On the Hook

Seasiders,

News on the beach is Braxton Bradley has caught the eye of Seaside’s very own darling, Harlee Tilson. Now, this might come as a shock to many of you, since the eldest Bradley sibling has been rumored to have made a vow to never marry. After all, his fishing charter has always been his number one love.

A little crab might have informed me that Braxton and Harlee were seen in a rather…intimate embrace only two nights ago on the Seaside Pier! The scandal of it all since Harlee is fresh off a breakup with Thomas Minor…who happens to be Braxton’s BFF! Did I mention scandal?

Could it be true? Could Braxton and Harlee be an item? One has to wonder what poor Thomas must think of this new development.

Stay tuned, my fishes…more to come!

Fair winds and following seas!

For me this book was the perfect ending. Brax and Harlee became my number 1 couple.

I was hoping that Brax will use the information that he received wisely. And I was also hoping that he will fight for Harlee. Well at the beginning he didn't know how to react and what to do, but then he decided to go ahead with his plan. And I am so glad that It turned out beautifully.

At the beginning of the book we finally managed to see what happened between them years ago. To be honest, my heart was broken as well. I felt for Harlee and I was blaming Brax. The good thing is that in present time he knows what he's done. At first he wants her to forgive him...well kind of..but later on we can all see that he wants to be with her.

The smut and the steam between them was off the charts...literally 🥵🥵🥵. I loved all of those moments, like I loved everything in this book. The story, the characters, the love, the smut...everything ♥️♥️♥️.

We are back in Seaside, and we are here for answers. We get them and more, but no spoilers here! To get the scoop on Ms. Seaside, grab the book, you will enjoy it.

As this is Brax’s story you will get the low down on what is causing the tension between Brax and Harlee. Will they continue to be enemies? How they solve their differences is of public record, she does work for the town paper. Another book where I will leave the discovery to the reader, not in my review. I do recommend this book and series or anything this author writes.

I am sad to be leaving Seaside and have hopes of revisiting.

Thank you to the Author for the advanced copy; this is my voluntary review.

5 Star Review of Someone To Love (The Seaside Chronicles #4) by Kelly Elliott

Have you ever been excited to read a book on one hand but dreaded it on the other? That’s how I felt when I began Someone To Love knowing this is the last book in what has become one of my favorite series of 2022.
This is Braxton (Brax) Bradley and Harlee Tilson’s story and one I have been waiting to read. It was a fabulous addition to The Seaside Chronicles. As this is an inter connected series, it would be best to read these books in order.
The characters are quirky, the town wonderful and as with the previous books I quickly fell in love with the story and the characters. This is a second chance at love for Brax and Harlee and it was fun to watch the push and pull dynamic as they went backwards and forwards. I loved the banter between them, they have a true and deep connection, now if only they could both admit their true feelings to one another, they just might have a chance at the happiness that they both deserve.
Finally learning who Ms. Seaside was an added bonus to this well written, witty and entertaining story. This series is full of love and family and it was wonderful to catch up with everyone.
This was a fitting conclusion to a wonderful series.

If you’ve been following along with this series as I have then you know how excited I was to finally get my hands on Braxton and Harlee’s story. Braxton and Harlee go together as well as oil and water. And yet somehow, Braxton’s caught the eye of Seaside’s darling, Harlee. Unfortunately, for Braxton, his reputation precedes him and doesn’t give him much of a chance. But there’s more to Braxton than just playboy rumors. He’s a man with a heart of gold on a quest to put some much-needed rumors to rest.

Overall, I thought this book was an enjoyable read. I’ve loved getting swept up in the Seaside Chronicles and trying to discover the identity of Ms. Seaside. Braxton and Harlee’s story doesn’t disappoint. It’s filled with delicious tension, and banter and the chemistry was everything I was hoping it would be. I loved watching Harlee and Braxton try to figure things out and navigate their way to a happily ever after.. My only complaint is that their story is over.

Fans of the Seaside Chronicles won’t want to miss Someone to Love!

100% 5 stars….An ending that really isn’t an ending-that’s my jam! I have said it before, I will read anything Kelly writes, but making me fall in love with characters just makes me love a book even more and you will fall in love with the whole family in this series.
Ms. Seaside…I didn’t see it coming but I didn’t hate it.

