I just had to see what this book was about.

Worst case scenario, I have some crazy inspiration for a heroine. 

I walked into this book with a closed mind, but I ended it with this new boost in confidence.

He talked about a man's mind and how some guys act in relationships. It just made me realize that I wasn't that crazy, that there is a whole lot of game playing out here and I'm right to walk on by and pass these losers.

But this is the thing, you have to get pass the fact that he's going to refer to a set of women as Hos and he's giving advice on how to be a ho.

Yes, that's what I said.

He even created new words like:

Hoexample

Hoexempt

Moneyvated

Thankfully, only 10% of the book with sex. The majority of the book discusses how to navigate phone conversations, easy ways to approach guys, etc. 

But lots of it dealt with goldigging.

Sure, there were tons of lessons that could be taken from the novel without venturing on the path of hoedom.

But if you want a sponsor. . .

And then there were some others things that made me think, "damn I hope that's not true."

Here's a Hoexample:

Hos have an advantage over normal women because they aren't confined by honesty or loyalty. 

Thus, they can stoop to a level that a classy lady would never stoop to, they can say things that a girlfriend would be ashamed to say, and they can do things sexually that a woman that's looking to become a wife won't be comfortable doing until she has a ring. 

How can you compete with someone that is willing to break the rules?

You can't!

A man will pick a Ho 9 out of 10 times because men cherish excitement over stability.

Not the top dating book I've read this year, but definitely the most memorable. I actually bought another one that dealt with the Non-Hoe path.

Four and a half months to read this book and honestly by the time I was half done with it, the message was beat into my skull and I was tired of reading it. You, as a woman, are a valuable and amazing thing that when properly honed and turned out, any man would do a lot to possess. Yes, you! You're amazing! Sell it because there's no one better. The message, you are valuable, is a good one, but by the time the book rolled around to sex and is conclusion of moving into the housewife life, I was beyond bored. 3 stars for premise.

This is a denigrating book for today's women, unbelievably written at our time, when women can study and work to support themselves and have respectful careers and professions, except for selling their bodies. Shamelessly, the writer's ideal woman is a gold-digger who has this incredible skill of sucking money (and not only money) out of rich guys and sugar-daddies... Thumbs down!

A truly entertaining read with some legit advice. The author's vernacular had me cracking up at times, which further made this book enticing to read.

This book was a pretty quick read although I kept putting it down to read something else just to allow my mind to take in what I was actually reading. The first half of the book was pretty easy to get through while towards the middle/end of the book was tough to read being that it talked a lot about being sexual without any intent on it turning into a relationship. Not that I agree people should have sex outside of marriage. (not only just for religious reasons but for other reasons as well...soul ties, attachment issues, etc.) I still can't decide if I like or hate this book. Yes, I'm aware that hate is a strong word. This one is definitely written for the emotionally mature crowd, as it encourages behavior that leaves it's victims experiencing destroyed marriages, narcissistic abuse and becoming severely emotionally damaged. There were a few good points made in the book but I'm still not sure if it was worth reading the entire book to be honest. I may give his other book on marriage a try as I believe that may be more up my ally. This book however, was super cringeworthy in my opinion.

Hilarious! Recommend. 271 pages. Even my own daughters have told me, "Dad, boys are for opening doors, carrying books, and driving us places" – and as they get older – "as well as paying for things. Some of these tactics, I swear, are... savage! Even after reading about it, I think, "Oh, shoot. That would totally work on me."

I decided recently to have some fun by seeing how much I could get out of men financially without giving them what they wanted sexually.

Read the book and try its techniques to use that power. Not only is it very..."beneficial" 💰, it's a hell of a lot of fun to live part of your life as a dangerous woman 😈!

Like other books of its kind, this one was obviously written for a certain audience and I am not the ideal. Strangely, because it was written by a man (though it took me a few chapters to get that) it was kinder to women than many other books in this genre, but still didn't shy away from feeding into a "dumb stripper" stereotype. I feel like that tactic is often used to make sure you're not scaring off the "good girls" with "morals" and is just necessary for PR and a wider readership. I loved that it was divided into two parts, one of which involved no sex at all. I loved the working definitions of "ho" as well as other words. This mindset will definitely increase your power and confidence in dealing with men even if you're not trying to get all their money.

