Insta-love, texting-friends, curvy-girl with a br€€ding tall offense lineman

Short, sweet, spicy, and smu++y- just the way I like ‘em.

So far, this whole series is all about the hero trying to impregnate the heroine, and man… does he obsess over it 😉.

Jordan was the OM from book 2, the one that was going on a date with book 2’s h (and then the H in book 2 basically said “sike” lol). This book starts off when Jordan is waiting for said date, and then it gets canceled, but not before he hears Wrenley’s voice and becomes enthralled. Then, when he turns around, he sees his curvy, “plus” size goddess with the hips of a child-bearer and the b00bs of a milking mother- he HAS to have her now 😈. Br€€ding here he comes 👀.

Wrenley’s a plus size model, but that doesn’t mean she’s not slightly insecure when Jordan asks her to be his date to an event. He needs a date so that his family stops hounding him about getting married (and having kids). So she’ll be his “fake” date, except she doesn’t know he’s not faking anything; he REALLY wants her 😅.

I loooove how cute their relationship is. Wrenley likes to joke around and Jordan finds it all adorable. Even when he makes smexual innuendos and she doesn’t take the hint, he only falls for her even more.

And don’t get me started in his JP/protective side 😈. His JP ness wasn’t OTT, but it’s definitely more believable and “organic”, if that makes sense 🤣.

Annnnnd… it led to the claiming scene 🔥 the “you think I want you only as a friend” scene 🥵; the “does this feel fake to you?” Smexxiness was 🔥🥵. Sigh. It was Haaaawt!

Overall, I really enjoyed it. I can’t wait to read the next one 👀

This was really sweet.
I think it might be my favorite of this series, actually.
I just love the way they met and all the texts and jokes they shared for the month that they were away from each other. So stinking cute.

The sex and dirty talk were fiery, just like usual with this writing duo, and I loved it.

This was just the perfect little insta-love story to bring my mood back up after reading a couple disappointing books.

This book takes place as the same time as Interception and starts out at the restaurant.

Another easy read to the series. I loved that Wren was plus size and Jordan couldn’t get enough of her ample curves. I do wish the plot had something else going on which would of made me rate this higher but I still enjoyed it.

THOUGHTS
Hottie, rich, famous football player MMC meets FMC, plus size model, working as a hostess, that he WANNNNNTS, INSTALUUUUUST style. After meeting her at the hostess desk he knows he wants her forever. He gets her number. She's going out of town for a modeling gig, and they have to text. MMC puts her in his phone as wife-to-be. Of course he does. She's 19. He's 28. They go on their date -- his fancy gala and he is just tooooo turrrrned onnnn so he whisks her away to a hotel room and they get to it. SHE'S A VIRGIN. He his HUUUUGE. That goes super easy, so much so they have epic sex 4 times. No protection, no discussion about it at all, but it's fine, because he wants to put a baby in her asap. AND he moves her into his HOUSE THAT SAME NIGHT.

Things continue to progress VERY fast, and in this , that's not at all a red flag or weird in any way.

He never has to go to football practice, she never has to go to her hostess job. In fact that job is never mentioned again I don't think...

If you want an MMC who reallllly wants babies (lots of talk about babies) marriage and obsession for her hot, hot body, and has bunches of money that he lavishes on her.

O Line is the story of Jordan and Wrenley.

Fake dating, Age gap (28 and 19), he’s a football offensive lineman and she’s a plus size confident model. When he’s set up on a date with Ember and she cancels to which he’s happy about, he finds the one at the restaurant he’s supposed to meet Ember out and is immediately wanting her. He asks her a bunch of questions before she eats with him at her lunch break and then he asks her if she can be his date for a charity gala held by his parents. She says yes thinking it’s a fake date but for him it’s the real deal. But he has to wait a couple of months because the gala isn’t for a few months and she’s going back to her parents house for a couple of weeks and comes back like the day before the gala and during those weeks they talk and text almost everyday with her giving him football jokes as a way to make him laugh and it works. She comes back and he picks her up for the gala and falls him love with her even more. They have a good night and when she reveals that it was all a fake date, he takes her to a hotel room and shows her how real it is and claims her fully. She met his parents at the gala and they were immediately in love with her. Turns out his plan was to marry her and get her knocked up. HEA, and kids.