This is the final book in the Seaside series…but is it? 😀

'One of the best series finales I've ever had the pleasure of reading, and from an author that everyone should be reading and have on their shelves! Kelly Elliott is awe-inspiring!' - The British Bibliophile

As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. Now it's the turn of Kelly Elliott's series, The Seaside Chronicles' to also come to an end. What started with a small wave slowly built to a tsunami of a finale, and I was here hanging on Kelly's every written word. Especially as I tried--and failed--to guess who Ms. Seaside was.

The series started off strong with 'Returning Home', which follows the second chance love of Gannon Wilson and Adelaide Bradley. The name hits at what the story touches upon but to know for sure, you'll have to grab a copy and find out for yourselves. Just like you absolutely must the rest of the series which is now fully available. From there, the series--much like the mighty seagull--, took off. There was no holding Kelly back from creating something sweet, romantic, alluring and sexy all at once. This is a series to watch out for. Fact.

Out of all the books in this series, Someone to Love has to be the funniest. As I've often said in past Kelly and other author reviews, I appreciate an author who injects any substance of humour into their work. Yes, smut and steam will always be something we all crave every now and then, but humour will always be a win for me. Kelly provides the light relief and humour through one of the two main characters and our leading lad this time around, Braxton Bradley. He also happens to be in my opinion, the most appealing of all the Seaside male residents. Gannon is a close second, but there's just something about Braxton. Yes, readers, I'm officially claiming him as my series book boyfriend!

With Braxton comes Harlee Tilson, Seaside's very own 'princess'. Though she and Braxton have never formally or publicly shown any interest in one another, there's something brewing beneath the surface for these two. Not that either would admit it to themselves or to anyone else. Harlee is determined, Braxton is tenacious and stubborn. Both of them create a heady mix of angst and tension they can only resist for so long. Will they crash out on the wave they will both be riding, or will it be smooth sailing? Once more, there's only one way to find out.

As for the illusive Ms. Seaside? Well, it doesn't take a genius to work out that by book four if we had not been made privy to the identity in the past three books, we would in this one. Suffice to say, I was both kicking myself and happy with myself at the same time that who I had assumed to be the mysterious columnist was not said person. Yes, I like to guess, but I feel if I had guessed it earlier on and was found to be right, it would've spoiled the mystery and the fun as each subsequent book came along. Kelly did a stellar job in keeping things tightly under wraps--very Bridgerton style--, proving that her writing prowess only grows with each novel she writes. However, you'll be pleasantly surprised at how Ms. Seaside leaves things. I'll just leave that there for now.

Getting hands-on with a new series, especially one so close to my heart, has been as thrilling as always. Kelly has yet to fail to produce less than a five star read in my eyes, and this series is definitely one I'll be--and have been--revisiting for many moons to come. As someone who cherishes her own seaside memories, I'm so very glad that Kelly wrote something that we can connect to, appreciate and love till our hearts are twice the size. I would gladly welcome a secondary series to this--like the one Kelly is tacking on to her former series, 'Meet me in Montana', called 'Love in Montana', but I'm very satisfied to hear how the series will carry on despite it not being in book format. You'll find out how this comes to be when picking up this latest novel, don't worry.

For now, it's time to say adieu to Seaside and its residents. Fair winds and following seas!

Five stars.

I'm so sad this series is ending with this book! I so hope it will come out on audio so I can dive back into this romantic series by the sea in the little coastal town of Seaside, Maine.
Every single character of importance has been in each book.
Reading this series has felt like finding a journal that follows each family member and tells their love story so beautifully.

This book finally gives us the long-awaited story of Braxton and Harlee! It's been teased and hinted at since book one, and the build-up was worth the wait.

I loved everything about this book, from the way Braxton pursues Harlee and how they end up being just so perfectly perfect for each other.

Ms. Seaside gets a surprise in the form of a responsorial column that seriously had me laughing at the banter between the two!

All in all, this series ticks all the boxes of what I want in a small town romance: setting that immediately drew me in and wanting to visit, characters that are relatable and lovable, perfect balance of heat and sweet and an ending that you can't help but love (and secretly hope for more in the form of bonus scenes and/or novellas!!)

I think readers are going to love the ending of this book!!!

The best of the series yet, for me. Series readers have gotten to see Braxton and Harlee on the sidelines and now they are center stage. They were already loved and Ms Elliott gave them the attention they deserved.

