This is a great informative book and while a lot of it is basic common sense, sometimes we ignore it and have to be shown again to say, oh yeah, that makes sense and I should’ve known better.
I think this is a great little book. It was a quick read at only 85 pages and it is packed with great information as well as really useful Affirmations that help with different aspects like; Happiness, Self-Confidence, Overcoming Extreme Habits, and Love and Connection. Those were great to read and I am saving to use again. There are also lists at the end of the book to help you write things out and see what habits you may have and work through them that way.
I also liked that this book did point out bad habits, but gave you options of good habits to help overcome and replace. I always say that it takes 21 days to break a habit, but I like that this book pointed out that some heavier habits may take up to 3 months and that’s true. Some habits are harder to break but with persistence and a little time, change is possible.
Overall, I’m glad to red this book. I got to 365 Day Affirmations Book for a gift and wanted to check out one of its companions. I would recommend.
I've read so many books about getting rid of bad habits that, when I read this one.....I think I can do this! So, I'm going to give it a shot! Thank you for such a clear understanding of how habits work and how I can control them not them controlling me.
