and her incredible mates find themselves in the middle of a war started by her crazy aunt and they battle together to find a way to beat her. It’s exciting, it’s suspenseful, it’s gripping and there’s plenty of spice and steam and best of all we get a hea, though a few spin-offs would be fantastic!

With the way this series started, I really thought the author was on to a great roll, but this finale was a bit weaker than I had hoped it would be. This author, I've read a fair amount of her work now, is usually stronger than this, especially in her finales. The characters are good. The story was great in the first two books. I just felt that the use of some cheaper tropes lead to a weaker book here. If this kind of thing doesn't bother you as a reader, I'm sure this will be a satisfying end for you.

This finale of the series was everything I hoped for and more. There’s so many reveals, big and little, and obviously, our final big bad plot line. I do r even know where to begin reviewing this without giving spoilers, because so much happens, and it’s all so intense. The fae queen may be the big bad, but our girl and her men are bigger, badder, and better. And they aren’t about to let the fae queen get away with all the horrible things she’s put people through. There’s some bumps in the road along the way, but that won’t stop them.

Third and final book of this series by Dreia Wells. Great way to wrap up the series, answer questions and see how Dreia and her mates are able to find their HEA. Along the way there is much drama, plot points, intrigue, closure and passion. This book is so full of action, that it's hard not to describe things without spoilers, so I'll just say that this is a satisfying conclusion to the story that you won't want to miss. Enjoy!

This story was such an interesting one that I wanted to read through regardless of the POV shifts, which I usually try to avoid. The story is so intricate that we really need the different points of view, but it was harder for me to follow with the frequent shifts. The author has a way of making you feel things with the characters so deeply, it’s an amazing talent! Even if you shy away from POV shifts as I do, you should give this one a chance.

This was the best ending to a series I have read in a long time.

Deila and her men find themselves in the middle of a war. This was has been going on for a very long time they find out. Beastia fell to it. Her crazy aunt is the cause of it. Her aunt wants to rule it all. Deila and her men have to find a way to beat her aunt. They slowly make a plan. They go see the ancient seers at the sacred waters. They have a lot to say. They tell her what she needs to hear to win the war.

well ok

This was a little anticlimactic. With how powerful everyone is supposed to be, it all happened so quick and so easy. I feel like a few opportunities where missed. I think it would have made more sense to bring the Shifters in the picture earlier. I’m finding that killing off a character just to have them brought back is one of my least favorite things. The first book was suck a fun and entertaining read I just…idk…I just wanted something more.

🥲🥲 and it's over!! Well for Cordelia and her mates. BUT there's so many options for more books in this universe! I hope we get to see the ones that deserve their story told. I might of cried during this book....okay I did! Gah!! Heart wrenching! The multiple POV knowing what's happening in another realm. But in the end we get a couple surprises! 🙌🙌 I didn't want it to end but I loved the ending!
