Antonio

I captured her and like any a**hole, I won’t return her.
She doesn’t belong in my world, but her father owes me money that he can't possibly pay.
I don’t want the money. I want Mia.
Her fiery, feisty charm has captivated me.
She has become my obsession, my addiction, and my beautiful little prisoner.
One taste and I don’t want to let her go.

Mia

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been longing for a different life, not this mundane, boring one.
But all that changed when Antonio Moretti, the most powerful Mafia boss, was thrust into my world.
He is a beautiful devil, with a cold heart, and a thirst for violence. He’s dangerous, fierce, and possessive.
My father has a big debt to pay and the payment is me.
I’ve become a prisoner in his family’s mansion—a plaything for his every whim.
I shouldn’t like what he does to me behind closed doors. I shouldn’t tremble with anticipation every time he is near.
The prisoner isn’t supposed to want the captor
I could never love the most dangerous man in the world. Or could I?

if you liked this then you should read Little Dove by Layla Frost

(I received an ARC for this book)

Trigger Warnings include:
kidnapping & sexual assault, a smidge of stockholm

This is a mafia-spin on loving who you love. Even when there’s evil in their heart and they’ve hurt you. So, a fictional version to allow it to be okay to stay. Because that’s what this is, fiction. In no other reality is it okay for Mia to offer Antonio forgiveness, and her heart to offer him love. But no matter, I enjoyed it! Mia’s dad owes a debt, but Antonio doesn’t want money. And that becomes very apparent the moment he sees Mia. He’s intrigued by the fact that she’s not scared of him, just the unknown of the circumstances. He wants to know why she didn’t struggle, why she gives into him so easily. Mia does definitely have a fire in her, and he was not prepared for that. When reality comes knocking, Mia feels ashamed to have let Antonio in. Antonio's emotions are just as confusing to him as Mia’s are to her. And not me feeling bad for the dark haired villain! This is the kind of love you want in a mafia romance! Where they stand side by side, and rule from their thrones together. It’s a little open ended, which is great because this is the start of a series. I’m looking forward to more of this family!

So this was really good. The plot line a litte overused but was well executed. The spice was good, for a mafia romance I was expecting a bit more but I enjoyed it.

I owe this book a more thorough review to come, but what a great read!
This book has an incredible story line that Carrie’s the book. Where one might think it’s just another romance novel, it’s not. The mafia story line runs in sync with the development of the romance.
Dual plot lines from Antonio and Mia feel as if they were written by two authors.

Mia is the classical conflicted female lead, well described and written. She wasn’t over-perfect (as too many lead females are nowadays) and she had very relatable emotions (until her 180 at the end).

Antonio’s POV felt as if I was in this mafia heir’s mind with how he described his feelings and emotions. How he spoke. His mannerisms. Too often the male character POVs are either eye rolling and cringing at the unrealistic flow, or they are just poorly written. This was not the case for Antonio.

The romantic scenes were few, but I honestly didn’t mind it as I said, the storyline was amazing! By the halfway mark, I was so sucked in that I didn’t want to put the book down.
I cant wait to read the sequels from Huxley and Fiona.

The only loss of star was that ending. It was leading up to something so great, but just how Mia approached everything (I’m trying to be vague to avoid spoilers) and her small dialogues with the mafia members at the table, her reaction to the last action scene…they were rushed and poorly executed. The character she developed to be through the entire 75% of the book just didn’t match with her actions at the very end and it left me shouting “shut up Mia!”

Story ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Romance 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I love Mia and Antonio's chemistry. Regardless of the fact he does keep her captive, I definitely think they are meant to be. I am a sucker for Mafia, forced proximity, enemies to lovers, fish out of water tropes. Mia was not raised in the mafia but she was able to hold her own and adapt quite well. I have read a lot of books with similar tropes but this book definitely stands out.

I LOVED THIS!

