Great tips and guidelines to follow. Will definitely read it again as I improve my skills in impromptu speaking. Because, everyone needs help if they just go and seek it, instead of trying to shy away from your reality.

simple and effective

The author gets to the point and give real useful strategies you can easily implement. Many are already communicating like this and now this brings it to their conscious awareness. The yes and is real effective for gaining agreement.
