Soon, we found ourselves traveling through a forgotten portal to a strange place crawling with unimaginable dangers, posssesed witches, supernatural monstrosities, and all kinds of dark magic.
But that was just the start of where it all went wrong, because there was a reckoning coming and it seemed the Nightkind weren’t finished with me. Far from it.

Back for another action packed and exciting adventure! A simple journey they were told! Ha ha ha yeah right! What’s simply about traveling through a forgotten portal to a strange place crawling with unimaginable dangers, possessed witches, supernatural monstrosities, and all kinds of dark magic all whilst being hunted down by an undead medieval knight who wants to kill you? It of course goes completely wrong making it a fun read full of surprises and chaos and had me on the edge of my seat when I wasn’t laughing out loud. A fab addition!

I was excited to read this follow-up book, the second in the series, and get to see Abadare again. His fellow teammates are a great foil for him, and they are once again on a task for Screed, and it doesn’t take long for everything to go wrong. This was another action-filled adventure story, and in this one we get to learn more about the past of some of the characters while they were all on the pursuit of a cup. I was especially intrigued with the knight that was after Abadare, but I won’t say much so that readers can find out for themselves. I’m looking forward to the next. Recommend. I was provided a complimentary copy which I voluntarily reviewed.

Abadare and team are back again and on another simple job for Argyle Screed. Simple and easy they were told. But of course things go sideways and then the fun really begins. Lots of adventure, surprises, craziness, and fun to read. Good characters and interesting world. I laughed and groaned and rolled my eyes and Abadare and company. But it was very entertaining and kept me glued to the end to see what they would find and face. Loved it.

A loner forced into being part of a team of unique individuals working for a shady character. Each of the team members have their own unique set of skills . While being forced to work with each other, they begin to build an actual rapport with each other. They learn to have each other's backs. This book has lots of action, magic, and surprises in store for you. I enjoyed it and would recommend it.

An edge of your seat emotional roller coaster journey from beginning to end. Heart racing, action packed and exciting adventure filled with engaging charters, dangerous twists and exciting turns. Great reading.

Travel between realms
Kit has again written an exciting story. The gang of 4 fight numerous obstacles and horrors.
Also, we are given insights into the 4 hereos we were unaware ov previously.

This is #2 book in The Nightkind series and it was just as great as the 1st book. I really enjoyed myself with this book and the amazing characters. Awesome story telling by Kit.

An exciting action packed journey once again. Witches, demons and more to make this a perfect second book. There’s no stopping until you finished reading.
