Very insightful!

The exercise performance breakdowns were great not overly simplistic or unnecessarily complicated. Was able to put the information into practice same day. Instantly felt my lower back was in a less compromised position. The various methods provided for getting into position to pull were extremely helpful. Detailing how certain lifters bias their squat to be like their deadlift and vice versa.

Awesome read, very informative.

This is an amazing book for anyone looking to get brutally strong while doing so efficiently and safely. They cover much more than deadlift technique—you will be taught technique for deadlift, bench press, and squats—with variations and accessory work. Truly awesome stuff, and a treasure trove of information.