Watching them go from flinging diggs at each other to being a team and on the same side was fun. The transition was something some were just patiently waiting for and some didn't see coming. The Best Friend Brother is always a hard line to cross.

Ms. Seaside has outdone herself this time. The banter between her and the Catch of the Sea was a fun addition to the story.

A steamy, sweet romance, placing fears in the past and moving forward in a new direction. Full of many emotions and feelings. Sad to see this series coming to an end.

A great story to end this series on, Brax and Harlee are my new favourite couple.

A few years ago Harlee and Brax spent the night together but the next day Brax broke her heart, he's regretted it ever since. They've had a love hate relationship since but when Brax discovers Harlee has a secret he decides to use it to his advantage to spend more time with her. Will he win back her heart or will it all backfire.

Kelly Elliott never ever fails me, her writing style and the characters she creates always pull me in. I'm just so sad we've come to the end of this series....or have we?

Someone to Love is the final book in this series and we finally get the story of Braxton and Harlee. I‘ve been waiting for this couples story since forever and I loved every second of it.

Braxton and Harlee have such a unique story and I just had to swoon over Braxton all the damn time.

Harlee though sometimes got on my nerves. But I did ship her very hard with Brax.

I‘m sad to see this series done but I‘m also excited about whats to come!!

WOW! Kelly Elliott has done it again! I absolutely loved Someone to Love, the final book in her The Seaside Chronicles series! It was a bittersweet story for me, knowing that it is the last book in the series. I can honestly say that Someone to Love is an incredible love story, which filled me with a rollercoaster of emotions, it was impossible to put it down. I loved every moment on every page. Kelly Elliott continues to deliver incredibly written love stories that I LOVE to read! I love this incredible second chance at love story, the Seaside, Maine setting, and the amazing characters, they feel like family! I love how she incorporates the picture on the cover into the love story. Kelly Elliott definitely does not disappoint her readers with all the feels in Someone to Love and has once again delivered an amazing story filled with everything that I have come to love about and expect from her books. Who does not love hot sexy men, strong, passionate females, big loving families, and caring friends, who always support each other? I love how Kelly develops her characters in such a way that you fall in love with them and care about them much like a good friend. I love how Kelly Elliott always manages to create the "perfect" heroine, who is a strong, sassy woman on her own, to balance out the sexy, swoon worthy man. Kelly Elliott continues to deliver all that and so much more. I am not sure how she does it, but Kelly Elliott has once again given her readers another remarkable book. I love that Kelly chooses dialogue that stays true to her characters. Someone to Love is filled with all the heartbreaking and heartwarming moments and plot twists, that I have come to love and expect in a Kelly Elliott love story, I especially loved the poignant and bittersweet moments that filled this page turner. Kelly Elliott continues to prove that she is an incredible storyteller. I love that she writes her stories in the first person from the perspective of the main characters. I love getting inside their minds and knowing their thoughts and how they really feel. My favorite moments in Someone to Love are the lighter moments where I found myself smiling and laughing out loud. I also love the parts that pull at my heartstrings and cause me to sigh, as I read the heartbreaking moments. Someone to Love is filled with such moments and so much more. Someone to Love is a second chance at love story between Braxton “Brax” Bradley, owner of Bradley Charters, and Harlee Tilson, marketing director for the Seaside Chronicle, which is owned by her father, and the best friend of Braxton’s sister, Sutton. Harlee and Braxton shared one night together eight years before, and it ended badly. Harlee recently broke up with her latest boyfriend, Thomas. Braxton is determined to discover the identity of Ms. Seaside, the gossip columnist for the Seaside Chronicles. He reaches out to Harlee for assistance. As Brax and Harlee spend time while Brax is taking care of Charlie together things between them change. I love the Brax gets his own “Catch of the Day” fishing column in the newspaper and uses it to respond to Ms. Seaside’s column, I love the easy banter in their columns. Conversation between Harlee and Brax flows so easily, I love the chemistry between them. As they continue spending time together, they both admit their true feelings for each other. Feelings that they have felt since their night together eight years ago, I love how Harlee reveals to Brax how he made her feel after their first encounter. My favorite part is how their relationship is also fodder for the gossip column in the Seaside Chronicle. Those gossip columns are my favorite parts of the book, the reactions of the characters to the posts, and how the Bradley siblings are trying to figure out the identity of the writer. I love how Braxton discovered the identity of Ms. Seaside but did not reveal it to anyone. I love the changes that that both Brax and Harlee are willing to make to have a life with one another. I love Braxton’s romantic proposal to Harlee, and the object in the ring box. I also love the ending of their love story, and all the surprises that take place. Someone to Love was an amazing love story; I am so glad that Harlee and Brax got their happily ever after. I loved all the surprises that filled the pages of this love story. I loved Gannon's and Brody's toasts at the bachelor party! Another favorite part is the epilogue and how it goes above and beyond the happily ever after. My favorite part is the surprise twist at the end of the story. I love all the characters in this series, I enjoy all the interactions among the Bradley and Wilson siblings, it feels like real family love and makes me laugh at their teasing and the descriptions of the Seaside in The Seaside Chronicles. Who does not love family and friends that always have each other’s backs? I loved The Seaside Chronicles series and was sad that this is the last book in the series, but I love the surprise that Kelly Elliott revealed at the end of the book. I loved every moment. Highly recommend this beautifully written story.

