We meet Aliyah, the twin sister of Jada (from His Human Socialite). We also meet Kryel (ex-con is a stretch). Theirs is a fast and furious "love" affair - insta doesn't even cover it. But the story is fun (and better written than Socialite).

It's time for Jada's twin (who, for the record, is not AT ALL evil) to find her special someone and it happens to be in the arms of a Hyrrokin ex-con (although he's technically not 'ex' when they meet. He's more of an about-to-escape-con. Heh.) on a glitzy space station.
On the run from her father and his nefarious plot, Aliyah and Jada get separated at a critical moment (meaning: the moment before taking a transporter to another planet). Aliyah uses her street smarts and ends up taking a side trip before ending up on Omega 9 where she immediately gets tangled in a prisoner escape. By that I mean, Kryel uses her sudden appearance to his advantage and orchestrates said escape.
Fortunately for everyone, Kryel is a gentleman and has no intention of harming her. Also fortunately, he has a swank safe house for them to retreat to when things get dicey. THINGS HAPPEN and soon they're singing karaoke, hobnobbing with mafia princes, and meeting up again with Jada and her new hunny-bunny.

Adventurous way to find love.
I kind of loved this story. It was over the top, entertaining, and enjoyable too! The characters were interesting and likable. Prince was a fun addition to the story with his complicated background, the search he was conducting, and being Kyrel’s best friend. Aliyah and Jada were twins that were trying to run away. There was an unforeseen issue that arose resulting in the twins being separated. Aliyah had to jump through some hoops to get away only to get handcuffed to an escaping prisoner. There was some drama but mostly it was an adventure and fun. I liked how the story ended but I wish there was an epilogue further out. I recommend reading this book.

Quick entertaining read with some smexy times. Alien hottie with human spitfire of a girl with some action and funny times makes for and enjoyable read.

This is an okay sci-fi alien romance, but I did have some issues with it. It gets 3.5 stars from me, rounded down to 3 stars.
First, it was too short to have as much character development as I like. I would have liked a little more backstory on both Aliyah and Kyrel.
Aliyah was mostly likable, but her job as an influencer kind of turned me off. I get that a lot of people do that these days, but sometimes it seems like they just do it to get attention -- and often don't really have much to offer to their fans. It also bothered me that she didn't mind Kyrel being a thief. Most women would not have been happy about that.
Kyrel was mostly likable, too, but it bothered me that he had been a thief for most of his adult life. I get that he planned to go straight, but I would still have preferred him to be more honorable with a legitimate occupation.
I liked that curvy girls were considered beautiful in Kyrel's world, since everyone on his planet was much larger than any human. I also liked that Aliyah and her twin ended up mated to cousins.
I did wish, though, that I had read this story right after I finished Jade's story (His Human Socialite), because I didn't remember much about it. I'm not sure yet, but I may still go back and reread Jade's story because of that.

She escapes her fathers clutches and the thought of marrying anyone she didn't want to. She goes to Salos where she is put in a nunnery but pays to get asylum and moves to Omega 9 where she meets Kyrel who has been in prison for a year. He takes her hostage not really and they both escape into his safe house and the tension is tensioning. They both shower and clean themselves while also being handcuffed and he pretends he doesn't have the key so he gets to spend more time with her. She runs her own business and has made millions at this point and he wants her to use his money. They have dinner and its like sparks are flying and the next day they go to the club and dance like they both love to do and they sing karaoke when all of a sudden Prince shows up and he's demanding Aaliyah to let him smell her and Kyrel is angered when he does and turns out she's not Prince's mate. Prince wants an invitation to their bound declaration ceremony and Kyrel's like I love her. Moving on Kyrel and Prince are best friends and for the rest of the night they catch up and she gets along with his enforcers and also Prince but decide to turn in for the night and go back to his fortress and one thing leads to another and they go to pound town for the whole night and morning till her sister Jada and Idun show up and Kyrel is shocked he even knows where he lives cuz this was top secret. They talk and she puts half of her money into Jada's account that she spent years making all because of a promise she made to her mother and that was to take care of Jada. They talk to how they got here and how they met their bounds which is so cute.
Solid 3.5/5, the epilogue could've been longer.

