A very informative read aimed at beginners. The introduction section covers the history of witchcraft and the difference between paganism and wicca. It has an open minded tone to it, which is great as the author gives you space to form your own opinions. The majority of the work is a description of different practices and how to perform them, making it more like a reference book. It's by no means a complete book on the craft but its a good starting off point for those new to the practice.
