The writing is not polished, had to overlook a lot of stuff. In saying that, in book 1 I was interested in what kind of supernatural Kat was, book 2 however by the end there I lost interest.
Kat is new to the supernatural world but she's not really asking questions about it. Sort of like she's in a daze and acting human whilst she's not. She's given a weapon, that she doesn't even know the purpose of and she hides it, concerning phone calls/ texts, she doesn't tell anyone... A possible intruder and it takes her 2 weeks to say anything. It's like she wants to be kidnapped again or killed..
Let's face it Kat Is TSTL with that ending you know she's going to dig herself a bigger hole. I'm not there for it.

That ending!!! Geez!! I knew there was more to it!! No spoilers but this book was a page turners. I was actually angry at Kat in this book and I absolutely love when a character does this!! She’s well written and definitely not one dimensional!! We get more POVs from Az and Ash which I also love!! Look so much is revealed!! You won’t put this book down. It is a rollercoaster ride for real!! Bring on book 3

I am annoyed
Honestly there is so much potential here but stupid is as stupid does and there is no way the FMC is the mother to two teenagers.
First, its only been a month and you're in love?!? Have you learned nothing from your first marriage? It's brought up so freaking often one would think it would be a lesson learned instead of a mistake to be repeated.
Secondly, from week one you've heard whispers and hints that you're special and you ask no questions? Do no digging? Shoot, try to know who your kid's friends are? You just realized how vulnerable you are and place yourself back in the same position?
Third - there are obvious tropes which aren't bad because it's the journey I'm interested in. Then there are stories that put up giant billboards as to who the bad guy is with blinking Vegas lights for plot twists. If you're in the office with a clear bad guy who says, "you're not dead?" That is a giant red flag. You go to an ill-advised meeting with someone who doesn't like you are you're attacked and you do no research?!?
The MMC are interesting but we're in book 2 and don't know their last names, how they met or even what they do all day besides list after the MMC and unsuccessfully chase after a witch. Mind you what does it mean to be a witch, still don't know.
There's more to life than lust. I don't need my FMC to be Lara Croft but common sense would be great. All the elements of a great series are here. If the FMC acted her age and with the smarts her childhood afforded her it would only lift the entire plot of this series.

ANSWERS!
Book 1 killed me with so many unknows. haha. Book 2 definitely helped alleviate that and finally gave us some answers we were needing, although it also gave us more questions, LOL! Then the author had to go ahead and give us that unexpected cliffhanger. What!? I did not see that coming at all.
This book takes off literally right where Book 1 ended. Kat is still growing accustomed to her wolf-ness and Ash and Az are still not believing their feelings. They feel to give into Kat would be a betrayal to their one true mate who they watched perish years ago. Tyler and Benji have fully given into Kat and are ready for the next step.
Their is so much push and pull and heartache in this book, you don't really know how it all is going to go down! Much like book 1, we are left with a million new questions and need answers. What's going on with Ava? What does Silas the Vampire have to do with anything? Now that the guys all know the real situation, what will become of the 5 of them? I think Kat needs to have Ash and Az grovel a bit. LOL. I'm hoping to see more character growth with Kat. She still doesn't seem like the tough and strong FMC that we need.
The ending was amazing and action packed, I cant wait to read book 3!

What a wild ride. I wasn't expecting what I got but I am here for it.
This book picks up right where Marked Wolf leaves so we're jumping right back in with both feet from the get go and that pace is really kept up through the whole book.
There were so many twist and turns I never knew exactly what was going to happen next. I was able to predict some of what occurred based on little nuggets throughout both books but I was absolutely flabbergasted and left whirling by the end of this book all the same.
For as many answers as I feel I got I was also left with new and somehow more exciting questions. In not spoiler fashion:
What is going on with Ava?
Why is Krissy being mentioned at all?
Why do I have bad vibes about a certain someone?
When is Kat going to cave and just be with them all?
Some of these are certainly answered in this book. You'll have to read it if you want to learn more.
Finally, if I thought the cliffhanger for book 1 was bad, I had no clue what I was talking about cause I feel like I am slowly dying and will until I get book 3.

