I’m always down for a Sully and Dez adventure. This one brings back the Black Candle Coven from an earlier book. I loved the characters and the suspenseful pacing. Another successful read!

This book has a curse that sends a hell hound after the person and stays with them even after death! We meet a new exciting character that sounds like she will be a regular in the books. She can read objects.

Oh, I love that the story begins with such a happy scene ♥ Sully deserves happiness. And we got to see how Paul is doing, and I'm so happy that he has found someone =D
There is also a new character, and I love her. She can be a wonderful addition to the series :)
Now, on the story. First of all, it was terrifying. The entity Sully and Dez are fighting is stronger than any other they have faced and there are a lot of veeeery stressful moments. But it's so good that I simply couldn't stop reading (although I did look over my shoulder a couple of times) *nervous laughs*
I also loved the insight that this story gives us into Marc. I always liked him, a lot. But now, I want to hug him and become his best friend. He is a kind soul :)
The mystery was great and I was completely taken by surprise by the unveiling of the guilty party. And even when I understand everybody's reluctance, I feel that the way in which they solve the issue was, not just the only possible one but also the fairest.
Argh! Trying to not spoil the story makes it very difficult to write this review, but know this: it is a fantastic story, suspenseful and with the great writing that this series always provided.
And yes, it can be read as a standalone but you'll enjoy it more if you read the previous books as you'll have a lot of backstory on the characters which is always a good thing.
There is also a new character, and I love her. She can be a wonderful addition to the series :)

FANTASTIC! WORTH THE WAIT!!
Thank you dear author for another installment in this series! These Brothers and their sidekicks are beloved friends and their adventures always feel new and exciting! NEVER a boring page! I love Wray!! I am crossing my fingers she will be in future books!!
"THE CURSED" lives up to its name, the dark magic conjured here is like none in previous storylines....death curses written in Human blood are about as dark as it gets.. no spoilers of course but my thoughts are that the horror perpetrated by the insidious coven Black Candle isn't over... thank you H.P!!! Another "killer" story!! (I Just pre,ordered #11 ♡ can't wait!)

I love the way this author's mind works. She puts Sully and Dez through such traumatic cases that keep me reading long after I should be sleeping. Who needs sleep when Sully and Dez are on the case. The story is suspenseful and action packed and the characters are wonderful. I am happy that Sully is finally serious about someone that understands him. I hope the new character that was introduced will come back in other stories. I really liked her. I would highly recommend the series. I received an advance copy of this book and this is my honest review.

Another good story. I enjoyed it but it wasn't the greatest story for me, even though it brings in a new character who I know gets her own series as well. That is fun and I look forward to that.
It does add a bit to the brand and I like the fact that Sully's friends feature in this. Lachlan barely does at all. Which is a shame I think he's great.
This is all about a hellhound and it's a great story, it works well.

Absolutely fantastic
Another fantastic book, I couldn't stop reading. Sully and Dez are called in to help a woman whose husband is missing. The Black Candle coven is involved and there's a Hellhound called by a curse. Plenty of paranormal stuff going on. I can't wait to read the next book.

Another great Sully and Dez adventure
I really enjoy the paranormal aspect as well as the deep brotherly bond between the main characters. Each new book feels like visiting some old friends. This book adds a new one. I can't wait to see what appearances she will make in the future of this series.

I enjoyed this book so much I read it in 3 days at the lake. I didn't want to put it down . The cases that Sully and Dez are given are all so unique and interesting.. and I have yet to figure out the villan until the end. I've pre ordered the next book cause I know it's going to be so good. Love this author, I don't know how she keeps track of everything and ties it all together in an intriguing and mysterious story .

Great book!
This series is so great!
Sully & Dez are hired to look into the disappearance of a man. As soon as Sully sees his ghost, he knows the man has been murdered. This book is creepy & has lots of action. I couldn’t put it down. I can’t wait for more!

This is the tenth Book in the Braddock &Gray Case Files Thriller Book Series .

As Expected
Bayne has done it again. She has delivered another book that I couldn't put down. I feel such a connection with Sully and Dez that I cannot wait for their next adventure. It will be interesting to see if they have a new helper in the next book.

This is a honest review of H. P. Bayne's story "The Cursed" that was given to me as a gift. Excellent story, writer, and book with quite a bit of action and twists. Loved the story so much going to get the next book to continue seeing what Sully and Dex get up to next. Highly recommended!!

It’s a good thing I don’t have to work tomorrow, because it’s 3:00AM. There was no good place to stop reading. This was another action-packed book, with a Hellhound on the loose. And Sully & Dez made a new friend or two.

Again another unusual plot with links back to book one in the Sullivan Gray series (the black candle). Absolutely love the new character, perhaps she’ll feature in future books. I don’t know how Heather does it every time but she must have an incredible imagination! Highly recommend!

I love all the Dez and Sully books. One of the best part is the relationship between the two brothers. They rely on each other while solving suspenseful and scary cases. Great read.

Wow. Hell of a case! (Pun intended.) I would never have believed that Sully could tackle a hellhound! Granted, Jack helped immensely. This was a nail-biter and extremely exciting and I LOVED it!

A chilling supernatural thriller. Sully and Dez are on a case that is frightening. Jerry is missing and his wife Judy hires them to find her husband. Unknowingly that Sully on see the ghosts of murder victims. When she finds out she has to come to the realization that her husband will not be coming home. Sully makes contact with Jerry and feels terror emanating off of him. Now Sully faces his toughest and most dangerous case. A great read that's fast paced and action packed.