This was just a super fun mafia romance! I say fun as in I had an amazing reading experience and enjoyed every aspect, it was actually quite intense and there was some more violent scenes (as you can imagine in a mafia romance!)
It’s dual perspective which again was incredible! I loved getting to see both of our gorgeous main characters thoughts and feelings on all the plot twists and arguments! I found each time there was an argument between the pair, it was valid, there was no miscommunication and the chemistry between the pair was undeniable!
Antonio however does struggles to tell Mia about his emotions and how he feels towards her which this does cause some doubt on her part, as Mia is slightly more clear in her feelings and is able to illiterate her feelings better, leading to an argument or two.
Antonios character development from beginning to end is unbeatable! As his love for Mia grows, it is clear so does his compassion and empathy. He becomes a much more well rounded person, although that’s not to say he is a saint, by the end! The relationships and the development between the relationships of the characters as a whole, was again incredibly done and really strengthened the the plot, for example, the loving relationship between Mia and her father, Antonio and his Father, Antonio and his brother and his cousin, Mia and Antonio’s sister, Fiona. I found each little minor relationship in the novel helped broaden the love for our main characters and their love story!
I found the plot was great. Although it was a romance, the mafia aspect of the plot was there and was significant! There wasn’t really a super strong, long, mafia plot line all the way through the book though, however there was a handful of smaller mafia plot lines being juggled throughout the book!
As I said earlier the chemistry between the Mia and Antonio was magnificent! Their relationship blossomed so quickly yet it didn’t feel like insta love, it also definitely didn’t feel like Stockholm syndrome either ahaha!!!!

I loved the little detail at the end where the link was tied between the prologue, when the two were children and the end when they are now adults, I feel like it really strengthened the connection and believability behind the twos relationship!

I received an e arc of this from the author Misty Winters and I definitely highlighted A LOT and wrote in some notes I loved it so much!!

His Prisoner as you can probably guess from the title is a captor/captive romance and just as a little warning there are trigger warnings for mafia themes, acts of violence, act of violence against women, sexual assault and kidnapping!

In His Prisoner, we hear of Fiona Antonios younger sister, who is to be involved in an arranged marriage and I NEED a book about that right now!!

Thank you again Misty Winters for sending me an e-arc copy of “His Prisoner in exchange for an honest review!!

Fantastic book! I loved it and couldn't put it down. The author had two strong main characters, who just meshed so well with each other. They story kept you engaged, the romance, the violence, the tears and happiness. I am hoping there's more books, maybe Fiona's HEA?.

His Prisoner is the first book I have read by this author and I can say without hesitation that I will be reading more of what this author has to offer. This story is a dark mafia, enemies to lovers story that is composed of kidnapping, suspense, lies, secrets, betrayals, more lies, bad judgments, hope, forgiveness, and with time, maybe even love. You will be hooked from the beginning and you had best brace yourself, cause you won't be able to put it down once you start!

Mia is the daughter of Stefan Gallo. He was the accountant for the Moretti Family. Whilst working as their accountant, he managed to steal a substantial amount and disappeared before he could be caught. But there is one thing you should always be aware of when you steal from the Mafia. The Mafia will ALWAYS want payback.
Until now. Years later and the Don, Lorenzo takes ill. The only light is that they have finally located Stefano. Problem is, he no longer has the money he stole from them. Upon hearing this, Antonio Moretti, Lorenzo's son, makes a decision that will change his life forever. He just doesn't realize it.

Mia spends most of her time working in the bookstore that her father owns. She has been kept in the dark about her father's history. She doesn't remember anything about having a different life to what she leads now. She has always felt like it was boring. Like something was missing. Until one day, her father's past comes bursting through the door and she learns the secrets that have been kept from her. In a state of shock and betrayal, she is taken by Antonio Moretti, as payment for her father's sins.

There are more twists and shocks and betrayals to come as you navigate your way through Mia and Antonio's journey. The epilogue was pretty good but also left you with questions as to what could have happened in certain aspects.

His Prisoner has you feeling like you are riding a rollercoaster with twists filled with drama, action, and surprises at every turn. I definitely enjoyed this story and would recommend it to others who love this genre and who love a happily for now ending.

This is book 1 in the Moretti Mafia family series. It wasn’t really a dark romance in my opinion. Although Antonio was seemingly ruthless when dealing with those who wronged the Moretti family; he wasn’t that cold hearted and ruthless towards his so-called prisoner. Instead of keeping Mia a prisoner, Antonio kept her locked up like a Princess trapped in an ivory tower.

Mia was delusional. She witnessed her father being beaten within an inch of his life due to his crimes against the Moretti family and all she could do was fantasize about wanting the captor to play out some crazy scene she so often read about in romance books. She willingly went with Antonio as his captive; not to save her father’s life but because she felt her life was boring and mundane and wanted a little excitement in her life. Seriously, who does that? Throughout the book Mia’s mind didn’t register the danger she was actually in. Instead, she continued to fantasize about the villain falling in love with her.

