Captain Masters and the crew of the Honor continue to take the fight to the Nazuc, but disturbing links to Earth are throwing up more questions than answers.
Even with new allies, the odds may be too great to stop what has begun...
Forever Enemy is the third book in the Honor in Exile series, which features plenty of aliens, action, and the worst—and best—of humanity.
This is going to turn out to be a lot of books, I had hoped it would finish in the third book. I can see where the strot line will go in the next book and I'm not sure I want to carry on reading them
FOREVER ENEMY is a good shoot-em-up and prepare to die military sci-fi tale. However, the characters seemed a little superficial in this volume and there was no gratifying ending - just a Pyrrhic victory and a build up for another book. I need more close character interaction, a little humor, and a happy ending to be truly satisfied.

The only time I put the Kendall down was when the battery ran down.. Can't wait for the next one in the series. You get to know the characters and CAN'T stand to see them hurt or killed
I like these but they are...disjointed. It's as though King can't decide what story he wants to tell - space navy, space pirates or space marines. All are done successfully, but the way the story lurches between each feels unnatural. It also causes issues in characterisation.
The best one so far. The story is pacy with good action sequences, the characters have more depth and there are some nice ideas. Betrayals and conspiracies, pirates and alien rebels, entertaining story. I look forward to reading more when they become available. Well worth a read.
