An excellent children's book with a very important message.
I read this book often to my kid, and I never get tired of it. It had a simple message of giving unconditional love to animals that never grow old. Plus the text is flawless and the illustrations are simply perfect and engaging. A must for every family's bookshelf.
It's not terribly complex, long, or ethically enriching. But then again, not all books need to be.
What this book does have is marvelously tight and deceptively effortless prose and not metrical. I say "deceptively" here because I know that sort of thing doesn't come easily. Despite the fact that the book is wonderful fun to read, I know the author sweat blood making the language work out right. Busco is about 50 pages long, and much of its charm also lies in the beautifully crafted illustrations by the artist. Once you’ve read it, it is impossible to imagine a stray dog as anything else, but in fact, he might have looked very different.
This is worth your time. I would recommend it to anyone. This book is very detailed. I love it and I will keep on reading it.

Busco is a fascinating story made for children, but I do believe it suits all ages like an adult like me. It has amazing graphics that are so beautiful to look at and are adorable, especially how Busco was drawn in the book. Robert Kowalski seems to be a very good author as he really knows how to write a book that would capture everyone's heart and attention. The story about Busco is remarkable and it's brimming with hope that at the end of the day, we would find the love or the companion we all have been praying for. It's such an adorable book that kids would surely love knowing how dogs are close to people's hearts. I would highly recommend this one.

You will find a pretty remarkable tale that will make you go "wow" and excellent graphics that will make you fall in love with the characters in this story of Busco. This children's book has a captivating storyline and a one-of-a-kind adventure, both of which contributed to my falling in love with it, and together they made for an incredible reading experience for me.
The author did an outstanding job of retelling Busco's narrative, and I couldn't help but admire his talent both as a writer and in the way he portrayed the events in the story. Reading this story, I was able to better empathize with individuals and animals living on the streets and even learned how to put myself in their position. What a tough life it must be to exist in a world where there is no one to rely on and when there is very little to no food to eat. How taxing it is on the psyche to have the sensation that you are fighting all your battles by yourself and that no one is helping you do so. The beginning of the narrative was sort of dismal, but I am so relieved that everything turns out okay for him in the end. It's one of the novels that evoked a wide range of feelings as I read it.

This is an excellent book with an important message for all. The story of Busco is almost almost a parallel to a rescue my wife and I had rescued a few years ago that was found running the countryside in Ohio. the book is well written by Robert J. Kowalski and illustrated by Larisa Ivankovic and should be on everyones bookshelf!

Initially, I had my doubts about reading Busco by Robert Kowalski, as the genre wasn't my preferred choice, and I was concerned that its brevity wouldn't hold my child's attention. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the book's quality. It's absolutely fantastic!

I am amazed by the lessons in this book. There are a lot of life lessons that we can encounter, so I wanted to tell you that it is worth reading.
