Someone once said, the greater the love, the harder the fall. I rolled my eyes so hard I was sure I saw my brain when I read that in one of the catalogue of cheesy magazines my aunt left lying around the house. Unlike the women in my family, I didn’t believe in love. Shit, I had trouble loving myself, let alone another man.
To me, love is nothing more than an over-hyped conception, a chemical reaction programmed into us so we could procreate. And I had no intention of ever allowing a man close enough to break my heart like the many that broke my mother's and ultimately ended her life. However, there I sat at the tender age of seventeen, blissfully oblivious of the devastation that was awaiting me. And the name of that sinful yet beautiful devastation is Talon Saxton.
The final instalment of the Hook, Line, Professor series 🥹 I can’t put into words how much I loved their incredible story of Professor Hottie and his Snowflake! I wasn’t ready to leave their world so I took my time reading this and I’m already heartbroken that it’s over… I’ll definitely be rereading this in the future as it’s a beautiful, captivating series! Shayla absolutely smashed it, I can’t recommend this series enough!! 💗
I got the pleasure to read this book as part of the ARC team and I am so grateful What a rollercoster of emotions, its packed with emotion, what an amazing read Shayla Hart, your a wonderful writer, im so sad the story of Talon and Rein is over, the ending was absolute perfection I was gripped from begining to end, i literally read it in one sitting
If you havent already dived into this series then i 100% reccomend it, you will not be disapointed
Full of angst, fobiddien romance, steamy scence of plenty
I love this whole series and I think this has to be my favourite book within the series.
I’m lost for words, what this book gave me I didn’t expect. It gave me everything and more. The connection between Talon and Rein is so real you can’t deny it or try to hide it.
The moment Talon brought her painting off someone who originally brought it because he couldn’t afford to have her painting in a strangers house, after he lost her he couldn’t loose her painting as well! 😭
I didn’t want this book to end and I don’t think I’ll get over their love together.
Rein grew throughout their relationship together, to a point that she decided to name her child after Talon ex fiancé because she believes if not for Taylor (Talon ex) she wouldn’t have a heart to live and their path wouldn’t of crossed!
Wow wow wow….I was dying to get my hands on the final part of Rein & Talons story and I did and being the obsessive reader that I am I devoured it in one sitting.
Well we all knew after ‘that’ epilogue at then of Hook Line Professor - Part II was a perfect set up for Hook Line Infinity…..we also got to see glimpses of the time between the last chapter and epilogue which was amazing and was done so seamlessly.
The story is written that beautifully some of you may require some tissues towards the end of the book as there is a particular scene in there that is lovely but sad at the same time. All in all it was a perfect ending of a beautiful love story, one I will re-read and come back to time and time again.
I was excited to get an early copy of this book to read and write a review!! Although I loved this ending to their story..,
SPOILER…. . . . . . . . . . . I was a tad bit confused to where the author started off in the book. They went from meeting back up again at the end of part 2 to being thrown into a prenatal class.. then second chapter goes to 6 months earlier.. I love this authors writing and I did love this ending but wasn’t a fan of the time jumps in this story, I am glad to report that the ending came together beautifully and I was pleased to have my happy ending! Even if it was a very short part 3.
There wasn’t a lot of spice in this third part but I wasn’t really expecting it.
Al together I’m giving this a 4star and would definitely recommend if you’ve read the first 2.

I’m so sad this is the last book to this series, but couldn’t have asked for a better ending as Rein got the closure she needed from her deceased mom to truly know that Talon is the one for her.
Throughout this novella it related to Rein as I’m pregnant with baby number 2 and having the heart burn, and trying to get comfy at night is a hassle.
I suspected they might name the baby Tayler but was hoping it would be Matteo after her grandfather since that was abuelas true love & Talon is Rein. But can we talk about how abuela told Talon to go in and see Rein and held his hand while crying, she knew deep down that Rein got her own Matteo🥹
Thank you Shayla for allowing me to get an ARC of this!!
••• I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review•••
Honestly, I’m having issues with the lack of editing of this book. Not only the English has spelling and punctuation issues, but ALL Spanish expressions are wrong. The verbs are in the wrong tense, the adjectives are in the wrong gender.. It truly feels it was quickly translated with Google and definitely not edited. They’re literal translations from English, but they don’t feel like a Spanish speaking person said them. Also… I don’t know if it was book 2 or 3 but… how on Earth did they misspelled “Rihanna” twice and nobody realized??? I’m native in Spanish, and English is my second language. If I picked these issues… These little things destroyed the reading experience. 3 stars because I liked the characters and most of the story, but these books need a better editor in my opinion.