It wasn’t until she caught Antonio in his element that she understood the man who has taken her prisoner. When faced to face with danger Mia decides to stay by Antonio’s side and embrace the dangerous life she always dreamed about. This story ends in an HEA but didn’t really capture the essence of a dark romance about a captor and his prisoner.

Mia Gallo agrees to go with Antonio Moretti to keep her father alive. She is locked in a bedroom with no TV, games, or books! What torture!! This story has action, romance, and steam, ending in a HEA. Very highly recommended.

His Prisoner is a book I'd definitely, read again and again. The hook has to be the most interesting/ grabbing one I've seen in a while. Honestly, I thought her father had big balls for stealing and leaving the way he did. What would be scary for me would be the being the powerful that they are. But for my family and future kids, I would do the same. I love that she wasn't afraid to stand up to Antiono. And he even said that's one of the things he loves about her. Some surprising moments for me were him bring her to his family estate. Not only that but he kept her away in a nice room and gave her five star meals. One of the meals was steak with balsamic vinegar salad, it made me wish I was there eating that. This all made sense later because of how he feels about her. Even going out and shopping for clothes for her was surprising and sweet. I also really liked that no other guy has affected/ attracted her like Antiono has. She even states while them hooking up that "There's no way Chad or anyone else could make me feel the way Antonio does right now." When she said this about Vinny "On my other side is that fat one keeps looking at me up and down." I couldn't stop laughing at how savage that comment was. I thought it was so funny that they were both flaming Chad. Poor Chad. There was a transition from scene to scene that I didn't like. Finally, I had a feeling Antiono was the little boy that would tease her in school. I thought it was super sweet that he turn out to be him. I got super excited when I turned out to be right.

Song that reminds me of Mia and Antiono:

Give ‘em hell by Everybody Loves an Outlaw

Antiono:

"She looks every bit the queen she is quickly becoming."

"Anyway, that's family for you. You can't pick them, but you best be ready to die for them. Blood is thicker than water, and in my world, it means everything.

"While she's beautiful naturally, with makeup she's a f**king queen."

"I want you and I think you want me too. That's all we have to care about. The rest is just noise."

Mia:

His face is above mine, looking down ate me with certain kind of patience, and all his attention. I feel wanted, I feel special, to have this mafia man spend his time waiting for me to give in.

I feel freed; I feel as though he didn't kidnap me, but rather saved me. Brought me here and taught me how to be a woman, how to take my own pleasure from a man beneath me.

4 1/2⭐️s.
While this story isn’t perfect, it gets extra marks simply because Ms. Winters has proven that one can write a wonderful kidnapped bride mafia story without the male MC being a complete 🐴 to the female MC. Who knew!
This book is very well written and I adore Mia, and Fiona, and I am on the lookout now for more work by Misty Winters.

My big question is this: this accountant steals a bunch of money from the Mob, and then doesn’t even leave the state to hide? He’s literally a few miles from the border to another country, and he didn’t go farther away? That doesn’t seem like the kind of decision a smart person would make. And you better be more than just smart if you plan to steal from Mobsters.
Second, How did an Italian family end up naming their second son a Scottish name? That’s a bit odd to me, but alright, I’ll go with it.

I will be waiting to read Fiona’s story, as I hope Ms. Winters plans to write that, along with Huxley’s.

5 ⭐️s= Perfect story, exciting, engrossing, well developed complex characters, solid plot with few to no holes, descriptive environments and place settings, great mystery elements, realistic dialogue, believable reactions and behaviors, loved this story so much I’d buy it.

4 ⭐️s= Great story, highly entertaining and enjoyable, exciting storyline, well developed characters and settings, a few discrepancies but nothing that can’t be overlooked. Believable actions and reactions, realistic dialogue, a book I would consider buying.

3 ⭐️s= Good but not great story, noticeable discrepancies, grammatical and or spelling errors, undeveloped characters or unbelievable behaviors but still readable. Nothing majorly wrong with the story, just not interesting enough for me to continue. Would not buy the book.

