I loved the parable format of the this book. I was caught up in the character’s stories and related to them. It was not a boring book full of numbers that I wanted to avoid. There was so much great actionable and clearly spelled out content. Some of it I had learned previously over months of listening to podcasts that I would have benefited from learning it all together in one book. Great read and a great story to share with others to get them excited about financial freedom as well.

This book was truly not what I was expecting and I LOVED it! Cash flow Breakfast Club is a beginners guide to real estate investment being written as a story and a teaching guide. The style of this written book makes the story very easy to resonate with while also learning information about real estate investment on a basic/intermediate level. Cash Flow Breakfast Club included tangible visuals and scenarios that make it feel possible and not so overwhelming for those just getting started in real estate investments! Highly recommend this book!
