I read this book via an Amazon KU [KINDLE Unlimited] download.
Through my journey in trying to be a good Christian woman, I realize that the harried lives we’re living are continuously testing the trust we’ve placed in our Lord. Our minds and hearts are fraught with the uncertainty of our existence and worry, creating fearful anxiety despite our knowing that the Lord has a plan for each of us.
While never knowing why certain things occur in our lives, we’re assured of knowing we can trust the Lord in doing the right things when they do. It goes without saying that there’s power in trusting the Lord.
In ISAIAH 12:2 [NLT], we read:
“See, God has come to save me. I will trust in him and not be afraid. The LORD God is my strength and my song; he has given me victory.”
Given this, we all should contemplate increasing our conviction in trusting the Lord and why I found this book to accomplish this goal. Through each day of this month-long inspired devotional Scriptural journey incorporating her experiences, Ms. Swainty provides her readers with justifiable reasons to increase their conviction in trusting the Lord.
Each day the author begins with a Scripture, followed by her experience and self-examining questions. This, in turn, gets followed by three creative response options: a musical playlist, and an inspiring writing prompt, to assist her readers in responding to the day’s lesson innovatively.
For wanting to expand her readers’ faith in the Lord in an inspirational manner, I’ve given Ms. Swainty 5 STARS for her endeavor here.