2 ⭐️s= Not offended by the story, but not interested enough to finish. Unbelievable characters, poor writing, many mistakes, big holes or discrepancies, many spelling or grammatical errors, characters not believable, unlikeable or TSTL.

1 ⭐️= Offensive, extremely poor writing, horrible characters, victimization, gaslighting, blatant abuse, unnecessary violence, child endangerment, or any other highly objectionable behaviors by Main characters. Would never buy this book, and do not recommend it to anyone.

Book review for His Prisoner!

Damn, this book was crazy good! Mia and Antonio’s chemistry was off the charts in this enemies to lovers mafia romance!

Mia works at her father’s bookstore in a small town. When suddenly everything changes for her. The life Mia thought she knew ended up being a complete lie, and because of her father’s mistakes she ends up being kept prisoner. Her father stole from the mafia and Antonio and his family are out for blood. Will Mia be able to escape? Or will she fall for the darkness?

Gah, this book was so addicting and I could not put it down! Antonio definitely had his moments where I wanted to smack him, but in the end he definitely redeemed himself. Mia is such a strong character, that was just suddenly thrust into the mafia world. I really liked how she never backed down from Antonio, and she always stood her ground. The plot, characters, romance, and action is perfect in this story. I’ll admit that at times I was very frustrated with the characters decisions and the things they said. But trust me when I say things do get resolved in the end!

Overall I really did enjoy this book and I definitely plan to read more by this author!

I highly recommend checking this book out if like mafia romance, enemies to lovers, and plenty of steam!!

I have never finished a book in less than a week. This book was so good but before reading please check trigger warnings. Now, this is probably my first dark romance book and I am so glad this is the first book I read.

Mia and her father Stefano have lived an ordinary life owning a bookstore and all but her father hides a secret. That secret costed Mia's life in a way being kept as a prisoner by none other than Antonio Moretti, the most powerful Mafia boss.

Now the spice? It is honestly amazing. The plot kept me on the edge of my seat. Honestly, you can't see anything coming because once you think something is coming it turns out to be the complete opposite. This book is so good. I had a rollercoaster of emotions. I laughed and cried a bit, my panties did soak because of how good the spice was. This isn't your typical mafia romance. No this is better. Everything about this story was better than I expected.

I honestly felt close to Mia's character and I loved her character because she wasn't trying so hard and it felt like a real person. This book had me feeling like I was seeing them in my head as if it was a movie.

Stefano is the accountant for the Moretti mafia. After his wife died he decided to get him and his daughter out. He stole money from the Moretti family and took Mia to another city. Years later Mia and her dad Stefano have a bookstore and a nice little house. Mia is bored and she wants the excitement that she reads about in her romance novels. Stefano is pushing Mia to date a nice boy named Chad but she is not drawn to Chad at all. Antonio is the oldest son of the head of the Moretti family. His father is dying and he will have to take over. Antonio has a brother Huxley and a teenager sister Fiona that he will also be in charge off. Vinnie is Antonio’s right hand man and he comes in excited that they have finally found the accountant. Antonio, Huxley and Vinnie go to get Stefano. Mia is in the shower when she first sees Antonio and the gun in his hand isn’t first thing she notices. Mia notices that he is the type of man she wants to give her virginity to. Antonio can’t take his eyes off a naked Mia, she is gorgeous. Mia agrees to go with Antonio but she has no idea what will happen to her. As long as her dad is alive that’s all she cares about. Antonio is attracted to Mia unlike any he has been attracted to before. Will there be a happy ending with Antonio and Mia?

Great chemistry from the jump - the storyline is what it says - enemies to lovers and fits the mold of an Italian Mafia theme.

Antonio and Mia - rise up and capture your interest when they both break out of their own shells - for Antonio - he emerges as a lover once he finds the right woman when he was least expecting it & Mia - she emerges from an innocent girl into that of a true Mafia Queen.

This was a great opening story into the Moretti family while introducing some of the other big family characters and enlightening us on what is next to come - Rossi family.

The loyalty of family and respect for love shines here and while there was some suspense and action - this just opened the doors for what will be to come next for the new heads of the family.

If you are looking for a love story with the threats of mafia life while building into a setup for a war that’s soon to brew - read this story here!

Can’t wait to read the next in line for the series! There’s a bunch of ways to go from here - will it continue with Antonio & Mia - what happens from the threat at their wedding or will Huxley or Fiona be next in line!.

