The discussion rests on the view that no woman should live in fear or experience violent behavior.

This is a very short but powerful book that will help anyone who is struggling to get their life back. I would recommend it to everyone because the information is useful for those in support of others who are suffering. I'm considering buying more copies to pass on to others facing similar circumstances. With that something like this was put in my hands many years ago. It could have saved me years of torment and spared my children from further exposure to abusive dynamics in our home.