Aliyah is the twin sister of Jada from His Alien Socialite. People laughingly refer to her as the evil twin since she likes parties and taking risks. Once she transported her sister to Tarvos before her father's thugs could grab her, she caused a distraction that allowed her to sneak out and go to another transport pad. However instead of being empty, there are two religious pilgrims about to transport to Salo and she goes with them. Since she was a traveler without a visa, the people at Salo were going to send her to a nunnery to wait. Aliyah demands her rights and asylum and gets sent to Omega 9. She is transport to Omega 9 but unexpectedly arrives in the middle of a prisoner transport. The prisoner uses her arrival as distraction and her as a hostage to escape. Aliyah is drawn to Kryel, her captor but she isn't happy with the way he is controlling her.
Kryel Grindstone is a Hyrrokin warrior but he is very different from the rest of his family. He is the black sheep of the family who takes after his great-uncle the infamous space pirate. Even though he was a pirate and a criminal, he was never punished. He was accused of killing a business rival and was sent to jail at Zeta 149, the most notorious prison without even a trial. After about a year, it is time for his trial on Omega 9. He is ready to escape but first he needs a distraction. An unexpected transport right after his gives him the chance he needs. He grabs the human woman as a hostage and escapes. He had handcuffed her to him to make sure she stayed near him. When they arrived at his hideout, he pretended to have lost the key to the cuff so he could keep her close longer. He's going to steal her heart.

This book had me captivated right from the start and loved how this unlikely couple came together even if being cuffed together had started it all. Aliyan is on the run from her mafia father who has arranged a marriage for her and he won’t listen to what she wants and so that brings her to a transporter taking her to Omega 9 station where she ends up handcuffed to a a hot red alien who is now escaping from custody with me as well. Kryel is a Hyrrokin male and is a thief and he is being framed for murder and is about to taken to prison when a human turns up making his escape possible but he has to take her with him because they are handcuffed together but he never thought he would be interested in his human but the closer they get at his safe house it becomes clear that they are meant to be together. With secrets that they have can they be together and will her father and his thugs stop searching for or not. There is so much more to this book than I’ve written in my review there is tension, arrogance, intrigue, anger, fear, mystery, secrets, suspense, drama, trust, humor and the biggest surprise in falling in love. Great book.

The heroine, 24-year-old online influence Aliyah Garcia or Williams, is a street-smart, confident, party-loving curvy girl on the run from her mafia (Williams) father and his nefarious plans for her and her twin sister (twin is mc of His Human Socialite). She runs right into the middle of the hero's prison break. The hero, Kryel Grindstone (cousin to Idun Grindstone mc in His Human Socialite) is a thief who is in prison for a murder he didn't commit. When they're stuck together sparks fly.
A fun short enjoyable read.

There is so much dialogue to tell us whats happening. Like this:
"But despite the strange way we met, I can assure you that you are safe with me. It’s true that I’ve committed many crimes over the years, but I’ve never murdered anyone in cold blood. And I’m innocent of this particular crime that I’m accused of.” why does he have to say it like that? Like its over the top and so stilted and info dumpy.
He can just say: "Listen this is a shit situation but despite my... less than stellar reputation, and any rumors you might hear, know that Im not going to hurt you."
That sounds more like a conversation. Currently it feels like the characters are info dumping in every convo they have. Just straight up using too many words to say unnecessary info.
Also stop calling the demon guys edgy. They arent edgy. Their dicks are normal. Oooh they look like demons. So? Does his dick have tentacles? Does it have a weird shape? Does it move independently to his body? Does it look just super alien? No? Then its not edgy, its just a big red human with horns.

I found this book great...I read this in one stting could not pit it down.
I love there was not much violence. Just enough to make you set on the edge for a moment. Some times I find there is a lot but I did not feel that this one was like that. I like that it was not a really long book dragging out him being released and free. And getting the two sisters back together.
The secret apartment was great. Loved the details. Also it was nice getting another look at the space station. I know it's talked about in other books.
Though this is a stand alone book, I love how you could go from one series to the next and understand what is going on being the same universe. Also how in one series you get one specific Alien but in another you get a different one.
I love how this hyrokin is not quite like all the others. That he is a little bit of a bad boy but in a good way.

