Rob Delgado grew up in the public eye. From being the root of sympathy for his politically driven father, to getting abused for never being good enough. Rob never stood a chance at becoming the perfect son. Now, he’s here to deal with his indiscretions, and he’s my responsibility. Will he come to accept the Gardens, or will he continue to deny a truth he can’t seem to comprehend?

Look, this world is so interesting. I knew it's about sex slave, but the world building is crazy good. There is a storyline with the villain that did something to the m m c in the real world, that left be gasping for air.
It ended very sad. I actually hope that this isn't the official ending because I am too invested.
The 2nd novella in the Garden of the Gods series this one takes a step up on the darkness and disturbing scale from book 1.
Master B 12-12 has some dark desires and fits in well in the garden despite being coerced in to going there.
I really loved the master and slave connection and was super surprised with the ending . My mind was working overtime with scenarios as to if this story was extended, which avenue would the author take. This was my type of ending. I loved and hated it. Lol.
This was a freaking amazing book! I was not disappointed. I kind of wish the ending had been a little different... but at the same time... that ending... 🤯🤯🤯 It left me with so many questions... I feel like a need another book about it just to get all the answers I need. Like really I need another book. What happened in Robert's home growing up? What really happened to his mother? Did his dad know? Was his dad responsible? Was he behind it? OMG so many questions and I need to know the answers. Not to mention the answers we need about Clara.. Just kind of left hanging there. But I loved the story and I hope some day that A.A. comes back and writes more about this couple. I would like to know more about them.
This short, freakingly good novella was definitely a step up from the first book. You had characters you liked (well that might be pushing it), a good plot and an absolute amazing ending that almost breaks your heart. That being said, this is horror - somewhat erotica...and definitely had it's triggers. A winner in the Garden of Gods series for sure.
This novella is about the darkest and most depraved side of humanity. This is horror and there are no HEAs in the Garden of the Gods.
This is the second book in the series and it is definitely darker than the first. I was on pins and needles reading this one and I couldn’t wait to see how things would end… and OH. MY. GOODNESS SHE DIDN’T. Oh, yes she did. I am not going to spoil anything…if you want to know what happens when the people of power and depravity enter the Garden of the Gods… read this book. I will keep on reading these dark tales…though I think I need to find something light and cheery now… because the ending freaking slayed me. I was hoping for something different…but again, we are in the Garden of the Gods… Happy reading!
This is the second book in the garden of gods series. All of the books in the series are standalone, so you don’t need to read them all but believe me you will.
Here we get a Master’s point of view, a vice-president’s son with particular needs that are too risky on the outside world so his Dad sends him to the Garden of Gods. Master B-1212 frustrated me at times but his slave is perfection for him!
Novella 2 of the Garden of the Gods has arrived! Master B1212 doesn't disappoint y'all. For him, his darkness lies in his ability to mentally and emotionally manipulate his slave to his liking. Their connection is immediate, consuming and they both attach quickly. The ending is harsh but fitting for this world and it made me cry. This is a great addition to the series.
When a book leaves the reader with such strong emotions, because they are EXTREMELY unhappy with the ending, it means the book was a spectacular experience for that reader. That’s me and why, right now anyway, I hate you.
This is not a dark romance, while romance is present it is classified as pitch black! Always check triggers. Mental health matters 🖤
Now where to start… We follow master B-1212 known as Rob Delgado, also known as the vice presidents son! Rob grew up being abused for never being good enough and in return became a man with a few darker traits. After making the headlines one too many times for being too handsy with the women in his life his father has forced him to attend the gardens to keep him out of the headlines while allowing him to sate his needs however he may like. However Rob doesn’t believe himself to be a monster like the others who have wasted no time putting bids on their slaves. Sure he likes inflicting pain onto others but they ask for it, even beg for it. But he’ll never press the button to buy a slave… or will he? Is he too far gone that he’s become delusional to the truth right in front of him? I mean he could do whatever he wanted and there would be no judgement, it would actually be praised upon instead! Now it’s your turn to read, to find out how Rob spends his days in the gardens!
Well, that was dark. And I know, I know…all of A.A. Dark’s writing is dark, but this was unexpectedly twisted and depraved, yet still somehow so poetic and heartbreaking. I don’t know how she does it but she better never stop. Robert was not well, my friends, and for a majority of this novella, he was in complete denial. I really enjoyed his connection to Clara, though, and I was absolutely NOT anticipating that ending…I’m still not sure I’ve processed it. It was tragic and startling, yet really brought the story full circle and I’ve come to appreciate these moments from A.A. Dark so much because while it yanks your heart right out of your chest, it feels so intentional and necessary. I’m really loving how this GOTG series is unfolding and I’ll be barreling right into the next novella asap
Why is it that none of theses masters feel like actual masters? 😩 Like, you're in a place for slavery, torture, murder, etc. And all you do is fall in love with your slaves? 😩
I get Master B-1212 is new and doesn't really know if he belongs in that place but it feels too cute and nice to be a book about slavery. Maybe I'm comparing it to much to the Whitlock books but where is the rape? Where is the punishment for slaves misbehaving? (because fuck me, the slaves in the first and this book really don't behave like slaves should especially after all the months of being "trained")
This book was nice, but it wasn't amazing. It wasn't even close to what I was hoping for, to what I was wanting to read.
I do admit that I felt sad towards the end because that end was actually quite heartbreaking but it wasn't enough for me to make me cry or rage 😪
I always love A.A. Dark’s books—she truly knows how to hit you in the feels. And don’t expect a happily ever after here, because you’re not getting one!
Master B-1212 is part of The Garden of the Gods: Volume 1, Book 2. Rob, the troubled son of the vice president, who’s sent to the Gardens against his will. There, he unexpectedly becomes the owner of Clara—W0023—a fiery slave he wasn’t in the mood for or ready to handle. Despite his initial resistance, Rob quickly finds himself captivated by her.