The kindle unlimited version is terrible quality and seems to have been spellchecked but not actually proofread. Hard to take anything in it too seriously as a result.

This is literally my BIBLE! This book was so inspiring and now I am thrilled and excited to try these tactics. The author paints “Hos” as being very strategic when it comes to getting the things they want from men. I no longer see being a Ho as a bad thing unless they’re a dumb ho. A smart ho always win. I wish I read this book when it first came out straight out of college or even a couple of years ago when I realized on my own how smart “gold diggers” are. If you want to win in life using your feminine power, read this book.

Amazon recommended this book to me alongside a listing for an Afghani burqa. Couldn't be more amused (or confused) by that, first of all. I wasn't trying to spend $13 to buy this but I did find a free online version. And I'm glad I didn't because, honestly, the author glorifies golddiggers while talking down prostitutes and escorts - women who actually work for their money - and I can't personally support that. Very amusing read, however. I would recommend it simply for laughs.

I'm not completely finished with this book yet but it does give good advice on how to deal with black men. However, not all these tactics will apply to other men with cuck hold fetishes. Mainly white guys like seeing their women with other men. Not all but many have fetishes like that. While certain things are basic male behavior that's ubiquitous, certain fetishes tend to be more dominant due to cultural upbringing. Also, I can't agree with the author stating men like to hit it and quit it. That's not always the case. I can say from experience that in all my relationships no man has ever fucked me once and run off. I have never had a one night stand with a man because apparently my pussy is just that addicting. When certain women have that appeal and they sleep with the man only once it can be a better situation. Because they actually get addicted to me like I'm a drug and they want to feel that high all over again. So it's easy to make them beg at some point. However, it really boils down to whether they are an alpha male and want to dominate or if they are submissive. The game changes for each personality. Cultural fetishes also change the way you target are choose to play the game too. It's definitely informative but be wise on who and when to use this advice. It's slightly biased and it's written from an African American perspective. So the techniques may cover certain things about men in general but everyone is different. Especially when you start dealing with submissive men. They could care less about owning your pussy. His techniques work well for the most part on certain guys but not all. You have to be wise enough to know when to use them.

I’ve come to believe this author is choosing the worst possible titles for his books. I think the titles will turn many people off because the content may be related, but it’s never what one might be expecting.

I thought this book sounded ridiculous and offensive and I had a very closed mind. This book was suggested to me by a friend and I found it laughable that they’d think I’d like a book about manipulating someone. I was promised that’s not what it’s really about and that it’s empowering. I thought that sounded like some buulllshit. I started reading and found it very funny and felt that it offered a lot of interesting perspectives on how powerful women are and that we too often give that power away. Duh. But, the authors voice made it fun to listen to this undercover pep talk.

Empowering? Maybe. Intentions may influence how one views this book, but I was entertained if nothing else.

Lambert is just an OK book, because, seriously, why has it become the sole purpose of almost everyone in the world to help women get to men (especially their pockets?) Tomes of literature just on how women would get men, and have them (the men) ask how high when the women say jump.

This is one hell of a book, so blunt and brutal, and well, any woman who want to be a bitch/HO should read it --- the good thing is, the writer has also forewarned we men of the tactics the HOs will be using on us, so, touché.

Read this at the recommendation of my roommate. This book is definitely not for everyone. And honestly, probably not for most people. NGL, feel like I came out of it a little more jaded. The insight into a guy's brain was interesting, but I don't think that this book was for me-- probably because I'm one of the "basic" ones he tells us about LOL. While Ho Tactics may not be for me (too much manipulation), I still really liked reading it. It was entertaining and oddly inspired me to be more confident? Not sure if that's the right word for it. Basically, fake it til you make it and if you have the confidence for it, the world is your oyster.
