I either read up to here or to book 16, but I'll leave it here.
This serries, for the past 11 books, essentially had the 2 main characters be about to get together, be about to fall in love with one another, and then miscommunicate and hate each other, only to repeat the exact same formula in the next book and the next one and the next one.
Infuriating. It made me hate the "will they won't they" genera entirely.
So for that at least I am somewhat thankful.