While having lunch with Master -00063 and his slave, Rob notices how easily the two girls become friends. What he doesn’t suspect, though, is that he’s sitting with the very one who will eventually nurse his slave to death.
This story is intense, emotional, and as always with A.A. Dark, unforgettable.

With a complex Master who is forced into the Garden of the Gods against his will and a virgin gypsy/Romani slave controlled by oils, this story was beyond innovative and entertaining. I absolutely loved the first 99% despite there being at least 20 different punctuation/grammar rules that were overlooked, tons of typos, and at least a dozen Chicago Manual of Style guidelines not followed. However, if the author hadn’t typed, “THE END,” I would have been contacting Amazon, certain that my copy was missing pages. The ending is not just incredibly abrupt, the story is incomplete. Had I known that we’d be left not knowing what happens to the main characters, I absolutely would not have read this book.
Well, ain't this some shit. 😐 Did I love it? Yes. Was I mad? Yeah, but I do love a book that doesn't give you an hea. Well, maybe the MC sees it as one but... yeah, this was pretty fucked, but not really in the way the others were. You just have to read it to understand 😆
The only reason I knocked down a star was because the FMC accepted her position so easily after it was made clear how strong she was and I didn't think the MMC was as dark as he made himself out to be. So it's more about character consistency and development. Overall, it's a good, short read to feed my addiction to this world.
I love this author and have been a fan of her work since the 24690 series. She never disappoints! I'm still reeling over what I just read. OMG! My heart is hurting over that ending 💔😭. Granted this was a novella but it packs a punch 👊. I really enjoyed this one better than the first novella in this series and I know it's only going to get much darker from here. But that's what keeps me coming back for more. If you are into dark reads, then I highly recommend you give this series a try.
So book 2 is about Elecs best friend rob. Boy is he a messed up puppy. This guy has a thing for BDSM on a whole new level.
The thing about these books is that they are just so good you can’t help want more. Even with all the dark and depraved things these masters do.
Not sure how I feel about the ending. It wasn’t 100% clear on death or not. I get there is no hea for masters and slaves but I was hoping in a twisted way there was some kind of hea. Hmm I wonder if we will hear any updates in any of the other books, I do hope so. 🤞
A.A. Dark invites us back into the garden where monsters hide in plain sight, little is as it seems and everything goes. Master B-1212 realizes this dark world is exactly what he needs to call home and Clara learns those with a title you should trust are far more dangerous than the master you know. Five hundred dark stars for the most twisted Garden of the Gods story yet!
Master B-1212’s story was dark, twisted and emotional. His head was all twisted and messed up but his slave helped him break through his inner turmoil to find the piece he needed. I loved their back and forth banter and how feisty his slave was. It was a fantastic story that definitely pleased my dark and depraved heart! The ending was fantastic and totally unexpected and I loved it!
I can’t wait to read about the next Master/Mistress story.
Wait what?!? Ok so I was fine with novella length, but this one, I need more, much more. And I mean that in a good way. I know the author has said that we'll see characters again but my god this book had so much packed into it in so few pages. My head is spinning and my heart has more cracks in it. I know this isn't a romance series, but that last chapter or so had me on the edge of my seat. I cannot wait to see what happens next.
I'm addicted to AA Dark and her new series. She did not disappoint on any level. The twist between the first book Mistress 003 and Master 1212 is mind boggling. The twists and turns are awesome. Buckle up you're in for the ride of your life and there's only two out right now. I'm not feeling the deep depravity of Whitlock yet, I'm waiting for it. AA Dark, you are amazing!!!
Welcome back This is book two of the Gardens of The Gods series. All of the books are stand alone, but sometimes other charters from other books can pop up.
Master B-1212 is sent to the Garden by his father after his preferences are made public. Here he is fee to do what he likes. I loved the interaction with his slave, and how they seemed to work. Was not expecting the ending, and this one was dark I am loving these books, and cannot wait for more
Oh my darkness!!! This book was everything A.A. promised us. Master B-1212 is the second installment or novella of the series and oh my sweet baby Jesus. You can definitely tell that she turned up the darkness in this one. This slave/Master combo is completely different than what we saw last time and I am here for it!!! In this story, we see the Master who is in the public eye and where else could he go to explore his dark desires and satisfy his dark needs than the Garden of the Gods. Whitlock has been reborn into a place that we all love and dream about. This story does not disappoint and that ending?? Yall I am destroyed in the best possible way. I love the angst of it all. Definitely recommend this book.
Another great read. AA Dark writes the best characters. I especially liked the slave in this one. She was strong, confident and reminded me of everleigh.
Her characters as a whole are complex human beings and aren’t just pure evil. They are conflicted, brutal and give into instinct all while knowing it’s wrong and loving it too much to stop.
Master B-1212 is horror with a twisted mix of romance at its finest. This story had great flow, gruesome in parts, lots of triggers, and twisted characters. The thing is, even with the H being sick, cruel, and evil, I still felt sorry for him. This novella is a quick read and only for those who can take the darkness. I highly recommend this book!
I’m really liking the different plots within the same world with these novellas. I enjoyed the first. This one is definitely darker! True horror at its finest. The world building is there even though each novella is stand alone. I would recommend to an individual interested in something extra in the world of horror.
I am not sure what the heck I just read, but I both loved and hated it. It was dark and messed up, but despite the depravity of the characters, I still couldn't help feeling for them. Amazing as always AA!
I enjoyed this one a lot! I loved how strong willed Clara was and how Rob met her where she was mentally. I definitely hope I see more of them to know where they end up at in the Gardens. I also enjoyed the fact he got some form of closure or knowledge as to what happened to his mother.
