Salty Kisses might be the sweetest of all… Olivia “Livy” Winters agrees to spend the summer at Sanderling Cove on the Gulf Coast of Florida with her two cousins, Charlotte “Charlie” Bradford and Brooke Weatherby to help manage The Sanderling Cove Inn while their grandparents take a long road trip in Europe. Livy hopes a summer away from her past surroundings and her job as the owner of a bakery in Virginia will help her forget a traumatic incident there. Unknown to her and her cousins, the five grandmothers at Sanderling Cove have invited their beloved grandchildren to spend as much time as possible this summer at the cove, hoping that romance might flourish among them. Livy is delighted to discover other childhood friends there. Though running the inn with her cousins keeps her busy, Livy realizes she needs to find someone she can trust to help her with her issue. Austin Ensley is spending the summer at the cove visiting his grandmother while he decides what he wants to do after selling his successful IT business. As a teenager Livy had a crush on him, and while she has no interest in dating any of the men at the cove, they form a deeper friendship. And when Livy can no longer keep her secret, she turns to him for help. Together they help one another through past troubles and discover tears can bring happiness too. Grandmothers can be very determined when it comes to seeing their grandchildren happy. A family saga full of love. This is the third book in this series and it's Livy's story. The three cousins went to Sanderling Cove for the summer to help out their grandmother so that she can take a trip to Europe with her new husband. Little do they know but their grandmother and the other grandmothers in the Cove have been doing some matchmaking. Charlotte and Brooke have both found love and only Livy is still on her own. The cousins don't know that she's hiding part of her past from them - a traumatic event that keeps her from trusting men. She's just sold her bakery in Virginia and hopes that being away from her past will help her recover. She forms a deep friendship with Austin. He's just sold his IT business and has moved to the Cove full time and is the guy that Livy had a crush on when they were teenagers. She realizes that she needs help to get over her trauma and turns to Austin for help. As they help each other through past issues, the sparks begin to fly between them. Can she trust Austin or will he treat her badly like a former boyfriend did? Will the grandmothers be successful with their matchmaking?
Salty Kisses, #3 - This one of my favorite family series, but I did not care for the beginning theme, counseling for PTSD from an attempted rape. Since I read so many books, my patience is thin when it comes to females living in fear, and/or freezing up when facing a real or imagined threat. No gumption, no survival instinct or even basic common sense is too common a theme. That aside, the story continues to be interesting with the same loveable characters and good story lines. The ending to this fun, loving series is perfect. 4*
Sanderling Cove Inn Series: Waves of Hope, #1 - Such a fun, sweet story about five families and three generations. The grandmas are sneaky hussies but they know what they are doing. Sweet romance or touches of romance along with good characters and good story lines make this an entertaining read. Easy to get lost in the story and hard to put down. 4*
Sandy Wishes, #2 - An interesting romance, which is one of the match making set ups by a group of best friends grandmothers for their grandchildren. Interesting characters, good story lines, with plenty of love, humor and close families. 4* Sanderling Cove Inn Series end.
