This book read just as I expected it to- like a warm, friendly hug. The advice is realistic, acknowledging that we don't all have hours to do self care with the commitments of the current world. Grounded, sensible and gentle😍
How to build confidence, completely love yourself and embrace your body.
This book does exactly what it says on the cover!
Jessica has such a fun, loving, humours, caring approach to this topic of finding self love.
It's absolutely brilliant. 💯 👏👏👏
Jessica talks through...

Light and uplifting advice on improving self-confidence - the author is very positive and non-judgemental. The book has some helpful exercises throughout (mostly journalling ideas, plus some breathing and affirmation exercises) which are worth trying. However, the writing quality was just okay. Overall, I liked it, but it's not particularly memorable. (Note: I had no idea about the author's popular social media prior to borrowing! If you follow her, it may be more enjoyable).
Ahh this was brilliant, 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a boost of self confidence and self love. Especially if you’re struggling with your body image and self worth. Jess is amazing. She makes you feel so inspired to just be a better you to yourself ❤️