After reading the 1st and the 2nd book I was excited to see how shayla would wind the story up! I personally loved it!! Perfect balance of everything a book needs. I loved the ending, for me it left me feeling content but also leaves the door open for another story like what shayla done with Cole and shays story (the accidental wife and love me again) I loved the sass off rein and laughed out loud multiple times at the things she said. Their chemistry is amazing. The book did not feel like a novella there was lots of content without it being too much and I was worried as I got near the end it was going to be rushed but I never should have doubted shayla, the ending for me was beautiful!
This is the 3rd book in the series. I must admit I was able to wait for this much easier than book 2 as book 2 had finished in an OK place without a killer cliffhanger.
Hook Line Infinity is the summing up of the relationship between Rein and Talon. After the ass Talon made of himself in book 2 he has some ground to make up to win back Rein.
There is a enough of a story to warrant the 3rd book but its a little less angsty than the previous 2 books, probably as their relationship is less taboo now he's no longer her Prof!
This book made me cry. It had a moment of spice but it was not smutty at all but this book didn’t need it. Such a well rounded conclusion. Full package. I was fully invested in this relationship for all three of the books. This trilogy really is a world wind of trials and tribulations. Talk about soul mates the author was amazing in defining fate in this book. Not going to lie there were quite a few time jumps and it made me feel like I missed something but those moments were important for both characters POV. I’ll miss this couple. New series I’ll recommend any chance I get. lol
We have our finale. Rein and Talon are back again and Talon is trying his hardest to get Rein back. What will Rein decide? Will Rein and Talon be able to have their happily ever after? Read to find out.
Favorite Quote: You want to play a game of cat and mouse, Snowflake? I’ll bite. I’ll chase you down relentlessly until you cave, and I know for damn sure you will, because you still love me as much as I love you and I’ll be damned if I let you slip through my fingers again.
I was hooked from the moment I started, after the last book was left on a cliffhanger I wondered how it would play out and it didn't dissapoint. You are left wondering through the whole book whether everything will work out or not? Is it fate or coinsidence? Is it her feelings or someone else's? Rein and Talon's story comes to an end if you want to read it please make sure you read Hook Line Professor 1 and 2 first so you can go through all the motions from beginning, middle and end!
I have loved this trilogy since page one, book one. I couldn’t wait to read this book. I devoured it every time i sat down to read. I didn’t want the book to end, I didn’t want this beautiful story I’ve become so lost in to end. Shayla is a writer who I know I can rely on for developed characters and a storyline that you really lose yourself in. I feel like there’s something in Hook,Line, Infinity that everyone can relate to.
The story continues as Talon fights for Rein's love. As expected, another success for Shayla Hart ! Can't put the book down once you started reading it. It keeps you turning to the next page. You can feel each character's emotion. I love it and all Shayla's book. Loving every second of it! Will definitely read this series again! Congratulations Shayla Hart🎉🎉🎉
It was kind of annoying how Rein’s inner emotions were all over the place but then I remembered the time I cried over eating all of my grilled cheese when I was in my first trimester and then the time I almost broke up with my fiancé because he made me mad in my dream during my third trimester so I have no room to talk.
Another book for the professor!! Shayla didn’t disappoint! Omg I could read this set over and over! The characters have been well thought out and the steamy scenes make you want to try all new things!! Must have for any romance lover!
Wow just wow, this book was the perfect happy ending to Rein and Talon’s story. Fate and a little luck reunite the pair and it is rocky and has its ups and downs but the ending was spectacular! Once again Shayla Hart knows how to pull my heartstrings!!!

Talon and Rein story has been so great to read loved every single book and following their story. I cannot wait for the next book Shayla brings out they’re all fantastic!! Thank you Shayla
Just when you think Shayla's books can't get any better she releases a new one. This book shows that fate and destiny do play a part when it comes to love. Love Never Fades!!!!
YES, YES, A MILLION TIMES YES! What a perfect ending to one of my favorite Professor/student series. Shayla did such a good job writing their forbidden love with secrets and lies, but love and passion the exceeds it all! If you like professor/student romance, I highly recommend this series!
I have been waiting to see how this was going to end! Shaylas always keeping us on our toes. I could get enough of the professor and now knowing how it ends, I wish I could read them all over for the first time again!
It was ok. Definitely not as good as the first book. The end of book 2 felt very very rushed and I feel like this was just a continuation of that. I honestly wish she would have just let it end with book 2. Even Talon and Rein didn’t feel like the same as in the other books.
Omg the feels, the emotions. They’re raw and real and I felt them. In the first book I fell in love with Rein and Talon and I’m really happy it ended the way it did. However, I am really sad the Rein and Talon story ends here. But I loved it!
This book ties up all loose ends, I loved the storyline it was simply beautiful. The sexual tension was completely off the charts. This was honestly a perfect ending to a wonderful series
