La compétition pour obtenir le titre d’Élu Divin continue et Mash va encore une fois être mis à rude épreuve, surtout que contrairement aux autres, il ne peut pas utiliser la magie pour se battre.
Il va devoir affronter Carpaccio mais surtout le terrible Margaret Macaron ! Heureusement, à défaut de pouvoirs, Mash pourra compter sur sa baguette magique !
Un tome rempli d’action où l’on ne s’ennuie pas un seul instant ! Je lis très peu de shônen mais je dois avouer que les combats dans celui-ci sont très réussis !
Le prochain tome est prévu pour le 20 avril prochain et comme à chaque fois, je me ferai un plaisir de lire la suite ! ♥

Finalmente ha llegado una de las batallas más esperadas entre Mash y un contrincante poderoso de Innocent Zero. Por lo que nuestro musculoso protagonista se verá puesto a prueba para descifrar si es el indicado o no para cumplir con los propósitos de esta organización.

این جلد ادامه فایت ماش و کارپاچینو رو به اتمام رسوند که به نظرم میتونست خیلی بهتر باشه و زود تموم نشه و بعد از اون بالاخره به فایت مارگارت و ماش رسیدیم که بنظرم بهترین فایت مجموعه ماشل تابحال بود که خیلی خفن بود و در اخر ویلیان داستان زیرو اینستنت وارد داستان شد و در برابر مدیر ایستون قرار گرفت که امیدوارم فایت خفنی بشه...
داستان نسبت به جلد های اول خیلی بهتر شده و واقعا ازش لذت می برم و هیجان زده میشم و واقعا سری هست که خیلی دوستش دارم ....
آرتش خیلی بهتر شده بود مخصوصا در پلن های رو نمایی تکنیک ها که خیلی پر جزییات و خفن کار شده بود و همین ارت یک وایب خفن به سری مانگا میده....
این مانگا رو از دست ندید....

Mash winds up in a gigantic battle against Margarette Macaron, prefect from Orca dorm, in front of the entire school. Margarette's sound magic leads to some incredible art and, similar to something like One Punch Man, we get named moves/spells that take up 2 pages at a time. We see Mash working towards becoming a Divine Visionary, but the Innocent Zero show up in force at the end of the book. It's a great cliff-hanger, building on some earlier intrigue when Divine Visionary Kaldo Gehenna decides to take Mash's measure. He's the head of magical talent and wants to find out if Mash is worth of becoming a Divine Visionary, displaying his incredible power in the process. - Fun installment, really drives the plot forward.

I'm really loving this series so far, and I've been having a blast reading them. The story goes very fast, and it seems to be taking a bit more of a serious turn now that Innocent Zero has arrived. I was really hoping that this volume would continue along with the energy from the last volume, but the vibe shifted pretty quickly. However, it still had the humor and creativity from the last book. I was hoping that the exam process would take longer, but it seems like this is the last book about that which is dissapointing because I really wanted to see the other pair ups face off, but I'm sure that all it would have been was Dot and Finn getting absolutely cooked. But still, I would have enjoyed getting to see it nonetheless.
Most of this volume was focused around Mash and Margarette's duel and to wrap up Margarette's arc. The fight itself felt like a fever dream, and I have no doubts that witnessing it would have been both overwhelming and extremely confusing at the same time. I thought it was pretty interesting, and I liked how he casually stretched the laws of physics and went faster than the SPEED OF SOUND to maneuver around the attacks. Something that has been happening in the other volumes but was used several times just in this fight alone was the way characters who were bystanders would do playbacks of what Mash was doing. I thought the little diagrams to show off his freakish abilities and reaction times were very funny. I simply love that Komoto doesn't try to rein in the figts at all; they just get more outlandish and weird with each new type of magic Mash faces. I will say that I didn't quite understand the whole thing with Margarette becoming younger and getting a "more powerful" form, but part of me accepts there's just a bunch of weird caveats in the magic system that exist only to make things cooler and more exciting.
Looping back around to the creativity, I thought more than just the things that happened in the fight against Margarette were well done. With each new volume I know that things have to be brought up a notch to keep us on out toes as readers and to keep the series exciting and fresh. I have not been disappointed yet, and I love how there never seems to be any conflict that Mash can't work his way out of in some unique way. The racket was a nice touch at the beginning and was probably my favorite specific thing about this volume. One thing that I've come to really love about Mash as a character and a fighter is that normally he's an airhead, but when he fights he does a complete 180 and can come up with complex strategies in milliseconds. He's a fun person to have as a main character, and I certainly don't think I can get bored of him.
One small issue I have with this volume is something I had with volume 4, which was the designs of some of the panels in the fight scenes, specifically in the beginning against Carpaccio. It was hard to see what was going on because there were so many giant, bold words, white streaks, motion blurs, and thick lines that covered up the characters. I understand that these streaks and words were trying to convey action, but it's the closest thing to "telling rather than showing" that a graphic novel ever could. It makes the fighting seem a big static at times, and I often find that when fight scenes are protrayed like this I start to zone out because trying to piece together what is happening becomes too difficult when half the page is covered by words 100 sizes too big. I did not find this to be as big of an issue in the fight between Mash and Margarette, but it's really easy for it to be overwhelming if not done sparingly or on a slightly smaller scale.
Overall, this was another solid addition to the series, even though I wish the tournament would have lasted a bit longer. The series is taking a turn here now that the main antagonist has been properly introduced, and I'm excited to keep reading and see where things go from here. The confrontation where we're left off at seems like it will be amazing, especially as it's two of the strongest magic wielders against each other. And I know there's still one more round of selection for divine visionary left, so I know that that will be coming up soon as well! The cliff hanger is well written and intruiging, and I love how the plot is being heavily pushed along because of it. Perhaps now we'll start to see more of the greater world rather than just what is happening at Easton.

