Dahlia Aldridge is the heart of Wildberry Lane, a gated residence for the elite and the 5 boys she has grown up with, will do anything to keep their heart beating.
Kingston Ross, Yates Carter, Stratton Lee and Lincoln and Sterling Gates. Super wealthy, extremely protective, all with a secret and all with a plan. Dermot Ross, cousin to King, damaged, hardened by his criminal family, bought to his knees by Dahlia.
The Ross family are heads of a criminal organisation, fronted by a legitimate business. All of the families of Wildberry Lane are involved to some degree. All are powerful and as such have some dangerous enemies.
Dahlia has been shielded from much of the goings on, but one thing she is sure of is the men in her life, the realisation that she wants more than friendship with all of them and that she definitely will not choose between them. What becomes clear over the series, is that they definitely feel the same way, hence the 'plan'.
This trilogy takes us through some violent, disturbing events for Dahlia and her men. What evolves though is fierce love, determination, inner strength and trust. Because Dahlia also has secrets and as much as her men would do anything for her, some things she has to prove she can do.
You want hot, jealous, possessive men then this trilogy ticks all the boxes. You want excessive wealth, criminal violence, steamy scenes - you got it! You want love, passion, fear and a happy ever after, it's all here.
There is bullying, but not within the harem. There are also trigger warnings around eating disorders. Personally I found the subject treated sensitively and it was integral to the story.
I've read the series twice now and cannot get enough of these men and their protective tendencies (or in Yate's case, stalker extraordinaire!).