This is book number 3 of The New York Nighthawks series and focuses on Jordan and Wrenley. This book picks up where Ember (book number 2 of the series) cancels the blind date with Jordan. This works out perfectly for Jordan because as soon as he sets his sights on Wrenley, he knows that he has found his woman and had no intentions on going on his blind date. Jordan ends up asking Wrenley to be his date for the gala but Wrenley is under the impression that she is just the new convenient fake date to replace Ember when in reality Jordan is busy planning their happily ever after. Wrenley leaves for a month due to work but they both end up falling hard for each other over the month. I love how perfect Jordan and Wrenley were for each other and the abundance of corny football jokes. I was definitely chuckling along with the jokes all the way through. This was a great story and a great addition to the series!

This was a cute fake-date romance.
I will say though I think Jordan took the alpha male a bit too over the top for me...and for Wrenley to kind of just say "okay your right and I love you" really upset me a bit.

Jordan needs a date to an upcoming charity gala, if not just to have a date, but to also get his mom off his back about getting himself a woman. When his teammates wife sets him up on a blind date he thought it would be the perfect solution. However, things change when he gets to the restaurant and finds the perfect woman for him asking him if he has a reservation. Having Ember cancel on their blind date was perfect for him because now his ultimate goal is to convince Wrenley to be his.
But wires get crossed and Jordan has to convince Wrenley that they are in more than just a fake relationship for the gala. Once the gala is over he's not letting her go. He'll do whatever necessary to make sure she understands that she's his woman.

“Her curves made my mouth water. She had large t*ts that would spill out of my hands and were perfect for feeding big babies like mine would be”.

This was his arranged date with with Ember (Nixon cancelled), there he meets, Wrenley, and persuades her to be his fake date.

“Ignore her, baby. She has no filter and is a little crazy.”
Wrenley smacked my chest and frowned up at me. “Is that any way to talk about your mother?”
I sighed and gave her my best puppy dog expression. “Even if it’s true?”
“I’m certain your mother taught you to respect your elders, so be a good son and act like it.”
My mom snickered. “Oh, I like her,” she said with a grin.

O Line is the third book in the New York Nighthawks series and features Jordan and Wrenley. We met Jordan in book two and I was definitely curious to see where his story would go, especially since he was stood up for his date with Ember.

Jordan is so much more than I expected. He is a diiiirty talker with a super sweet side. While he convinces Wrenley to be his fake date to the Spring Ball, he knows all along that she is the one for him. Wrenley on the other hand is blind to his motives, she thinks that he wants one fake date to get his mom off his back. I loved how Jordan used the texts and phone calls to really get to know Wrenley. Once they finally get together they were explosive together. I loved them as a couple and Jordan's parents were just as cute!!!

He knows this is his chance to get Wrenley to agree to get to know him. She is heading out of town the following day so they get to know each other via text messages and phone calls. Jordan is ready to claim his woman when she gets home but she still thinks that she is a fill in for the gala. Will Jordan get Wrenley to realize that he means business and get her to fall in love with him? Loved them!!

Pero aparecio Jordan ...se enamoro de ella.... y su plan era casarse con ella y em-ba-ra-zar-la pronto pero y los planes de ella que ?? ella alcanzo a renunciar a ser modelo ... la ventaja es que hay campañas para tallas grandes. eso la salvo pero no me parecio justo en ese momento que ella dejara sus sueños por lo que queria el. En fin. creo que tuvieron 2 o 3. y seguia siendo modelo. Otra cosa que me parecio bobada... los chistes...que le dijo no se que cosa a no se que otra.... y la respuesta dahhh.

Read this book because I wanted to squeeze in a short book before the month ends and I regretted it. I wish I could take back the two hours I spent listening to this book, because what was that?

Jordan just met Wrenley and saved her name as “Wife To Be”? Super cringe!

I understand it was a short book but everything went so fast. There was no build up of chemistry between the two main characters.

I hated the ending. Like what was the timeline? How long were Jordan and Wrenley together before getting engaged? And the fact the Jordan was actually trying to get Wrenley pregnant and had tests on had?

I hated this book so much. Even the one star was generous. I only managed to finish the book by listening to it at 3x speed.

Jordan & Wrenly are one of my new all time favorites when it comes to amazing Fiona Davenport couples! This story was so good that I guarantee you will want to finish it in one sitting.😍

There is something in this series that is so addictive, and without a doubt O Line is just as great as books 1 & 2 in the Nighthawks series. It was very insta love just like all the other couples books, guaranteed safety, and the best HEAs as always. The build up to Jordan and Wrenly getting together was written so well and definitely had my heart racing in anticipation of them being together. It was just such a good read, and I loved all the other characters, but especially Jordan’s parents. I can’t wait for everyone to pick this book up and fall in love with Wrenly and Jordan!
