With everything on the line, Justice breaks all the rules…
Newly married, Justice and Nora honeymoon in New York City, where they rescue an orphan girl, track down Don Antonio Garza’s lawyer, and dole out some good, old fashioned, Western justice.
Then it’s on to Mexico. Justice and an old friend ride into the wild borderlands, where they face bandidos, Apaches, rurales, and the formidable assassin, Mr. Rose.
Can Justice take down Garza, avenge the murder of his father, and create a good life for his family?
"JUSTICE WAS MORE THAN HIS NAME, MORE THAN HIS PROFESSION; JUSTICE WAS HIS SOUL."

A man who's life is to serve justice, not revenge, not the law, but justice swift and deadly. It's not a job. It's a way of life. If you prey on the weak, If you take from those you can not protect themselves, if you do unspeakable things to others, be prepared to met Justice and the only one you'll met after Justice is your maker before you're sent straight to hell for your sins.
Final Justice (Silent Justice Book 3) by John Deacon is one hell of a book and one hell of a series. It's well-written, action-packed, suspenseful, and at the same times humorous at times with a romantic side to it too. This third book in this series just adds more credit to just how good this storyline of Justice and the Silent Justice in the west. With Justice or Jake Bullard finally coming into his own as a to set right from wrong, a man who is loved and respected not by force but by his actions and deeds. He's a family man that is loving and gentle with all around, unless you're on the wrong side of right not necessarily the law but of God and how we should be towards each other.
I can honestly say, I have truly enjoyed reading these first three books in this series and plan to start the fourth installment shortly. If you enjoy a good western with heroes that have a sense of high values and a genuine desire to help others and take out the trash, this book and series is for you.

I’ve enjoyed reading this series but the coffee has gone cold. I thought we had an agreement light plot lots of action bang bang shoot em up. This one tried to do more than that. If it were a plate of spaghetti I would consider sending back. Bring out the stinger 🦂 and mark it 2 Johnny
This series of three books held together nicely and remained interesting and focused all the way through. The author has a nice way of building the surrounding scenes….the sights, the sounds, even the smells come to life as you’re reading letting the reader immerse themselves in the experience, a very special skill.
Very good book. It was exciting and wonderful to read.I enjoyed how Jake took care of things, he was a determined man and yet he compassionate and caring about good people. I liked all of Justice books. Easy to read and very interesting. No
I just finished the third of John Deacon's Silent Justice series. I am not sure how I found this author, but I am so glad I did and I look forward to his next book and those thereafter. He writes of good guys and bad guys as I indeed suspect characterized the West in the 1800's. And he writes with heart, with an understanding and ability to portray love in its essence. There are no overly complicated plots, confusing shifts between time frames, contrived drama, or senseless twists. Definitely my kinda read.
In this Series wonderful 3rd book Final Justice, they can't keep Jake dead but they definitely try & try & try again. They try in everyway & every State & Territory he travels in. Once again a great Blurb has been presented with this book. It is said it is a romance western, but I would say, like any great old west western it is a gun toting, bullets flying, horse riding, wolves biting out throats, bad men, good men, men in between along with the women of the farms & ranches with the Ladies who have had to work as saloon girls good sheriff s ; all being thrown together with very violent bad nasty men, especially to women, women smuggling low lifes, and the small parts man who thinks he is a really big important man, but is really a pervert is what I found in this book. RECOMMENDED
i love this story the third one with Justice and Nora trying too work out how they're going too be together and for Justice too avenge his Pa's murder of the man who shat him in the back. Justice is slowly getting back his memories and is still amazed how much his reflexes take over when he need them, like speaking chinese or spanish! he fins a cabin that was his Pa's and is stocked with weapons and ammunition, cash, provisions and finds a picture of the 3 of them and on the back it says "my boys" but justice wants too marry Nora but also is set on making sure he has no other family and wants too put his duties behind him but it's not the simple. but Justice wants revenge on Garza and Rose and he will die trying.
Well, this Book 3 ends the adventure of Jake Bullard, aka Justice, as he rides to avenge the murder of his Pa. What a wonderful storyline and I loved every moment of it. I loved his kind heart as he rescues Katie; I totally approved of his battle to end the servitude of captured young women; and I admired his dedication to his family and the honor he brought to the land. I agreed with Nora when she said, “may God have mercy on those who earn your wrath.” To honor the author, with a smile on my face, let me say, “don’t approach a bull from the front, a horse from the rear, or a fool from any direction.” Loved the series and look forward to “Destitution” when it comes out.
I am so lucky to have had the chance of reading his material. My father and I have been western readers for as long as I can remember. Wary of surroundings, man of courage, a contract made from a handshake. All these and more as you take on the role of a Hero!! If you want to cuddle comfy with book and coffee, I dare you to cherish this saga as it rates up our favorite western authors. I can’t wait to order these books for my father and myself to read and wait for more of his literature. Thank you John Deacon for allowing me to be able to quench my thirst of True Western Adventure Vinnie Rowan
In this 3rd book, some things are settled but there are still questions and Justice is determined to uncover who is behind the New York corporation responsible for the assassination order on him. The setting changes from the Old West to the big "city" of New York and it is interesting to hear the difference in the two settings during this time frame - the late 1800's. Somehow, trouble seems to just find Justice and even on their honeymoon, Nora and Justice can't seem to get away from the action.
