Financial independence is within your reach, and your life doesn’t have to be a nonstop grind in order to get there.
InFlip-Flops and Fortunes, Brady Johns teaches you how to accumulate wealth in ways that energize rather than drain you.
The world has enough cutthroat, hypercompetitive, and exhausted millionaires. You can gain that fortune without all that toil—making money work for you on the way to finding security and happiness, wealth and joy.
Brady Johns was tired of spending countless hours staring at the three walls of his cubicle at his job in the tech world. He craved adventure, travel, and the ability to do big, generous things for the people he loved. So he decided to take his fate into his own hands and build the life he wanted, brick by brick.
In Flip-Flops and Fortunes, he shows you how to do the same through a combination of real estate investing and passive income strategies. These are the strategies that have enabled Brady to travel to the world’s favorite islands, climb the highest mountains, and live on the millions of dollars he brings in each year in passive income. He believes anyone can do what he’s done.
If you’re ready to gain financial freedom while enjoying your life in the process, Flip-Flops and Fortunes is an essential guide for your journey.
Sadly a bit too surface level and no real nuggets or wisdoms shared that will help the reader truly transform their life with real estate, investments, or passive income.
As an Austinite who enjoys living the Austin life (ok, the one from the 90s and 2000s that is, with lots of good food and live music and the outdoors), and shares a lot of the same values, I enjoyed this book. It was great to get a perspective of another local who works hard not so he can be "rich" but so he can have freedom. That's what it's all about.
Lots of great real estate and investing advice to make sure your assets are generating income for you. Also, he doesn't sugar coat the amount of time it takes to get properties established.
I looked for other books by the same author when I was done.
This book is written in a conversational, down-to-earth style that will help you hone your mindset into that of an investor. Great tips and information. Highly recommend!