Brax thinks he knows who Ms. Seaside is. And he's going to use this info to get back into Harlee's good graces. He wants forgiveness and he wants her. This second chance was a long time coming, but first Brax has to earn some forgiveness and redemption from his beautiful Harlee.

Harlee hasn't forgiven Brax for breaking her heart years ago. When he rejected her after their night, her heart became closed for business. So why's the man using the information he thinks he has to spend time with her? Does he really think she'll ever forgive him? Ever give him a second chance to break her heart? But Harlee underestimated her own feelings and that she'd never really gotten over Brax. And now she's having a hard time keeping him out. Will she ultimately give into what her heart wants, or keep trying to stay mad at him?

What a great way to end (or not) this series. Brax and Harlee were so obviously meant to be together, from the very first page I could see their feelings and was rooting them on so hard. The chemistry is seriously hot, the tension of will she forgive him, when will they give in - so much fun.

5 So Many Questions Have Been Answered Stars!!

I’ve loved every book in this series and I’ve followed along as each of the couples have found their love for each other and as we’ve tried to figure out who Ms. Seaside is. In this book, not only do we get Harlee and Brax’s love story… these two have been circling each other for a very long time, we also finally find out who Ms. Seaside is… the anonymous reporter of all things gossipy in this small town.

Harlee and Brax have known each other for most of their lives given she’s his sister’s bestie. When they were younger they had one night together but things happened that derailed any possible relationship between them until several years later. Now, Brax is on a mission and nothing is going to get in his way.

There’s a little bit of a slow burn to their story after their one night together. But every time they were in the same room, their chemistry is oozing off the pages! And what brings them together so often? It’s their combined desire to figure out who Ms. Seaside is! Along the way on their quest, there are several taunts and digs not only by Ms. Seaside, but Brax as well. He’s of the mind that “what’s good for the goose, is good for the gander!”

I adore how Harlee challenged Brax. She wasn’t just looking for some fun… she’s looking for her forever. Brax is somewhat slow on the uptick sometimes and doesn’t necessarily reveal his inner thoughts when he should…
“I wanted more from her than simply sex. That I wanted to see where things could go between us. That I wanted a life with her that I never thought I’d want with any woman. That seeing her with other men nearly drove me ..crazy. That every woman I ever slept with, I compared to her. Wished they had been her.”
There were moments in this book that I just wanted to yell, tell her already!! But Ms. Elliott does a wonderful job of building their story with the exact right timing. Mixing in many moments of witty banter and laughter, passion, friendships that have no boundaries and a love that is stronger than either of them ever expected to find. There were some secrets revealed and some new secrets that have left me wondering if this really is the last we’re going to see of this small town. I for one, wouldn’t be upset to have more of these characters and their loves.

If you haven’t read this series, you’re truly missing out on fabulous stories that I’m still chuckling about because I’m so in love with them!

Oh my word! A perfect ending to this amazing series. Kelly Elliott once again proves why she is one of my top picks in authors with Someone to Love the fourth and final book of The Seaside Chronicles.

