Some helpful tips but overall it might have been better to share tips on how the reader could develop habits applicable in their life. There is more than one way to live life and some of these tips work and some don't or are a bit old school.
I appreciate books that don’t waste words, and my time, repeating the same sentiments or authors talking about “their journey” so much that you feel it’s more of an autobiography than a self-help book. This book had good ideas in simple chapters and gave me some inspiration to implement one small change to my life that will compound into changing myself and/or my future.
