4.5/5⭐: There's 2 reasons I didn't give this book 5⭐s: 1) there where some minor, but annoying, editorial oopsies (easy to spot) & 2) the way Venne switched POVS, almost mid sentence sometimes, not that I mind different POVS just that the switching could've been more natural. That being said I would Highly Recommend this book for the following reasons: the writing was so good it made it hard to put this book down, the characters where very well written with lots of depth, the intimate scenes where just right, and of course who doesn't love a HEA?. Looking forward to book 2 and what seems to be Mac's HEA....