I am a sucker for small town romance and no one does it better than Kelly Elliott. Her books pull you into these characters lives and you become so invested in needing to have more. You are their cheering section, tissue box partner, sparing partner and punchline buddy. What more can a reader ask for? I have never read a series Mrs. Elliott has written that has ever fallen short in delivering to her readers.

I could not wait to find out the whole story of Braxton and Harlee. This book is not a standalone, and I do recommend reading this series in order. Thru out the series we would get bits and pieces but NOW we know ALL!! Braxton and Harlee have had this push and pull. The banter and slams these two would toss at each other had me literally laughing out loud! We see these characters evolve and work together; giving into what has always been there...love. You could see the relationship grow....as a reader that road to the love story is beautiful. It's not always smooth sailing, the seas will toss you about....but if you stay the course, calm waters will come!

The mysterious Mrs. Seaside has had a front row seat this series and loved sharing details to keep readers and yes the characters themselves guessing where and when she would pop up next. Who would be next on her 'information highway'!! I loved this aspect of the series!!

I loved each and every part of this book....this series. I am so sad it has come to an end. One thing I know for certain is that Kelly Elliott will delight her readers with another love story that will capture this readers heart every book she releases.

Kelly Elliott saved the best of them Bradleys, Braxton and his secret love Harlee. Have to say right from the first book I always saw Harlee with Braxton but boy does Kelly Elliott do it in a way that is well unforgettable. With Addie, Sutton and Palmer we saw Ms. Seaside hit them with where it will hurt their hearts but when it comes to Harlee and Braxton it is also their past that gets them. In some ways I can feel for Harlee the way Braxton did wrong but boy when he know's he did wrong it sticks with him all the way. Seeing Braxton well grovel for Harlee was sweet and in many ways just so deeply loved in his part. Harlee doesn't cave easily though which I had to root for her because there were some scenes I definitely would have just jumped Braxton. Readers will understand what scenes and have to say even Ms. Seaside will get all flustered *wink wik*. These two have so much memories together but there is also the hurt between them they need to fix before anything can go further. Seeing Braxton torn between making his feelings known to the Princess of Seaside, Harlee because of the friendship she has with his sisters yet wants her like his next breath truly got me. Not only do we see Ms. Seaside but what the Bradley girls have been up to with their loves was awesome as well. One thing for sure you need to read all four in order to really understand Ms. Seaside and her gossipping but as well how magical this Seaside really is by Kelly Elliott.

SOMEONE TO LOVE is the fourth installment in The Seaside Chronicles. It cannot be read as a standalone and should only be read in the order that the author intended to fully understand the ongoing storyline.

Harlee has always had feelings for Brax and after one night together, Brax runs scared. Since then, their relationship has consisted of snide comments and making sure they were never alone together. But when they team up to find out who Ms. Seaside really is, they are forced to face the feelings they have and what to do with that.

I love the banter and fun in this one and the continuation of the storyline from book to book.

And the ending that leaves the door open for more is everything!

What a fun, tender and steamy second chance romance! Harlee Tilson has had a long time crush on her best friends brother, Braxton Bradley. When Braxton rescues Harlee from a terrible date, they end up having a night of explosive passion. The next morning, Braxton realizes that no matter how much he cares for her, his new business is his main priority, so he walks away, breaking Harlee's heart. Now, years later, they reluctantly join forces to discover the identity of who is writing the Ms. Seaside gossip column. The more they work together, the more they realize the attraction they once shared, never went away, and they become helpless to deny how much they want and care for each other. But they both have their own agenda, and their own secrets. When those secrets are revealed, can they find forgiveness and finally be together? I loved the journey Braxton and Harlee took to finally find their way back to each other. It was hilarious, moving, and filled with sizzling sexual tension and hot passion. I also loved their family and friends who were so essential and added so much fun, laughter and love.
Ava Lucas, and Teddy Hamilton continue to bring this delightful story to life. Their portrayal of the amusing cat and mouse games, along with the sexual tension, between Harlee and Braxton was spot on. I enjoyed their wonderful performances that took my breath away while making me laugh, smile and swoon all at the same time.

The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth is out! Well, for a select few, that is. First, we get the true story of what’s behind the…antagonistic…relationship between Harlee and Braxton. Second, we meet some new faces who I really hope to see more of later on. Third, Harlee and Brax seem ready to be honest with themselves and each other about their feelings. And fourth, do we finally find out who Ms. Seaside is? Maybe. Maybe not.