Ce manga ne cesse de me surprendre. Plus on avance dans la saga, plus l’histoire devient intéressant. Plus les tomes sortent et plus mon amour pour ce manga augmente. Je suis vraiment fan de Mashle, j’aime tellement toutes ces couvertures avec une couleur différente à chaque fois. Et surtout chaque couverture est magnifique, je suis vraiment fan. Mais alors j’avoue que la couverture de ce septième tome, je la trouve incroyable.
Dans ce tome, on se retrouve en pleine épreuves pour prétendre au titre d’Élu divin. Mash, qui vient secourir Finn, affronte l’insensible Carpaccio pour lui apprendre ce que c’est la douleur. Alors qu’il est confronté à la baguette maîtresse de ce dernier, il parvient à ébrécher la statue de la déesse mais le combat semble mal engagé.. C’est alors que Mash délaisse ses poings pour se battre avec sa baguette magique! Plus tard il se retrouve face à Margaret Macaron, un sorcier virtuose en quête perpétuelle de grand frissons.. Et pour le vaincre il va falloir dépasser la vitesse du son..
Ce tome est bourré d’actions, on a énormément de combats qui sont absolument fabuleux d’ailleurs. J’adore suivre les combats, surtout Mash qui doit se battre contre des sorciers. On a que très peu de temps de répit au final dans ce tome, ce n’est quasiment que du combat. Mais ce n’est pas pour autant que c’est ennuyant, oh que non loin de là! Par contre cette fin! Elle relance toute l’histoire, soulève énormément de questions et nous laisse littéralement sur le cul.. Désormais ça va tout changer et il me tarde vraiment de découvrir le prochain tome, je sens qu’il va être excellent!
Encore une fois c’est un tome entièrement réussi. On a beaucoup d’actions, de révélations. C’est toujours bourré d’humour que j’aime énormément. Je suis très friande de ce genre d’humour. Les personnages sont toujours tops à suivre et font beaucoup rire. Mais vraiment la fin je trouve qu’elle relance littéralement le tout. Il me tarde d’avoir le prochain tome entre les mains, ça va être palpitant je suis vraiment impatiente!

I find myself strangely addicted to this series and I have yet to pin a reason other than it’s one of the most fun series of manga out there! I think the dedication of friendship and the simple pleasures this book series provides makes it must read fun. I think of it like I do when reading the Savage Dragon comic book. Once in your hands you must read immediately because it’s just all out fun! You can tell the creator does things to further enhance their own enjoyment of the process of making this book! In this volume we find Mash going toe to toe versus Margarette Macaron! I find myself saying this every volume but the ramp up of opponents is ungodly and I wonder how he will overcome this latest trial! Fun reading and mouthwatering action along with satisfying scenes makes this another winning combination!

This was a great volume, mainly because the plot is moving along at a bit of break neck pace. The volume begins with Mash beating Carpaccio, and focusing mainly on the fight between Mash and Macaron. However, big things are happening in the overarching story. One of the divine visionary’s decides to test Mash’s metal, and finds that may be more worthy than he initially thought. Also, Innocent Zero is on the move, and crashes the competition, only to reveal

Las peleas en este manga son impresionantes y muy divertidas. La creatividad del mangaka es increíble, y los poderes y el sistema mágico que ha creado son muy interesantes.
La revelación al final del capítulo me dejó con ganas de leer más. En resumen, este manga es una lectura emocionante y divertida que te mantendrá enganchado desde el principio.

The tournament continues as Mash gets a couple of big fights. Both has some really cool moves, but I was disappointed with the hyped up second one in the back half of this volume. Some really cool art, and a cool way to challenge Mash's physicality, but it ended quickly as the creator is seemingly interested in cutting to the next arc. There's some big stuff to hype up, and some impressive displays of artwork in the designs of the magic and how the characters move, but for a tournament arc I was hoping to see more side characters get a chance to shine.

December 17, 2025I like this manga because of its odd antics yet serious tone. I enjoy the blood and violent spells. the character Margarette Macaron and her out of context behavior makes her a interesting character to look into and great competition for Lemon Irvine.

I like that new character with the spell that allows him to give his own pain to others. I enjoy how he quite literally stabs himself to win every fight to win. I like how his power is manifested by the angle like nurse on the cover. also the reveal that their Voldemort is mash's father is crazy.

I like that new character with the spell that allows him to give his own pain to others. I enjoy how he quite literally stabs himself to win every fight to win. I like how his power is manifested by the angle like nurse on the cover. also the reveal that their Voldemort is mash's father is crazy.

Things get mildly "edgy" with Carpaccio ripping off Faust VIII in the beginning of the volume, and the arrival of Voldemort and the Death Eaters at the end. Margarette proves to be quite a badass in the middle. I kind of wish we got to see more battles in the little tournament, rather than face the arrival of not-Aizen and the not-Arrancars so soon, but oh well. It's funny how it feels like we're at the endgame, a potential axe notice, but there are ~100 chapters ahead of us.
