Meet dozens of legendary creatures from around the world. They exist in myths, fairy tales, tall tales, and old stories, and they explain about about themselves in each section of the book. The illustrations are cute and the creatures range from cute and helpful to ferocious and feral. If you've ever wondered where the inspiration for some of your favorite video game foes came from, this book will tell you.