Braxton and Harlee are quite the couple to admire, once they get past old hurts and mistakes. And the hurts are mainly caused by one party and one party alone. But that’s okay because fears and revealed, hearts are open and honest, and communication is key. Even when it appears for a minute that Brax’s past has caught up in a big and unexpected way, Harlee takes it all in spectacular stride. These two are definitely an unstoppable force when they let love lead the way, and their ability to keep some secrets while still being 100% available for friends and family alike is envious. The best part is that we not only see the happiness all couples of this series have, but we get a tease of something more to come. Something similar, yet NOT. Maybe a certain widow finds new love in a new series? I can certainly hope.

5/5 || Thank you Grey Promotions and Kelly Elliot for this ARC ! release date: January 3, 2023 !!

I honestly don’t think anyone was as excited for this book as i was. I’ve been anticipating Brax and Harlee’s book since the very very beginning. AND not only did i get them i got all my theirs answered and CORRECT!! Ms. Seaside, Ms. Seaside, Ms. Seaside she has been with us from the first book and all the way to the end. I loved how much she was included in the plot and I couldn’t think of a better ending for her then she got.

Brax and Harlee were everything i hoped they would be. Second chance is one of my favourite tropes and theirs was so heartwarming i cried. YES CRIED. i actually cried a lot in this book as it was the last in the series, a series that i’ve grown so attached to im so sad to see it end. i could not applaud Kelly Elliot more for how she ended this series, it had the perfect ending, i would not change a thing.

i’ve loved being able to read about the entire Bradley clan and watch their family grow. i honestly cant stop crying writing this i’ve become so attached to not only them but their story and their town AND Ms. Seaside. Saying goodbye to a series is hard but i’ve loved diving into this new world of Kelly’s and can’t wait to see what’s next!!

I read my first Kelly Elliot book, Wanted, years ago and fell in love with her writing, characters, and stories long before I was a book reviewer or blogger. Since then, I’ve read almost anything she’s ever written, and this story is one more excellent reason I repeatedly reach for her works. It’s the final installment (or is it???!!) of her Seaside Chronicles series and is NOT a standalone title. That said, I highly recommend reading all the books in order and then joining me as we not-so-patiently wait for what comes next.
Braxton and Harlee’s story was heartwrenching. Not only because of how much misunderstanding and hurt these two have to overcome but also because this story was so close to my own HEA. When I say I felt the ups and downs these two went through, I mean I truly understood how heartbreaking the bad times could be and how much hope small gestures can give a person. Sometimes you know who you are meant to be with when you are young, but you still have a great deal of growing and maturing to do. And we don’t always do it on someone else’s timeline. Despite it all, Harlee and Brax finally get their HEA, and we get a tease for possibly more books in the future or a great spinoff.

Well this series went out with a bang! I went into this final book not knowing what to expect with the big reveal. But turns out…. I truly enjoyed this book. Harlee and Brax have been playing and cat and mouse game, publicly and privately for awhile now. I knew they were destined to be together but also felt there was a good story behind them. Well we definitely got the story behind these two! I enjoyed the back and forth banter between these two. They have a strong connection and undeniable chemistry. Brax knowledge of her secret and egging her on was extremely entertaining. There were several times thought out this series where I didn’t think I was Going to like Harlee. But in fact Harlee actually grew on me and I was Rooting for her and Brax. This series has been extremely enjoyable. Each book was a great page turner with fun characters and great stories. If you haven’t read each book in the series do so now! I will definitely miss this series but I look forward to seeing what is next for this author.