After reading book one I have excitedly been anticipating reading this book. I was so sad when book one finished and I had to wait for the second, but let me tell you this book did not disappoint. I am so glad I was able to read it. It made the wait worthwhile, especially with that last cliffhanger.
The FMC Kat just got better as the story went. I love how strong a person that she has grown into and I love the way the guys are with her kids. Talk about adorable. This book filled my heart with smiles.
Steamy? Oh man. The scenes were delicious and and the men were so good!
Overall, I am so glad I read this book. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. But if you haven’t read the first then you should because this one was just as amazing! Although I am a little sad about the ending cause that cliffhanger! Well, now I will just be excitedly anticipating the third.

Holy Plot Twist Batman!!
Geez Louise!! This series is seriously action packed! Like I need a vacation from all the shenanigans that are thrown out packs way it’s so intense! Kat… what can I say!! Dan really screwed the pooch when he bit her, and now… finding out all the jerky mcjerk faces she’s been trying to get out of her life are now converging on her to continue to wreak havoc on her and the kids!? NOT OK!! Ohhhhhhh but that stupid face Krissy got her just desserts!! NOW we gotta deal with that lint licker Theo!! Yeah the cliffy I just encountered means I’m moving on to book3! Hope I didn’t spoil too much of the book for yall, but honestly yall shoulda read book one by now whatcha doing looking at recs for book two if you haven’t!? Great series to binge over a long weekend! Happy Reading Friends!

This one went a way I wasn't expecting! The way this story is weaved together is fantastic. When I thought that things were going one way, or I had stuff figured out.. curveball.
I love this story. It's different than others that I have read and I need some more! We see relationships change and develop more over the course of this book. There's a lot of mystery surrounding Kat and we do get some answers in this one, but I still have lots of questions. I was shocked by the last bit of the book, but it shows how strong Kat has become.

Jumped around way too much
I was so upset with this book. The first one had a couple of grammatical errors, I got over that because it happens! This one had waaaay too many, it was so hard to get through.
Jess’ letter will forever irritate me. I definitely understand getting commentary while reading a letter, especially from someone you love(d). But there was a sentence and then so much dialogue! I had to go through and reread what the letter actually said because there was a mile’s worth of internal debate for maybe two paragraphs on a letter.
There was no reveal as to who Krissy really was, she was just all of a sudden there, with all characters running with it.
It had great concept, but I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to finish this one.

Holy moly this book! I wasn't sure if I was coming or going, in the best way. For as many answers that I got, a new question came up. There are still so many secrets and lies. Why can't the guys just decide if they're in or out in this relationship, it's so frustrating! Just when I feel like I have things figured out a new twist and turn happens and I'm left on the edge of my seat once again. While Kat is becoming a stronger person and her kids are great, the guys and outside forces will drive you bananas. But that's the point isn't it? I thought I wanted to scream at the book one ending, this one left me wanting to throw my kindle!

Things are not as they seem in this book, there are lies that are in play by a lot of people Kat cares about and they come back to bite her in the butt. Benji is on the brink of death and it seems the only way for Kat to help is going to the one person who just kidnapped her. Ash, Tyler, Benji and Az are struggling to find if the mate bond between them is real but there are so many things happening. I struggled through parts of this book but I will read the next book. I received this as an ARC from the author for an honest review.

Cursed Wolf starts right where Marked Wolf left off, straight into the action. I actually enjoyed this one more than the first book. Cursed Wolf had more POVs from the boys - which I really enjoyed. We start to learn more about them. Kat is learning more about her life as a shifter, but there are secrets galore and plenty of twists along the way. I love the relationship Kat has with her kids and there are some very steamy sex scenes with the alphas. And yup, the ending left me begging for more!

Just when I thought I would get answers to my questions from book 1, I just get hit with more questions. Lies are still being told. We get some twists and turns in this book and it throws you. Ash and Az finally accepting that Kat is their mate but the ending? That one? The one where a truth was finally spilled. Yeah, that was a doozy to take in. But Ash and Az still pushing Kat away and then wanting her gives me whiplash. Someone just claim her already!. I'm sure she won't mind. I am super invested with all the characters and I can't wait to see what happens in book 3!

