I really want to like this book. The characters are all interesting, and I think the zombie mythology is great. The issue for me is that it seems like it is trying to be a romance novel with some zombies thrown in. There is such a focus on romance / sex that I am not even sure what the main plot is supposed to be anymore.
DNF at 83%. Unfortunately, the story got much worse than the first part. I found it very funny that only days after they move in their houses which stood there for decades a storm destroys them.. Seemed a bit forced. No fan of the big antagonist or his "grand" masterplan. Too much love and people troubles and not enough interesting happens.