The Winning Tickets by Judith Keim - What an entertaining story. It was great to see Ellie and John Rizzo from the Sanderling Cove Inn series on the cruise ship Tropical Magic. A sweet romance with an unsuspecting, likeable pair being helped along by a secret matchmaking scheme. Ellie the matchmaker has competition. No drama, no Stupidity Formula, just fun, laughs and romance. If possible, read Waves of Hope first to get Ellie's story; it enhanced this story for me since I knew about E&J, but it is not necessary by a long shot. 5*
Welcome Aboard - The first chapter of each book in the Sail Away series. I previously read The Winning Tickets by Judith Keim and loved it. Nothing new since I enjoyed her other books, but this one was a bit special. It had two of my favorite characters from another series, along with being an entertaining story on its own. Book 1: Welcome Aboard – prologue book Book 2: The Sound of the Sea by Jessie Newton Book 3: Uncharted Waters by Tammy L. Grace Book 4: A Not So Distant Shore by Ev Bishop Book 5: Caroline, Adrift by Kay Bratt Book 6: Moonlight On the Lido Deck by Violet Howe Book 7: The Winning Tickets by Judith Keim Book 8: Lost At Sea by Patricia Sands Book 9: The Last Port of Call by Elizabeth Bromke Welcome Aboard end. 3*
I've been reading this author's romances for a few years, and she never fails to delight with her sweet romantic stories firmly rooted in true love, kindness, friendship, and family values. I love her strong heroines who are also vulnerable…and the men who appreciate their strengths and support them when needed. This author's books are always an excellent blend of the best of women's fiction and love stories. This book, and this series, is no exception. The overarching theme is that Grandma Ellie (and other grandmothers in Sanderling Cove) wants to jump-start romances for her granddaughter. Of course, she does not disclose this. Rather, she gathers them together over the summer at the family inn, which they will run while Gran and her husband take a road trip around Europe. The women are already accomplished in their careers, and each brings a different strength as they help modernize the inn while Gran is gone. In the previous two books of the series, two cousins found their matches; now it's Livy's turn. The hero was her teenage crush, and she still feels that spark between them. But she’s gun shy because of her romantic past; friendship she can do, but nothing more. Of course, he's become a wonderful young man and is just the guy to help her sort out the tangles that are holding her back. Their interactions sometimes brought a tear to my eye but also made me smile and laugh. I love books that deliver a range of the feels! Watching them both come to realize that more than friendship exists between them kept me turning the pages. This book can certainly be enjoyed as a standalone, but if you like this blend of women’s fiction and heartfelt romance, you would probably enjoy the entire arc of the series as we watch the drama play out on the stage the grandmas provided in the hopes their grandchildren would find their forever loves. Highly recommended.
I received a free copy of this book, but that did not affect my review.
Olivia Winters (Livy) and her two cousins are spending the summer at Sanderling Cove on the Gulf Coast of Florida to help their grandparents while they go on a honeymoon throughout Europe. They are helping with the Sanderling Cove Inn which has been in their family for a long time. Livy was ready for a change since she sold her bakery in Virginia and also had a horrible incident. She hasn’t told anyone. Livy, her cousins Charlie and Brooke doesn’t realize that their grandmother and her friends are trying to get their grandchildren married off. So far, Charlie and Brooke have become engaged to two of the other match-makers grandchildren. Now if only Livy can find someone. Livy needs to decide if she’s staying in Florida and starting a new career. She still loves baking and enjoys working at the Inn cooking for the patrons that stay. Austin Ensley is one of the Cove kids who Livy grew up with. Austin is there to figure out what to do with his life after selling his successful IT business. Austin and Livy end up doing things together and they really enjoy their time with each other. After all, Livy has a super crush on Austin growing up. The more time they spend together the more Livy realizes that she needs to tell her secret to Austin. His friendship makes her realize that she can trust him. What will he think when he finds out? Will he still be there for her? Together they can help each other through their past problems, so they can move forward. Will they succeed in helping each other? Will they find their new careers? Will they stay in Florida? Will they go their separate ways? Will Livy finally tell everyone her secret? Can she move past it with the help of a therapist who Austin recommended? Will she learn to trust again? This couple deserves to be together. The characters are wonderful, loving and kind. Judith Keim always brings it. Makes you feel like your right there with them. I received this book for my honest review. I left it voluntarily.
Salty Kisses is the third book in the Sanderling Cove Inn series by author Judith Keim. If you are new to this series, this can be read as a stand-alone. However, it is even more enjoyable if you already know the backdrop and the reoccurring characters from the previous books.
In Salty Kisses, we once again return to Sanderling Cove and the story of the five matchmaking grandmother's and three cousins...Olivia (Livy), Charlotte (Charlie) and Brooke. The cousins are spending summer at Sandeling Cove to help run the inn while their grandparents are traveling in Europe. Unbeknownst to them, the grandmother's in the cove are trying to set them up for romance. So far, they have had success with Charlie and Brooke...and now it's time for Livy to find her happily ever after. Two down and one to go...if all goes as planned.
