Richard wrote "My goal with this book was to provide, in a non-threatening way, a clear blueprint for readers to advance their own careers while having a positive impact in the lives of others." I think he did just that! The conversational tone of this book makes it a quick read. He did a wonderful job tying together emerging leadership trends, backed by research and personal experience, that make life better for everyone.