So sad for the end of this series! This was the perfect ending to this group of siblings and their HEA and finding love. Finally, we get Harlee and Braxton’s story – I knew from the beginning that they were destined to be together, and Kelly delivered! Harlee has always had a huge crush on Braxton, but it wasn’t until she was older that Braxton started looking at her in a way other than another little sister. They spent one night together years ago and because Braxton was scared of the feelings, he felt Harlee misunderstood and they’ve avoided each other ever since, until they decide to go on a hunt to find out who Ms. Seaside really is. I loved the comedic side of this book through finding out who Ms. Seaside’s identity is and the hunt around it, but I also loved the second chance relationship between Harlee and Braxton. I was so sad that this was the end, but I truly love all of Kelly’s books and can’t wait to see what she comes out with next!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Someone to Love is a fantastic conclusion to the Seaside Chronicles series. This is not a standalone and must be read in series order. If you have read this series to date then you know the continuous of Ms. Seaside mention in every book. We finally get those answers to who Ms. Seaside is and why she is writing about the Bradley family so much. I love this one. This is one that will suck you in and take your heart in this beautiful love story of Braxton and Harlee. I love Harlee so much. She has been a part of the Bradley family for years. Braxton is one that may come off as a player but he has always had his heart set on Harlee. Timing has never been right for these two. I love how they team up and grow closer. It is so much fun watching the sparks fly as they grow closer. This is such a sweet read. I loved every moment of this one. It is sad to say goodbye to the Seaside Chronicles but it makes my heart happy we still get a little bit in Kelly Elliott's newsletter. I loved this one so much. Braxton and Harlee are everything I wanted and then some. You need to read this now.

Someone to Love by Kelly Elliott

I loved loved this book. But it is hard not to love these books the author does an amazing job at writing amazingly fun and entertaining stories. This is Braxton and Harlee’s story and boy was I invested in it. First I was invested because hello we all wanted to know who the heck Ms. Seaside is for sure right. And second because hello I am antes to see Harlee and Braxton get their happily ever after. I loved the whole Ms. S back and forth banter with The Catch of the Season it was o fun. Loved the whole thing that Harlee really thought she was throwing Brax of her trail that was hilarious. I simply just loved everything about this book and was so sad to know it was the last Bradley sibling and end of the series. However we are left with a bit of hope that we are not quite done with the Seaside Chronicles because we have a new Ms. Seaside and I like Braxton want to know who it is. I could not recommend this book enough such a great book and amazingly writer series.

⭐⭐⭐⭐.5

When I open up one of Kelly's books, I know she is going to provide me with a sweet love, laughter, and close-knit friendships. Of course, she didn't disappoint in both the series and in Someone to Love.

I'm not sure I can pick a favorite couple out of this series. But Braxton and Harlee's story didn't disappoint and was the best way to end a wonderful series. The connection between the two could be felt throughout each book as you got to know the characters. I knew there was a story there and I'm happy to say it definitely meet my expectations.

Braxton and Harlee's connection was both strong and relatable. You could feel the steam coming from the pages along with the love and laughter. I love how open Harlee is with her wants and how she doesn't shy away from the not so goodie side of her personality. Braxton's personality was the perfect match for Harlee.

I did scream when Ms. Seaside was revealed as my guess was correct. I enjoyed the direction the author took it and how it played out in the end.

You need to read this series!

I loved this 4th book about Harlee and Braxton. Seaside is a small town on the coast of Maine with a lot of history. Harlee writes a column in her father’s newspaper weekly and the residents cannot wait to get the paper in their hands to find out who Ms. Seaside will feature in her column. Lately she’s been having fun torturing Braxton. He’s determined to find out who this mystery writer is and boy does he get a surprise.

Harlee has loved Braxton for years. He’s her best friends brother and she’s never told them that they had a one night stand about 5 yrs ago. It didn’t end well and her heart was broken. Spending time together is Braxton’s way of keeping a close eye on her. I enjoyed the cat and mouse game they had going on. Feelings and truth about that one night long ago come out and I did a happy dance.

Their story has funny moments, times when your heart will skip a beat or beat faster from anticipation, laughter, good times and mystery. The sub characters add to this great romance and I didn’t want the story to end!

I love The Seaside Chronicles but this was the book I have been waiting for and even though I was sad to see this wonderful series come to an end I was also excited to see who the real Ms Seaside is……
Ms Elliott certainly left the best for last with Braxton (Brax) Bradley and Harlee Tilson’s story and this book will be on my best reads of 2022 and I’m sure I will be going back and revisiting The Seaside Chronicles down the track.
I fell hard and fast for this seaside town and it’s quirky characters and Brax and Harlee were easy to love, the push and pull dynamics of their second chance at love and the wonderful banter all added another level to this wonderful journey. This couple have a real connection and if they will only admit their true feelings thru would have a wonderful future so what does the future hold…one click this little gem to find out.
Someone to Love is the perfect conclusion to one of my favourite series.