Normally, I would write a detailed description, but I've decided that I don't want to risk revealing any spoilers. I love this story, as well as the entire series because it's about family, friendship and love. The meddling grandmother's have only the best intentions and want to see their grandchildren find love and happiness. What grandparent wouldn't want that? This is a story that is easily relatable, with a strong female lead character in Livy. She has some issues from her past that need to be resolved, but through the tears and a lot of determination, she might just be able to find happiness in the end.
Overall, this is yet another beautifully written story by author Judith Keim. Salty Kisses has amazing character development when it comes to Livy. Following her journey to move on from the trouble in her past was definitely uplifting. I honestly cannot recommend this book enough! It is a heartwarming and feel-good story for women of all ages.
I would like to thank Judith Keim for allowing me the opportunity to read an ARC of Salty Kisses. My views are my own, and are in no way influenced by anyone else.
Olivia (Livvy) and her cousins Brooke and Charlie have gone to Sanderling Cove Inn for the summer to take care of it while their Gran and John go to Europe for her honeymoon. Each cousin brings their own talents to give the inn the boost it needs and in the meantime, Brooke and Charlie have found love. Livvy on the other hand is still dealing with demons from her past relationship. She talks to Austin, an old Cove friend and they rekindle their friendship, with his help, she begins to heal from her past and look forward to a future filled with love. I liked Livvy's story, there was a lot for her to unpack and get through but it was great that she had strong people around her while she did it. I've not read any of the other Sanderling Cove Inn books but this can be read alone and you'll still understand what is going on. There was a lot going on in the story from Ainsley and Austin's pregnancy storyline to Brooke and Charlie making plans for their future. Each little storyline could have become a story of its own. There were a lot of characters to keep track of, which is nice to see the whole community but I did go back once or twice to try and work out who a character was. Things also moved very quickly in the timeline but if you can submerse yourself in the story, it's alright. I read the story in three sittings and found the middle sitting where I read a big chunk, I was more immersed and the timeline didn't bother me a huge amount. It was lovely to see the Grandmother's friendship when Ellie and Jack came back and it made me miss the close communities that were around me when I was growing up.
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
It was wonderful to return to the Sanderling Cove Inn and the cove itself. Meeting up with characters we've met before and getting to know them on a deeper level was heartwarming. The story is told by Ellie, Livy, Brooke and Charlotte in somewhat alternating chapters but this is mainly Livy's story.
The inn is the focal point and there's a lot going on. Ellie's granddaughters continue to keep the inn going as well as make improvements while Ellie and John are vacationing in Europe. We get to see the inn and the cove through their eyes and seeing business increase and the inn be even more successful was an added bonus. Being able to catch up with them and their love interests and see where their lives will take them was wonderfully portrayed.
There are a few surprises along with twists and turns as the story unfolds. There are vivid and beautiful descriptions throughout and I could feel the salty kisses and the ocean breeze and smell the ocean air. There are a few happily ever afters in the offing and I hope we get to see them come to fruition. There seems to be more stories to tell and I hope we'll be returning to the inn and the cove many more times. The cover is simple and drew me in. I love the title and how it plays out in the story.
Ms. Keim is an author whose contemporary romances are filled with families, friends and lots of romance. I can't wait to read more of her books and many have been added to my TBR pile.
I rated the book 4.5 stars but rounded to 5 stars here and on other sites.

