game changer

As an established attachment parent, I’ve not seen a book focused on teens. This is the first book I’ve read in 3 years as I really struggle to get through them. I’ve now had my husband read it too and we are jotting down the exercises and have so much to work with now. It feels like my mentor in book form. I’m incredibly grateful.

This book is "seen, heard, and understood". It is a pretty good book discussing parenting and particularly teens. Chapter 3 "teen myths" was an enlightening chapter. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
