I bought this book for a seminar on the biology of love. This book offers an excellent overview of the psychology and neurscience behind love.

There's alot to digest here. I'd like to go back and reread some chapters individually at a later date. Some of the detail around the genes etc started to just wash over me a few chapters in, but the broad takeaways I found interesting and thought provoking.

Not one for me at all. Way too scientific to the point where unless you're a scientist you may find it a difficult read. I thought there'd be much more anecdotal stories and points on interest than there was.

É um livro com muita base científica, mas ainda assim acessível para a maioria das pessoas. Destacaria os capítulos sobre a amizade, sobre o lado negro do amor e o amor como motivação.