This is book three in The Sanderling Cove Inn and it is Olivia and Austin’s story. Livy is spending time with her cousins at Sanderling Cove to help at her grandmothers Inn so that she could take a break which is just what Livy needs as she had sold her bakery after going through a traumatic experience and this will get her away so that she can revalue her life and decide what she wants to do next. Austin has just sold his very successful IT business and now he is spending time in Sanderling Cove with his grandmother while trying to decide what he wants to do next. Livy and Austin have known each other for years and had a strong friendship and both being in Sanderling Cove they start to spend time together so when Livy feels that things are getting bad and overwhelming because of the secret that she is keeping that know one knows about she realised that she can trust Austin and tell him what she had gone through. The more time that Livy and Austin spend together the stronger there feelings for each other grows but will this be the chance to put there past behind them and look forward to a relationship and future together. This was such a beautiful story that I couldn’t put down and had to keep turning the pages to see what the outcome would be for them and even though there were ups and downs along the way Livy and Austin are so perfect for each other. I definitely recommend you read this book and you will not be disappointed and I can’t wait to read the next one in this series.
This is The third and final book in the SandraLynnCove Inn Series they can all be read a standalone‘s but it’s so much more fun to read as a collection. It’s it’s a Livia’s turn to fall in love and of course it’s with Austin she couldn’t be happier she’s starting to get more recognition for her cooking skills Gran and John are coming home her cousins are in love her mom is in a good place life couldn’t be better but when a girl name Ainsley says she’s expecting Austin‘s baby Livy is beside herself with heartbreak. Despite Austin saying there’s no way he could be the father of her baby it’s still takes a toll on his demeanor and although Olivia believes him that doesn’t stop the rumors from flying. Can Olivia and Austin get through this and will the DNA test come back proving Austin is being truthful. I am so sad to see the end of this Siri‘s these are the type of books you don’t read for the ending but for the journey and what a great journey it has been. I love Judith Collins books and always get excited when there’s a new one and it’s so bittersweet that we’re at the end of this great collection. I started out not liking Olivia story so much but in the end I was definitely rooting for her and Austin a definite five star read. I received this book from NetGalley and Book Buzz but I am leaving this review voluntarily please forgive any mistakes as I am blind and dictate my review.

Thank you to the author, publisher and Netgalley.
This book is a sweet, clean romance set in Sanderling Cove where three cousins have come to operate their grandmother’s inn for the summer while she takes a trip of her own. None of the cousins are aware the that their grandmother is teaming up with a few other grandmothers to do some matchmaking for their unsuspecting grandchildren. This book features Livy’s story. Livy is happy that her two cousins have found love, but she is not looking for it, nor does she want it again. A terrible experience in her past has left her with sturdy guards around her heart. She does manage to form a friendship with Austin who has, like her, sold his business recently. Both are ready for a new start, a new endeavour which they hope will bring them renewed joy in their lives. It helps that Austin is familar to her as she once had a crush on him. Neither expect the chemistry or attraction between them, but can it ever be more than friendship if Livy is afraid to trust and to lower the guards around her heart? Will this attempt at matchmaking be a failure befor the grandmothers?.

Salty Kisses is the third book in Judith Keim’s Sanderling Cove Series and focuses on the third cousin, Livy. Livy is an accomplished chef and takes on the role of doing the cooking and baking for the Inn. She is uncertain of her future, is tired of her mother’s constant comparison between Livy and the neighbor’s same age daughter, and is recovering from several traumatic occurrences, some known by no one but herself.
Austin Ensley, another grown cove kid, is very grateful to Livy for having helped him through the difficulties surrounding his mother’s death, but is known to date the glamorous, not the simply pretty. However, knowing this has never lessened the crush Livy has had for what seems forever. But as she stands by his side during another stressful time, things shift.
In this third novel in the series, grandparents Ellie and John Rizzo return from their trip, bringing troubling times and new beginnings. This series is very enjoyable and I do recommend it to those interested in a family beach story. In my opinion, it does need to be read in sequence for the story to correctly unfold.
It seems the cousins have all found love. Brooke & Dylan, Charlotte & Shane and Livy & Austin have all made connections and found love. The book focuses on Livy, a cook and baker. She has been in a destructive relationship and has trouble trusting men. Along comes Austin, her childhood crush.
