In Judaism, there are several entities often referred to as Satan. However, one stands out above the rest and his name is Samael. Yes, we recognize names like Belial, Mastema, and Asmodeus as being the Princes and Kings of the demons. However, it is Samael who has the distinct honor of being the father of the Left-Hand Path, or as it is called in the Kabbalah, the “Sitra Achra,” or the “other side.” He is the top of the top and the father of all the Klippot that leads humanity astray. In this sense, he is the most powerful demon and the best and foremost representation of Satan that we have. Gnostics texts take it even further and call him a god.
In this book, I will discuss Samael from as many vantage points as possible, and not only from the Jewish tradition. I will pull from the Christian and other traditions as well. I believe, from what I can ascertain, this book will be the most concise and robust text on Samael available to date.
In this book, you will learn the

Baal Kadmon is an Author, and Occultist based out of New York City. In addition to the Occult, he is a Religious Scholar, Philosopher and a Historian specializing in Ancient History, Late Antiquity and Medieval History. He has studied and speaks Israeli Hebrew · Classical Hebrew · Ugaritic language · Arabic · Judeo-Aramaic · Syriac (language) · Ancient Greek and Classical Latin.
Baal first discovered his occult calling when he was very young. It was only in his teens, when on a trip to the Middle East that he heeded the call. Several teachers and many decades later he felt ready to share what he has learned.
His teachings are unconventional to say the least. He includes in-depth history in almost all the books he writes, in addition to rituals. He shatters the beloved and idolatrously held notions most occultists hold dear. His pared-down approach to magick is refreshing and is very much needed in a field that is mired by self-important magicians who place more importance on pomp and circumstance rather than on magick. What you learn from Baal is straight forward, with no frills. Magick is about bringing about change or a desired result; Magick is a natural birthright…There is no need to complicate it.
I've already had a pretty extensive overview of the angel Samael from many perspe times including Gnostic. This book seemed to cover everything that I could find In my Previous reading. I think it's a great start for people that wanna know about The angel.
Baal Kadmon's writing style made this a very quick read for me. I enjoyed his laying out of the source material at the beginning for context. The book is rich in lore on the angel/demon in question, and I learned a lot of new information!