Okay, so I love that Kat is coming out of her trauma from the emotional neglect and verbal abuse her ex-husband had done to her. She is actually getting stronger in each book.
The men are all divided in this book. Two are completely happy to accept that she is their mate and the other two are still on the fence.
I found that my suspicion at the end of book one was right. It would be a spoiler if I put it on here.
The end of the book is a bit of a WOW factor. The guys find out things were not what they had seemed at first.

Angelica Aquiles’ second book in her ‘Iron Beast Pack’ series is action packed with exciting mystery, adventure, suspense and hot steamy scenes. There was never a dull or slow moment. Katarina and her guys are trying to find cures, a witch and lots of answers. The author’s portrayal of the characters and events were so vividly woven together that it played like a symphony. This book was so riveting that I couldn’t put it down until the very last page. And the ending will leave you saying WHAT?!? Highly recommended and definitely a MUST read!

Good Book
Cursed Wolf continues Kats story as she deal with the fallout from the cliffhanger at the end of the last book and the puzzle of the alphas curse. I really enjoyed this book, it kept me on the edge of my seat and had some fabulous twists and turns throughout. The book ends on a huge cliffhanger which I didn’t see coming until the very last second and there were also some surprising reveals throughout. Overall, this was a brilliant book and I would recommend giving it a read.

Book 2 of the Iron Beast Pack
You got to get to know more of the guys in this book.
Going through all the roller coaster emotions with the characters. Seeing the character growth in the Fm as she grows to be the kickass mama she is meant to be.
The twists and turns as secrets and emotions are revealed has you sitting on edge not wanting to put the book down.
It does land on a cliff-hanger but is totally worth it in this awesome series

This book is steady nonstop from the first page. Picking up immediately where book 1 left off you hit the ground running. Kat continues to experience pain and loss. Wrapping her head around so many changes, this woman reaches a breaking point that lasts is all collectively catch our breaths. Wonderfully written! You have out done yourself ma'am. I'm am officially on edge waiting for the next book!!

Angelica really brings the heat with this book 2 of the Iron Beast Pack! It is so hott and steamy, it will leave you begging for more! It also has the twisted love story you desire in RH romance, with each relationship having their own unique connections. The plot is so edge-of-your-seat exciting that you can't stop reading, right up to the ending that will blow you away! I can't wait to read the next installment!

This book was so worth the wait! Kat is definitely a freak in the sheets this time around . So many things came to light in this book and then she finds out news from her bestie . There were other surprises to but I won’t be dropping them here you all need to grab this book and if you haven’t read the first one, well what are you waiting for ? I can’t wait to find out what that dirty ex of kats has up his sleeve.

The story continues right where we left off in book 1 and the twists and turns continue. I struggled in a few bits but for the most part I really enjoyed it and I am definitely looking forward to book 3!

Was waiting for this book as I enjoyed the first book so much already. This books starts where book 1 left of so reading in order is a must here. I really got right into the story and that is telling of the author. She does an amazing job in writing a book that takes you to another world. I really don't want to spoil too much of the story but secrets are there and will they be revealed? And how will the relationship with the men continu? I loved this story so much and can't wait for more.

Anyway sorry I know this is for reviews. Second book in the series and everything you was expecting happened but even so was soooo good and sooo entertaining.
This series is actually a series you can get on board with and enjoy the show/read.

Cursed Wolf, Iron Beast Pack number two by Angelica Aquiles picks up right where Marked Wolf left off. I'm glad I read them together because I would of been yelling at my kindle. Like I am now that I've finished Cursed Wolf. I love Kat. Shes strong, flawed, and a heck of a FMC. I liked seeing more of the boys in this book. Can't wait for the next one!

This book grabbed me and did not let me go until I finished it. I had to finish it in one sitting as there was no putting it down. It moves along at a speed which is perfect for the story, not too fast nor too slow. The characters are awesome and you feel as though you know them and the story will not disappoint. This book needs to be read, no doubt about it.
