After reading the book, it kept me thinking for days as to how people can be so cruel just for measly little things. Also it kept me wondering why are humans so difficult to comprehend. I kept contemplating with this fact for a long time. One can truly experience the meaning of 'loss' with this painful story.
The majority of the context ensures we're lost in a chasm to uncover the protagonist's real past. It goes through a series of sequential nature of mankind like friendship, family, loyalty, trust, betrayal, despair & death. Also, the content carries with it layers & layers of details with it. There're so much information gathered in various parts encapsulated with twists; & with each turn there's a new mysterious story which unlocks a new past altogether. The central protagonist is left to die in a very brutal manner. Unable to find her way; she barely clinches onto her life. After surviving this ordeal, she gains a new life. In return, she's also accepted into a new family. No-one around her vicinity really knows about her origin, let alone her true whereabouts.