The cousins have worked hard to make Sanderling Cove Inn a success in the absence of their grandmother and her husband who have been on an extended European honeymoon. Overshadowing their efforts is the potential sale of the inn. Will all their hard work be wasted? Who will buy the Inn? Surprises are in store as the book nears the end and a family reunion/gathering is planned Family love and support runs through the book as the cousins build each other up in their work efforts, and as they build personal relationships
Thank you to the author for this ARC. This review is my honest opinion
Emotions abound in this book as Ellie’s three granddaughters have taken on the responsibilities of operating the Sanderling Cove Inn while Ellie and John tour Europe on their honeymoon. Many events and changes have taken place within the Inn and two of the granddaughters have found true love within the Cove family. Livy and Austin have issues from their past which is keeping their relationship from thriving: their story is just part of this book. When the honeymoon couple returns, what are their true feelings about the changes to the Inn and what will their decision be regarding the future of the Inn? Such a jam packed book! I truly felt this was such a great story that readers can feel the emotions of decisions and the effects felt throughout the entire Sanderling Cove families with a lot of help from the grandmothers. I received an ARC from the author; this review is my honest opinion.
This is a story about three female cousins who take over the running of their grandmother’s beachside inn while she is away for a few months.
For me, sadly, this was completely unrealistic and the writing lacked maturity and depth. Almost immediately, the women are taking bookings for weddings, that are, of course, a huge success and if there are any potential problems, a local “cove” person (or several) steps in and saves the day - free of charge.
All three of the women get engaged themselves, as well as one of their mothers and the grandmother herself gets married.
The characters seem to be constantly emotional, with phrases including: Tears stung her eyes Unexpected tears Tears escaped Eyes shiny with tears Her eyes teary Her eyes glistening Felt her eyes fill Dabbed at her eyes
Ok for a quick holiday read, but even then, the content was shallow and bland.
2 ⭐️ Thanks to Netgalley, the author and the publisher for an ARC in return for an honest review.
This is a three part series that I've thoroughly enjoyed! Even though I live in Florida I still felt that I got to visit another place that had a wonderful romantic atmosphere. I loved that it was home away from home so to speak. I enjoyed in getting to know Liv and her friends! To me, they felt like family and when the story ended I hated saying goodbye. I didn't want it to end! I absolutely loved this sweet novel and I can't wait to see what she writes next! I'm a forever fangirl! You will grin, laugh and have fun with this book unless I miss my guess! The cover of this book drew me in instantly! Gorgeous! I highly recommend this book. 5 stars for a job well done! And for keeping my interest! In my opinion, the five Grandmother's are what made this book such a fun read! My thanks for a copy of this book I was NOT required to write a positive review. All opinions expressed are my own.
Okay, this is fiction, but it sure does bring about a lot of real feels. Livy, along with two cousins, go to Sanderling Inn thinking grandma needs their help. Little did they know how much some grandmas have an agenda… they want to see their ‘children’ find love. Now it’s Livy’s turn to find her perfect match. But Livy has some unfinished business to settle first. She needs to get past a bad relationship with an ex. And who better than Austin to help her heal, to help her see the truth of that past relationship, to help her see just who she really is? Both, Livy and Austin help each other to deal with the past and learn to live in the present…. with a very good future ahead.
Enjoy the feels, the emotions, the love, as you turn the pages…. I know I did.
I love the way the author managed to tie the Sanderling Cove Inn series up in this book. While Ellie and John finished up their summer trip abroad, The 3 cousins who teamed up to cover the inn while Ellie and John were away are hard at work making improvements to the inn, offering weddings as a package and generally sprucing up the place. Livy, the last of the 3 to be single, finds her attraction to Austin growing. The cove grandmothers are keeping their fingers crossed this works out!
This story was sweet, romantic, some emotional situations, but the feeling of family resonates throughout. I don't write spoilers so I can't say what happens in the end, but please read this lovely book for yourselves!
Thanks to the author and publisher for the opportunity to read and review this book, but my opinions are my own.