OMG!! Wow this book delivered everything I love in a Mafia story. Misty Winters gave you the emotions throughout the story, action, suspense, violence, murder, torture, pain, kidnapping, enemies, anger, blood bath, killings, secrets, lies, betrayal, twist and turns, protection, imprisonment, lust, confusion, passion, discipline, and, love. Mia was always a good girl her father moved away from the city to protect his family so she even worked with her father in their book shop, they were at home Mia was in the shower when three people turned up to kill them. Antonio is the oldest son in the Moretti family, he is filling in while his father is sick, they finally found the accountant that ripped off the Mafia family years ago so Antonio took his brother Huxley and best friend Vinnie to collect the money or kill him and his daughter. I loved this book it was a great Mafia story.

His Prisoner by Misty Winters is an exciting story full of twists and turns that are completely unexpected and will keep you on the edge of your seat, turning the pages, with the a/c on full blast to cool you down from the heat generated by the two main protagonists, Antonio and Mia as they navigate their explosive chemistry! Ms. Winters knows how to write a tale with all the emotional feels between characters whose evolution takes place from stereotypical “Mafia” characters into a man and woman who respect, admire, and eventually love and support one another. Their transitions from enemies to lovers is done with great skill and subtlety, showing an unknown gentleness from Antonio to a fierceness and strength that Mia was unaware she possessed. Their mutual attraction is quite complex and exciting due to their histories and present circumstances. Get this book, it is a read with everything you want to see in a hot, romantic thriller!

This is the 1st story in the An Italian Mafia Romance series and we have Antonio a boss and Mia a princess trapped in his home to pay off the debt her father owes and can not pay. Mia understands how the mafia works and goes willingly even though her father was beaten. Mia’s father wronged the Moretti family years ago by taking money that did not belong to him and raised Mia in a small town running a bookstore. Mia was missing something in her life so when the past becomes her present things seem to make sense for her even though there’s danger and the unknown with her father. Mia grew up sheltered so when danger comes she at a lost and relies on Antonio to keep her safe. When these two get on one page they really do fit together and realize what they need to do to make it happen even if it causes pain and suffering. Mia grew up thinking her life was plan and simple until the tall, dark, and handsome Moretti walked in her bathroom with a gun. Everything she ever knew about her life imploded at that moment. The choice, take her instead of killing her father- ex Moretti accountant that stole from the family and ran so many years ago. Her days may be spent locked away in a room in the Moretti mansion, but every time her captor visits she can’t wait to see him again. She wants him, she wants to give him everything, she craves the darkness he has to offer but wars with herself because she doesn’t understand why she craves someone as dark as Antonio and the things he does to her. It quickly becomes evident that the captor is meant to be the QUEEN.

Mia almost lost me for a moment, but I have to say she very quickly redeemed herself and immediately showed her strength in her position. Easily 4.5⭐️ and recommended read.

Mia is the daughter of a small town bookstore owner who has her head buried in romance novels and yearns for something more. Unbeknownst to her, her father has been hiding for years from the Moretti family who he stole from. One day he is found and Antonio Moretti decides to take Mia as collateral for her fathers debts. A game of captor and captive, Mia and Antonio slowly get close and develop a relationship. This was a steamy romance but I wish Mia didn’t have such an underlying fantasy for wanting to be in this situation when he is her father's enemy and the reason she is imprisoned. Overall solid read, 4/5 stars.

I don’t know if this is meant to be an interconnected series but I would love to read Huxley, Vinnie and Fiona’s stories!.

I know it's a storyline that's been done a lot in the past five years, but this one is done well and is engaging. Issues I had: Antonio reminds me of a characterisation of a Sopranos character - just hotter. And Mia - well, Mia has some issues like being wayyyyy to forgiving of someone who literally beat her father bloody in front of her. Yet, attraction being what it is, she forgives and succumbs to the love bug. Things I loved - the attraction between them was pretty on-fire! Also, the enemies to lovers structure was well done and nicely paced. The story is shortish so not a huge commitment time-wise so enjoy.

I love how this book starts with Mia thinking about how she wouldn't want to date the boys she knows because they are so boring to her and would rather a Mr Tall, Dark and maybe a bit Murderous (we've all been there mia).

Antonio definitely comes of as a man who has always been lonely while not really caring to fill the void that lives in him until Mia comes williningly to save her dad.

