While it might not be a long book, Diet Spirituality Daily Manual by Daniel Williams has concrete steps to follow in order to achieve a successful Daily Meditation and Visualization session. The author has over 20 years of experience in studying and practicing awakening techniques, so it’s no wonder that the book that came out of his hands is something else. I wasn’t really surprised to see that we should start the session with gratitude, setting intention and grounding, before taking it to the more difficult steps. What I did find interesting (and this is the first time I have ever seen this related to meditation) is that at the end of the session, we have to channel the benefit we have gained from the meditation session to the world around us. I think this part it’s so important!...