In a way, this felt almost like the closing out of a particular story arc - almost like the third book in a trilogy, but I am not sure if this is the end of this series or if there are more books to come. I have really enjoyed this series and if there are more books out in this series, I am on board to continue....
This has been a terrific trilogy and the door has been left open to continue it. Start this from Book 1, if you haven't already. A man known as Mr. Rose murdered his father and Justice finally seems to catch up to him. Long the way he has been doing a good job of shutting down Don Garza's prostitution ring in America and the Don needs to stop him. Fortunately for Garza he has an army of men to take care of the problem. Unfortunately for him, he underestimated Justice.
These three books are the first I've read by John Deacon... they certainly won't be my last! Mr. Deacon writes a great western with very GOOD heroes and very BAD guys as well. I began reading Louis L'Amour while serving in Vietnam in 1967 and have been reading westerns ever since. I'm always looking for a good new author and am happy to say I have found another in John Deacon!
Jake Bullard stays on the same adventure that began in Book #1 - hunting down ‘bad guys’. More characters enter the story. Although Jake returns home to his ranch & family to stay, he stumbles upon a lead to the hired gunman that killed his father. So He and Nora, his new bride, follow the lead to NYC and back to northern Mexico and here’s where the reader cannot stop turning pages. Enjoy.
Book three wraps up the trilogy and the story that started when Tucker wanted land and cattle that weren't his. I won't spoil how it goes but I will say that I'm glad it's over.
I enjoyed books one and two, but book three took things to a much darker place that is usual for this author. I think that's why I'm glad this book is over and done with. For the first time I picked up a different book and started reading because the book simply became too dark, and I needed something different to read.
Don't get me wrong. It's still a good book. But I doubt I will ever re-read it, while I absolutely will re-read all the rest. 5/5* because it's a solid story and is technically proficient, but I didn't enjoy the story except for certain parts, like after Justice rolls off a cliff. 5/5*
The Justice series is exactly the sort of story I crave. The characters are well-drawn, real, complex and relatable. There is an unfolding storyline with the main character, Justice, coming to grips with an encounter that renders him questioning who he is and we, the readers, get to marvel at his simultaneous vulnerability and capabilities. This is a trilogy with large helpings of action, sentiment, sacrifice, humor and honor! I was sorry to come to the last page.
I have read the three Justice books, and don't think I've enjoyed a series more. I was really impressed when he was struck by lightening and, like Lazarus, raised from the dead. I was also taken with the idea of his memory loss. There really wasn't anything I disliked. This was just a darn good series.
Mr.Deacon wrote a wonderfully easy to read book. His story telling is getting better and better.I appreciate the inclusion of Christian principles without being too "goody goody" (for lack of a better way to describe it). I'm glad to see evil doers get their just deserts.
This chapter of Justice is cleverly written and packed with action from the beginning to the end. I have a feeling that 4 books won't be enough. I can only hope the author continues the series. There are plenty of interesting characters who should have their stories told.
These books in this series are quite enjoyable. The author writes strong characters and that makes a difference The women play strong roles and it's very authentic. The west was full of strong women. The dog in this story is great! The story was packed with action and I hated for the story to end.
What a great trio of books. Enjoyed reading them so much!
You're favorite authors are my favorite authors. I didn't think anyone could surpass Louis L'Amour until I read R.O. Lane's books. And now I have yours to read. No curse words. No lurid details. Just a sign good story. You're right up there with those two authors. So thank you. And God bless. I'll check out Leonard.
One of the best series I have read can't wait for a book four
John I hope you keep writing in this series I'm going to start reading Book number 4 now. Can't wait for any of your other books. I would rank you up with Louie Lamar. I think you're that good. Thanks, thanks, and keep on writing good books.
Exciting story that kept me glued to the pages. Concluded well too in my opinion. I can’t help but think the author has hit on an idea that hasn’t aged away as America has progressed too far down the road of evil. Young girls are still being stolen, so an SJ unit would be quite useful.
An excellent re-introduction to Westerns for this reader
An excellent re-introduction to Westerns for this reader who moved away from them 50 plus years ago. These are stories of honor and courage. I too have fought human sexual traffickers and understand the drive to end evil such as this.
I really enjoy reading John Deacon's westerns. The only western writer I give 5 stars is Louie Lamour, but John's style is similar and if the rating scale had 4.5 stars, that is what I would give to John. I will continue to read John's books and I expect to give him 5 stars in the near future.
Part 3 of this series is more of the same - heroes and villains in the wild west, with Justice taking on any and all bad guys. This is a silly, one dimensional story, but it continues to appeal to the 12 year-old boy deep in me. If more Justice novels follow, I will probably pass, but I did enjoy these three.
Although I was born in Germany, I spent most of my life in Kansas and Texas and I am a fan of Western literature. The first three books of the Silent Justice series fully met and exceeded my expectations and I am looking forward to reading the continuation. Keep up the good work!!
This series is way too short. It is almost inconceivable that there's a great series without swearing in every sentence. This is good ole clean reading and absolutely difficult to put down. It is so well written it's like watching a movie. You feel like you're living it. Well done!
