⚠️Disclaimers: If you don’t want to get surprised and feel uncomfortable reading this manhwa. You need to know that the Heroine pretended, dressed, and acted like a boy. She really looked like a boy. That’s why the romance plots seemed to lead to various genres (yaoi, yuri). ⚠️
The story was quite fun, especially the Heroine became a technician from the 21st century who brought a lot of changes to the middle age. She made many modern tools/innovations. Feminist was also a theme of this manhwa because I could feel the power of women, kinda woman revolution. There were also many entertaining comedy scenes here.
Unfortunately, romance and chemistry between Hero and Heroine felt bland and forced. I think the story would still be ok even though there was no romantic relationship. It also contained many plot holes but as long it was for a light reading, the story was quite worth it to read.
The art and the comedy in this manhwa remind me of Touch My Little Brother and You're Dead. I can say that I enjoyed the comedy in this manhwa, but story-wise, it is lacking. I am also disappointed with the ending because we are not given any time skips on what happened between the main leads, like if they can wed and have a family or something. I can also say that the kidnapping arc was dragged so much that it kinda bored the story.
I remember thinking this manhwa was so good before when i read it. (while it was still ongoing).. but imma be honest and not let nostalga effect me. It was fine, very quickly and sometimes cute but still kinda boring, and the end was really rushed..
Aquece o coração e a gente lê que nem sente, a estória é bem fluida e nos carrega para seu clímax, de forma que a gente fica torcendo para as personagens. Vale muito a leitura.
The kindle version format is messed up. Difficult to read with words being cut off at the top/bottom of the page. And the strips are too long so everything is tiny.
