My escape from New Jersey brought me to remote Idaho for solitude. But my peaceful existence as the Alpha of our wolf pack was brief.
Now, I’m faced with three issues.
#1. I need help with my new woodworking business, From the moment she walked into my shop, I couldn’t deny she was the perfect fit for the job… You see, Wendy is my fated mate.
#2. Wendy spells trouble. It’s true, no one in Idaho knows my whole story. Although, I’m not the only one with secrets. My wolf senses she also is hiding from something.
#3. Will I be able to keep my new assistant at arms-length? I sense she has ulterior motives of her own. And what will her reaction be… When Wendy discovers I’m a wolf shifter?
Mafia princess fated to mate an ex undercover cop. It could've been really fun. Instead, this book is a poorly edited mess. Spelling, grammar and punctuation could all use some tidying up, but that wasn't the part that really bothered me. There were missing words, irritating repetitions and backstory changes.
I finished the book, mostly because I liked Wendy and liked previous books in the series. In this one, she and Blake have little chemistry. Also, neither of them acted as I expected based on their own thoughts. Nothing happens in this book. If something does happen, we're in the other character's head and don't learn what happened.
Overall, this story was frustrating and boring. We learned more about Chase, but what we learned made no sense and nothing is resolved.
Wolf shifter Blake was a former undercover cop who left town to claim his inheritance and has taken up woodworking as his new business. When Wendy has to escape from her hometown, their paths cross when she needs a job and he needs an assistant. He was surprised, however, that Wendy was his fated mate! The two of them both have secrets. But the danger that now threatens his mate pushes him to admit his feelings and desire to protect Wendy. Will their secrets come out when the past catches up, because there are things they need to know about each other? Will he reveal that he is a shifter? And can she accept him?
Wendy and Blake are both running away from their past. Wendy ran from her family when she witnessed an unspeakable crime. Blake being and undercover cop from New Jersey left and disappeared to Idaho to run the ranch his grandfather left him. When a sleazy land developer stirs up more trouble, these fated mates must face their past.

Sheena Silva’s fourth book in her ‘Billionaire Cowboy Wolf Shifters’ series is certainly tempting and enticing the readers. This is the story of Blake and Wendy and each of them have big secrets to keep. The author does it again with lots of exciting adventure, mystery, suspense and romance. The book is so riveting that I couldn’t put it down until the very last page. Highly recommended and definitely a MUST read!
This was definitely not what I was expecting. This book was a clean, slow-burn romance, wolf shifter mate story. I thought it was a good story but I didn't like the ending. I was left with some unanswered questions and I felt like it was rushed.

The Chemistry between fated Mates always astonishes me. This Book was no exception. But it was very different to other "Shifter Romances" i've read.
Both Main-Protagonists have pasts, that could mean trouble or even real danger to everyone around, if it ever rises it's Head. Both Main-Protagonists are reluctant to get near to others, or, god forbid, start a relationship. Both feel the electricity between them...

Blake & Wendy: he was a undercover cop that retried and moved to his grandfather's ranch to live there and run it. She was a mafia princess that ran away after seeing a murder happen at her house. The characters will take you through twists and turns through out their journey to find their fated mate.
The author has taken us back to spend some time with our friends in the pack called the Cattlemen's Association and pull us into the lives of Blake and Wendy. The story keeps us turning the pages with fear, suspense, danger and love.

Wolfs Tempting Assistant (Billionaire Cowboy Wolf Shifters Book 4) by Sheena Silva. Wendy is attracted to Blake. Wendy is Blake’s fated mate. They both have secrets in their past that to reveal might put the other in danger. Then there’s the fact that Blake is a wolf shifter. Can they get past these problems and become fated mates?
Being an assistant was not as simple for Wendy and Blake. Add to it being fated mates, dangers from the past and secrets, all mixed up for an amazing story. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Wendy and Blake were great! A great addition to the series. Wendy and Blake are both keeping secrets from one another. I felt like this novel was based more on their secrets than their mating connection. I'm curious to find out who is causing mischief in the town. What is Chase's end game?
I am enjoying this series. The characters are well developed with different backgrounds and problems to deal with ... other than the person trying to purchase everyone's land! My only issue is with the lack of editing/proofing.
I'm missing some of the story. Who went after Wendy and why? Who moved things around on various ranches and in Wendy's house? What happened to Minter? I can't imagine him giving up so easily. Hopefully some of those questions will be answered in the other books in this series.
Arc review For honest Review after walking away from a job Wendy Marshall needed another and goes to work for Blake Snyder both have a pasts that has to be addressed . really cute
