Milly Taiden (also writes as April Angel) was born in the prettiest part of the Caribbean (to her) known as the Dominican Republic. Currently, she resides in New York City with her husband, bossy young son and their little dog Speedy.

When she’s not working full-time, texting with her best friend Heidi in England, chastising her son for pulling the dog’s ears, shopping with her sister Jewel or watching scary movies with her husband, she can be found writing on her laptop.

Just no

Not even sure why i bother with her books anymore. I wish there was way to determine books actually written by her n books written by her team. The plot was drawn out (half of it should've been left on cutting room floor) the ending was nonsensical and the characters were immature

I almost love this story. Only two things that I didn't.

One, the MMC was a bit whinny in the beginning. He was so childish and nothing like what you would expect an alpha, or would-be aplha, to be like. He was a playboy who didn't care about his pack or the serious issues happening around them. He cared more about having fun and being free. Of course, that changed throughout the story and he became a man instead of a little boy.

Two, the ending of the story while being really nice to read was a bit long and drawn out. Though, that doesn't really detract from how much I enjoyed reading the story. I look forward to reading book 2 when it comes out.

Though, my favorite series of MT's remain the PDA series, along with her new Monster Orcs of Protheka and Shifter Needa A Nanny series.

Reika left home because of the pack life and moved to the city to live as a human. Owen is an alpha heir and really not responsible or ready to be alpha as of yet but he has his friends and they are all close until the night he meets Reika at the event in the park he tried to ignore what he felt for her and she for him but they could not stay away from each other not knowing the others last name they started an alvalanche of chaos. Fathers can show their children their worst at times. And the adventure begins and lives are almost lost in a bid for the next alpha. I read a copy via BookFunnel without obligation. This story does have the feel of Romeo and Juliet but these two aren’t about to die that easily. The pull was there from the start. Two strangers that were drawn to each other but nothing is ever easy when you are a shifter. Danger from those that should help will lead them into heartache and pain. They will fight for each other no matter what comes at them or who it is.

Good golly MS Molly! Can we talk family drama on steroids … times TWO!! This story definitely has a Romeo and Juliet vibe, but with a lot more action … you don’t want to miss it!

This was a pretty good book. The characters were likable and it was full of action and suspense. Pretty steamy which is the norm from this author. All in all a pretty entertaining read. I am voluntarily leaving an honest review for this complimentary copy of this book
