Strangers arrive to hire Zakhar and Excalibur to help fight pirates.
However, they don't understand the full extent of their problem.
What they need is something more. Something bigger. Something sharper.
They need Captain Navarre.
Time for another con.

Hoping this is not the last one! Time to light a fire under Blaze, so to speak. More of this well considered space opera spanning millenia and introducing memorable characters.
Overall, this was a fun series, although several of the books were much too short. All however, we’re entertaining. Captain Navarre contained a lot of review and back tracking, but everything fit inside a nice simple conclusion. Well done.
Smooth story line. Tight action scenes. Excellent characters. Missed Benham. She is my favorite female character. Liked the new characters that were introduced.
