Oh My! Kana is one tough and strong FMC that we have grown to love during the Haret Chronicles with Carlyle. This story allows us to see how Merden has taken over the Queendom and what happened to Jai and Kana’s family. You see the struggle that she has to endure to become what we learned about her originally. If you haven’t read any of the Haret Chronicles with Carlyle then you really need to as they are amazing. But, you do not have to have read them to fully appreciate and enjoy Kana’s story. This definitely a fantastic start to Kana’s story. It is extremely well written and developed. Yes, it is shorter but it is so insightful. I am not one to give you a brief summary of what happened during the story as I feel it takes away from someone else to enjoy the story on their own. But, if looking for vampires, Fae, and Shifters, with action, drama, suspense, sexy hot scenes, and most definitely betrayal then this is definitely a stunning story that must be read.

Amazing Prequel to Kana's story! She was a favourite of mine in the original Haret Chronicles so it's amazing to see her own book! She's going to be amazing and she's going to defeat that bitch of an aunt! And it's good knowing she has her brother and Carlyle and the rest of the guys to help if she needs them!

Ahh what a painful little teaser. So excited to delve deeper into Kanas story.
