This is my favorite Chakra book! Honestly I’m going to buy a whole bunch for Christmas & give to friends with a beautiful crystal. The book has everything- crystals, healing recipes (like butternut soup with roasted peppitas on top) , yoga positions, sound meditations, affirmations, essential oils, bath time routines, color therapy. It is amazing!!!!! I just like looking at the colorful artist pictures while sipping my coffee in the morning. High quality book. (I’m the author of Cult Girls.)
This is a really good compilation of knowledge about the chakra system and associations. A fantastic beginners book, but also an easy to use reference for anyone who needs to look something up quickly that they may have forgotten.
This is a really great, simple introduction (or refersher) to the 7 main chakras. Sure, there are some topics that are questionable to me, but overall, I would highly recommend this this as a starter book for someone new to it.
What I expected, a great and understandable introduction into chakra's and how to get the balance your body and mind needs. A lot of practical advice I will take with me in daily life.