This was such a great addition to the book series! The story of Kyrel & Aliyah was an exciting, action packed, fast paced story with romance and comedy. I loved this story but I’d love for the female not to scream upon first laying her eyes on the satanic looking male. Kyrel & Aliyah had so much in common it was as though they shared a mind and soul. They are truly soulmates and deserved their HEA! The two of them were both instantly working together and making significant contributions during escapes so the female wasn’t completely depending the male and I LOVED that. Aliyah and Kyrel both have complicated histories but there is no judgment passed from one or the other. They each were able to see and accept each other for who they really are and not how others perceive them. I would definitely recommend this book! I couldn’t put it down!

Her Alien Ex-Con by Michele Mills is part of the Monster Bites series, and it was a hilarious romp of a read!
Aliyah and Kryel are a HOOT! Aliyah is funny, quick witted, sharp, and there's so much more to her than your initial impression. She's charming! Kryel is a rascal of the first order and you can't help but be enamored by it. He's edgy, hot, witty, with a devil (haha!) may care attitude that makes for a fun journey!
There's drama, there's mystery, there's adventure, there's karaoke, and a whole lot more that'll entertain you from start to finish.
This story is crazy and delightful, a rollercoaster ride of excitement, good times, poignant moments, and real growth of character, and, of love.

Aliyah has escaped from her father and has arrived on the Omega 9 space station at the same time as a prison transfer. She finds herself handcuffed to a tall satanic looking man and finds herself on the run with him. He is bossy, throws flash flames, can party all night, sin and shoot a blaster well - plus his kiss is just wow. Then they discover that the Hyrrokin mafia is after her but she has no idea why. She should probably be planning her escape, but he appears to have captured her heart too.
I enjoyed this story which definitely ran on from the previous one in the series. I liked their chemistry which was off the charts and I also liked that he did what he could to keep her nearby. I loved the ending which was great and closed that chapter nicely. Easy to read and understand. Contains mature content.

This is a really sweet (and steamy) read. Aliyah and her sister are running from their father, who is the head of a mafia family, but unfortunately his goons catch up with them and they are separated. Aliyah sends her sister through the transporter and runs. She manages to get away and transports to the Omega 9 Space station, she just happens to arrive at the exact same time as a prisoner transfer. The prisoner being transferred is Kryel, a Hyrrokin, who was convicted for a crime he did not commit. His escape attempt comes at the exact time that Aliyah transports in and he takes her hostage. Not that she is too reluctant. The two become close and they soon realise that they are meant to be. But can he clear his name and can she escape her family?.

Aliyah is on the run with her twin sister, Jada, from the mafia marriages that their father is forcing them into. She pushed Jada into the transporter and promised to follow on after but she finds herself handcuffed to a huge Hyrrokin criminal. Kyrel is not guilty of the crime that he has been accused of and he was about to stage a break-out except that now he is cuffed to a rather delectable human female. He may well also have the keys to the cuffs (not that he was admitting this to Aliyah of course) but he does at least take her with him to the safehouse. What happens when two people who are attracted to each other end up cooped up together?
Yes this is a shorter read but you don't feel like you are being rushed. I adore the Hyrrokins that Michele writes about and all the characters. These are some of my favourites. Love them!

NOTE: this is the “twin” companion to “His Human Socialite” in the author’s Monsters love curves series. While it’s not necessary to have read that one first, it is better if you have done so. This short story is dual POV, well written, and the companion story to His Human Socialite, though it stands alone. I enjoyed how the extroverted fun-loving nature of these lead characters was turned to be an asset, instead of being seen as a detriment, and how the previously portrayed “flightiness” of Aliyah was shown to be a cover for a clever business mind.

Aliyah (h) is on the run from an arranged marriage being forced on her by her mafia father and escapes his thugs by taking a transporter to Omega 9 space station just as a prisoner is being transported. Kryel (H), a Hyrrokin, may be a thief, but he's being framed for murder and is on how way to court to appeal his sentence when Aliyah crashes into his life. Cuffed together, Kryel takes Aliyah to his hidden safe house and the two are forced to spend close time together. Things get hot and steamy between Kryel and Aliyah, with both wanting more than just a short terms relationship. We get to see friends and family from "His Human Socialite," including Aliyah's twin sister, Jada. Fun romantic hot and steamy novella - how could it not be with Hyrrokin heat?