Salty Kisses is the third book in the Sanderling Cove Series by Judith Keim. I was fortunate to have been given ARCs for the first two instalments as well so have read the entire series thus far.
Three cousins meet up at their grandparents Inn for the summer. Charlotte, Brooke and Olivia each have their own personal issues to sort out and to determine their future paths. A summer helping to refresh and restore their grandparents Inn while they travel and a chance to reconnect with the other Cove kids. Grandchildren to the other Cove families, the three girls have fond memories of spending summers with the Cove kids and are so pleased for a chance to reconnect.
Book three focuses on Olivia (Livy) Winters. While you still get glimpses of Charlotte and Brooke’s stored throughout the main plot revolves around Olivia. The resident baker and chef bringing a much needed refresh to the menus and offerings of the Inn. While her two cousins have found love this summer, Livy knows that it’s not in her future. She’s happy for her cousins but doesn’t have the same expectation for herself.
Austin Ensley was Livy’s Cove crush when they were kids. A successful computer programmer, he’s come back to the Cove for the summer like many of them. Olivia and Austin reconnect and decide to pretend they are dating so they can keep the pressure from their families off of them.
Soon though, their feelings are stronger than pretend. Before Olivia can fully commit to Austin, she has some past issues she needs to work out.
This is a clean romance with a beautiful beach setting and a happy ending. All three books were great and I enjoyed reading each of the cousins stories. This is a 4 star read for me!
This book is the third in a series. While it can be read on it's own, I think the reader will enjoy it much more if the series is read in order.
The story is about three cousins who used to summer at their grandmother's inn. They loved it there and developed friendships (and crushes) with some of the other children also visiting grandparents at the Cove.
Gran, and her longtime beau are on an extended trip to Europe while the granddaughters update not only the inn but the services provided. The girls are now all accomplished women and they band together to modernize the inn, while also falling in love.
This is a sweet romance. Private things take place behind closed doors, while the reader is privy to internal struggles and worries. But never fear, the book ends with a bunch of happily ever-afters.
I received an advance reader copy of the book. This is my honest review.
This third book in the series was perfect. I liked the idea of the salty kisses and how important they were to Livy. Most of this book focused on Livy finding her perfect someone. It was nice to have her cousins, Brooke and Charlotte working at the Inn with her while their grandparents were honeymooning through Europe.
The characters, the cove kids, the matchmaking grandmas, John and Ellie, and the Sanderling Cove Inn all blended together for a fun book that I read in one day because I had to find out how everything would end. The author did not disappoint me and the characters did not either.
This was a romantic, touching story of family set in the beautiful Gulf coast of Florida. I want to stay at the Inn, search for seashells, and feel the salty kisses on my feet. I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.
Florida The 3 granddaughter continues to run the Inn while Gran and John are away in Europe. This one is on Livy. She and Austin pretend to be dating so everyone will leave them alone, tricks on them…the more time they spend together they fall in love. Austin helps Livy come to terms with her ex that he raped her. It brought them closer. Gram and John get home and everyone comes to meet them. The girls show them what they’ve done to the Inn they love it. John jumps back into the kitchen. With a lot of changes it takes a bit. Livy comes in he’s on the ground. They had to rush him to the hospital he had a heart attack. So they decided to sell the Inn it was very difficult to let it go. But Grace took it she is a cove girl so it’s like family. Then they surprised everybody by saying there vows here. They all got to celebrate.
This is book number 3 in the series. The three granddaughters are continuing running the inn, making changes, both at the inn and in their lives. Their grandparents come back home from their trip, and things are up in the air, whether their grandparents will like the changes, how things will work now, and some unexpected things happen. You know how life is, and this is their life. Judith Keim, writes stories with such deep connections, that they stay with you. When they come back together, and go visit the places that they have been to in the past, it feels like it was yesterday they were there. I received an ARC from Judith Keim.
