Just not my cup of tea.

I liked that the FMC has my name and I loved seeing some Egyptian culture, but then, 20% in the book, I found some CW: (content warnings)

The first scene had attempted violence or kidnapping (in Islamic extremist laws) of a young girl, and some… terrorist action and I feel like it is Islamophobic or maybe I think the Holy Spirit was like, Don’t keep reading this.

At times it didn’t read much like a romance and more like an action story, I enjoyed this one. Lots of edge of the seat moments, it’s a thrilling ride from cover to cover. I would have liked a little more at the end, but that's just me.
