Tales of Courage: Twenty-six first hand accounts of how insomnia ends

Rate this book
Have you ever wondered how one can sleep well, even when this has felt hopeless and impossible, without using anything but the magic we have inside us? If so, this book is for you.

In Tales of Courage you will meet Joseph, who thought he had the worst case of insomnia in the world. You will hear Alina's story, including her ultimate insight after which she never struggled again. You will get to know Jim, who once was afraid he would lose everything he valued in life because he couldn't sleep. You will hear how twenty-six ordinary humans, just like yourself, found themselves trapped in a cycle of anxiety and sleeplessness. And you will hear how the cycle ended.

Unlike any other book you've read about insomnia, Tales of Courage will give you the unfiltered, true story of how even the most intense suffering can become a source of peaceful sleep and peace of mind for the rest of your life.

Thank you again Daniel

Thank you Daniel, again for just understanding what we need. This book is another slam dunk for insomnia.

I am still astounded that you were able to amass this knowledge and articulate it .. and just deliver it in the amazing way that you do. Then you started this program and promoted it so that we can find it and heal, you truly saved my life and countless others.

Knowing that you and the coaches at the sleep school are there to walk through speed bumps gives me continual peace.
