Already excited for the next book! The love the characters and the story is so good. I’d live more Mekel if possible. Alana is cool and all with her enchantments but so is Mekel with his. The amount of Wrenlow in this one was severely lacking though. The friendship between him and Gavin brings a lot to the story in my opinion. Anyways, great book and the character growth and changes in Imogen is amazing. I can’t wait to see where her path leads and I’m super excited to find out more about Tristan. I hated him at first but know im really intrigued as I know there is a lot more to him now.

Keeping on top of all of the characters and stories that are published should seem like a hardship, but the reader gets so familiar with them that it is a joy to read any new book in any series.
For me Chain Breaker was one of the first series that I read and it keeps any release as special because of that.
In Faith of the Fallen there are numerous battles, with Gavin developing more self awareness and knowledge, which can only be good for the forces of good and bad news for the forces of evil.
An enjoyable fast action series despite being set in the fantasy genre.

chain breakerspower
This is another good book,which I enjoyed. I am not sure if they are being made to read independently or not. This is my only thought here is for me too much looking back and reminding the reader of previous books, this will not deter me from readying the rest of the books but it for me is annoying. Gavin and crew are developing quite well. Thank you for taking time to write, these books, so we who cannot but love adventure can travel to imaginary places.

Awesome
I love love love this series I really don’t want it to end, the character development is amazing the story line is very entertaining. I don’t often leave reviews but I decided to on this one because I really don’t want it to end cause it seems like Gavin is really coming in to his own. Okay I got to go and start book 10.

really tremendous and enjoyable series!!!!!
Congratulations to D.K. Holmberg for this amazing series. It’s extremely hard to find such an interesting and exciting author who not only writes intelligently but also provides top rated plots, characters and excitement in the stories.

Great story line, ponderous writing
I love the storyline behind The Chain breaker series but find the writing repetitive and stilted. I have to force myself to finish each book because by the middle I've become so annoyed at having to fight through the narrative. Others may not find it so bad, in that case you will enjoy the story even more.

I was torn between 3 and 4 stars, this is a good book but parts of it were confusing. Imogene’s story and changes are not explained. Her story is in another series but it made it difficult to understand some parts of this book

This is the kind of book that grabs you and left wanting more!
I really enjoy reading D.K. Holmbergs books their well thought out and put together.
I would recommend to anyone that wants to forget about your problems for awhile.

great reading so far
there was not anything to dislike for me as I enjopy reading again now with these great stories, all have been totaly satifying to jump from chapter to chapter following Gavins exploits

Surprisingly good!
A great read! Admittedly, it took me a while to get more involved with the story in this book but as I continued to read, I discovered that I couldn't stop reading!

I won't lie, a lot of the different powers and shit going on are starting to confuse me, but I'm still enjoying the series