An amazing story. Aloyah and her twin Jada(from a previous story) are trying to escape their fathers men. Aliyah sends Jada off just as the men find them, but now she has to escape them. She accidently gets to Salo with pilgrims but then she is sent off to Omega 9. While there she finds herself in the middle of a prison transfer and is used as a hostage by the prisoner. Kryel is wringly accused of murder and he has been planning his escape for a year. During his transfer from the prison planet to Omega 9 he gets his chance. Taking Aliyah hostage was a necessary evil. But living together in Kryels safe house, they fall for each other. Loved reading their story. Thanx.

This is a well written story and I highly recommend reading it. It coincides with the previous book, Aliyah is Jada’s sister and whilst Jada is on Tarvos falling in love with her mate, Aliyah is on a space station handcuffed to an ex con. The more time they spend together in Kryel’s secret penthouse, the deeper their feelings for each other grow significantly. This is a fast paced story with some fantastic characters who have a red hot chemistry between them and they have some spicy scenes which are hot too. There’s a kidnapping/rescue depending on how you look at it, bound mates, steamy scenes and more all with a happily ever after ending.

The story delivers exactly what the blurb says. Aliyah is a curvy futuristic style influencer from a a mafia family who gets tangled with a big demonic looking alien jailed for a crime he didn't commit. He's committed other crimes but not the one he was jailed for. He makes his escape on the space station where he was supposed to face the judge. Instead, he gets away with cuffed to him. They are mutually attracted, but Aliyah doesn't want a fling. As they get to know each other, you know they will end up together. I thought the world building was good, and it was sweet the way it played out with a satisfying ending. I received a copy from Booksprout and I leave this review voluntarily.

They meet in a chaotic transporter room. The New Earth Mafia is after Aliyah, and Kryel is mid-escape during a prison transfer. He takes her hostage, but before long he is thinking of her as his female, and forever with her. For the first time in her life, she wants more than one night with him. Their story is really fun, and their HEA includes Jada and Idun from His Human Socialite. A quick read, this can be enjoyed as a stand alone. The rest of the series is just as one-click worthy, though, and not to be missed. Five out of five stars.

As always, I have been enamored with Ms. Mills ability as a wordsmith since I first stumbled upon her works. I have since devoured all of them and am always anxious to see what world she has crafted. After finishing "His Human Socialite" (which you should definitely read if you haven't yet), I was eager to see what Jada's sister had in store for us. And let me tell you, she did not disappoint us at all.
In this bite-sized epic, the fourth of her series, you hit the ground running as you are thrown into a high-energy environment when an escape and prison transfer overlap in the best/worst way. From there you are off on the chase with adrenaline, emotions, tension, arrogance, and annoyance pumping through your veins as our protagonists navigate their "linked" existence.
The overall adventure feel of this story provides you with enough of a pull to not be able to put this down until you read the last line of the epilogue.
I definitely recommend this for your list. You will not regret it in the slightest. If you haven't read any other of her series, do yourself a favor and read about the other Hyrrokin in the "Monsters Love Curvy Girls" series, "The Swirl," "The Alien Bounty Hunters," or the Xylan in "The Fever Brothers" series.

Due to a mishap and a set of incompetent security personnel Kryel and Aliyah meet in dangerous circumstances. A great rip roaring yarn filled with humour, sexy bodies, beautiful and intelligent women, jealousy , bounds, fear and friendship. Really enjoyed the ride this story took me on.

I absolutely love this world that Michele Mills has created! Her characters make me smile and chuckle as I read the stories.
Her Alien Ex-Con might just be my favorite so far.

Short but perfect novella, ideal companion to His Human Socialite, although can be read as standalone. So much packed into a few chapters, but didn’t feel rushed. Michele has done some fantastic world building and it’s such a treat getting to visit again. Loved the forced proximity premise with Aalyiah and Kryel being handcuffed to each other and having to co-operate. Surprised the cuffs didn’t burn off, the heat between these two!.