Lily has some unfinished issues to deal with from her past relationship. Austin is determined to help her, but he also has a past relationship problem. Will they help and stand by each other? Brooke and Charlotte have found their sole mates; will Adam also find his? The fate of the Inn is also up in the air as Ellie and John return from their summer vacation, and all their children reunite for a family reunion. This is a wonderful conclusion to Ellie’s granddaughters’ stories, but I highly recommend reading from the beginning to fully enjoy the story. Thank you to the author for the ARC, all opinions are my own.
Every book Judith Keim writes is so wonderful and this one certainly did not disappoint. I loved this book from the title to the end. The story line was easy to follow and the descriptiveness was amazing. Three cousins come to Sanderling Cove Inn to run it so their grandparents could take a vacation. Livy and her boyfriend Austin each had some issues in the past and could they now support one another to get over their hurt? Some unforeseen things happen to some of the characters but as a family they all weather the storm together. Sad moments and happy ones will await you as you read this great story. I received an advanced free reader copy and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
I am loving this series. It’s been so much fun hanging out with the cousins, Livy, Brooke, Charlie and the cove folks. Those grandmothers are a force to be reckoned with. I love how they love their grands! Just like you and I do. It was good to spend more time with Ellie and John. In this book Livy and Austin overcome some obstacles, which I think can only make their relationship and love for each other stronger. I don’t know if there will be another book in this series, but I sure hope so. I want to see what happens in the lives of these special people. I received an ARC of this book but my opinion is my own.
Salty Kisses is the third book in Judith Keim’s reader pleasing Sanderling Cove series, and is the perfect ending for these delightful characters. I will miss them but I know Ms Keim always has a new sweet tale in the works. This is Livy’s story. She has come to the Cove, at the request of her grandmother, with her cousins Brooke and Charlotte to manage The Sanderling Cove Inn while their grandmother is on her honeymoon trip abroad for the summer. Reeling from a traumatic incident in her recent past and at loose ends after the sale of her bakery, Livy plans to use the time to find herself and come to terms with her life. The other grandmothers at the Cove have arranged to have their grandchildren there at the same time, hoping they will find love among each other. Brooke and Charlotte have made matches, but Livy is looking for different things from the experience. Needing to talk to someone, Livy confides in Austin about her trauma. He becomes a helper and friend to her. Will this friendship become something more? Will Livy be able to trust again? Enjoy this read and find out. I highly recommend this one and the series.
I read this book as an ARC and wish to thank Judith Keim and the publishers for the opportunity. The ideas in this review are strictly my own.
Can you go home again? And when you do will you find what you were expecting or something or someone else? Three cousins come together at their grandparents inn for the summer to help out and spend time together. This book focuses on Livy, who is single and pretty much resigned that as her permanent status. The grandmothers decide that isn’t acceptable and to stick their noses into her and everyones business. Family, secrets, love, old crushes, traumas never truly dealt with, friendships and at the core of the story, heart. A wonderful addition to this series.
I received a copy of this book from Netgalley.com in exchange for a fair and honest review.
SALTY KISSES is not only the name of the book but the perfect description of when the waves roll up on the beach touch your feet and then roll out again. This is Livy’s story and learning how to trust and believe in love once again. Livy, Charlotte, and Morgan have done a wonderful job of taking care of the inn for Gran and John and now it’s time for them to come home. Will they like the changes that have been made and will they keep the inn? This was a beautiful story and once again I wanted to pack my suitcase and head to the Sanderling Cove Inn and stay a spell. A wonderful series that needs to be read by all!
Once again, Judith Keim has given us a sweet, multi - generational love story! Salty Kisses may be my favorite of her books thus far (and I've read most of them) because Sanderling Cove is a magical place where ALL love flourishes and healing hearts are drawn together. Her characters are perfectly fleshed out and the deeper you get into the tale the more you want to linger in their presence! I've loved every one of Ms. Keim's books but there's something about Salty Kisses that hit home with me and it was difficult to say goodbye to the characters. Thank goodness there's another one in this series! This book is my favorite kind of love story; magical!