This book definitely has bits that will make you cry but our main characters are so strong and a force to be reckoned with. I'm glad it went the way it did and that there was a happy ending for many of of characters ;their happy ending was so heart warming.

Who in their right mind steals from the Mafia? Apparently Stefano Gallo, the accountant for the Moretti Family. It takes years and Don Lorenzo Moretti is ill but, they FINALLY have found Gallo. Of course things don't go as planned. He certainly doesn't have the money he stole so Antonio Moretti, Lorenzo's son, makes an executive decision. He takes Mia Gallo, Stefano's daughter. This is a new to me author and I think I've found a new treasure. Hus Prisoner is an excellent enemies to lovers story that has just enough drama, action, surprises, twists and turns to keep you engaged in the story from beginning to end. I can't wait for my next read from this author.

Mia and Antonio have quite a spicy romance. His Prisoner by Misty Winters is a mafia romance. Mia's father stole from mafia boss. Year later the boss' son kidnaps Mia to get revenge She is everything he didn't know he wanted and needed.

Mia is described as feisty and it fits her well. Antonio, your typical alpha, mafia male has troubles communicating his emotions to Mia and even in understanding them himself.

The plot does contain violence but it is a mafia story and this is their way of life. It wasn't so graphic however that it offended me. There are things that might trigger some readers like violence, kidnapping and s€xual assault. Overall the plot was interesting with romance, suspense and some spice. I enjoyed the major and minor characters. They are well developed and I hope to read more about them in future books.

I enjoyed reading this story, it’s a different take on beauty and the beast. Antonio Moretti is collecting a debt of man who stole from his father Lorenzo. Stefano Gallo was Lorenzo accountant, after his wife dies. He decided he must leave this life behind for the safe of his daughter Mai, he steals enough money to live a quiet life under a new name. After several years the Moretti’s find him. Antonio goes to settle the debt, either Stefano pays all the money back or dies. But thing changed when Antonio walks into the bathroom while Mai is taking a shower. Mai turns off the water and gets out slowly. Antonio decided right then he is going to take her for himself. This story has so many twists and turns. The chemistry between the Antonio and Mai is amazing. The physical attraction and desire is so strong from first sight. I would recommended reading it.

A super good story. Mia's father is an accountant for the mafia. His wife dies and he us worried about raising Mia on his own in the dangerous mafia world. He steals their money and runs away to raise her in a faraway small town. All is well for many years until they are found........
Mia is a reader of romance novels and feels her life is just too boring. Her life has now collided with her father's mafia past. This is her story. Kidnapped. Thrown into the mafia with ruthless men. Very exciting. Very entertaining.

Mia has lived her entire life in the dark about who her father really is. Swept away in the middle of the night with no knowledge her father is running for their lives.

Antonio is destined to take control for his Father, he is brutal in his punishments against those who have betrayed the family.

When Antonio learns of where the rat that stole and betrayed his family is hiding he doesn't hesitate to corner him and make him pay.

Mia will pay for her Father's crimes but is it really a punishment if she genuinely enjoys everything Antonio does to her?

This story is Dark and Steamy!.

Antonio and Mia meet when he arrives at her father's house to collect a debt owed to the Moretti family. From the moment he sees her, she is his. Is she cut out for the life of his woman?

Dark as only a good Mafia romance can be, this story is well written and original. Antonio is a dark antihero who takes what he wants, and Mia is more than meets the eye. Bored with her previous life, she is grabbing the golden ring with Antonio, and letting him know that she is his equal. Their HEA is fantastic. Well worth the one click.

I loved Antonio and Mia's story. It starts off with a little backstory and thrust you directly into the active. Antonio's a mafia boss who comes to collect a debt owed to the family by Mia's father. Unfortunately for her, she becomes the bargaining chip. She was looking for some excitement, and oh boy did she get it. There's drama, secrets, lies, off the charts chemistry and ultimately love. Such a good read. Can't wait for the next book in the series.

Mia spends her days working in her father’s bookstore until one day the past come barging in their door. Turns out the life Mia knows a lie and she is about to find out that the truth may not be any better. I mean when your father steals from the Mafia - the Mafia will want payback, in this case taking Mia until debts are paid. Will she escape or will she fall prisoner to the darkness?

I could not put this book down - Recommend!
